Also, the spell is much more powerful than Virtue, a cantrip which grants one temporary hp for one minute. I'm not an expert at this, so it could be higher or perhaps lower. But it's certainly not a cantrip)
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Duration: Indefinite (see text)
(got rid of 'target' since it doesn't say anywhere that it's only usable by self)
Save: None (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

Also, the amount gained from taking the aspirin will never change, but the other spells mentioned will gain strength with more caster levels.

...additional aspirin tablets cannot extend temporary HP past +1. 2 additional tablets only reset the duration of the +1 temporary HP or grant it back once it is lost.

I asked about it in the homebrew subforum and came to the conclusion that it should be level 1. read

Someone thought it was level 4?!? Seriously?! By the time you can get it as a spell everything will negate the +1 hp and then some :P
And i'll keep on trying to turn this into a cantrip. as a level 1 spell everything can STILL negate the +1 hp and then some :P

but it is NOT anything above a level 1 spell under any circumstances, and anyone that thinks its a level 2+ spell doesn't know anything about DnD spellcasting.

Anyways, good news. Comic 196, Comic 197, Comic 198, and 6 additional panels have been added to clarify comic 148 to help with figuring out wtf is going on :P

Anyways, in conclusion, Summon Aspirin would work best as a level 0.5 spell.
