He whaps Chet. "No, not like that."

Well, let's go. We can't waste all day on useless banter.

Chet prepares a portable teleporter.

[PirateMonk]

"Oh, and the village is home to an order of paladins, so we should probably try to avoid them."

[Chetchaka]

Yeah, that would probably be the smart thing to do.

Chet's teleporter beeps, signaling that it is ready to activate at anytime.

[PirateMonk]

"Okay... The lab is that way, get as much as you can carry." PM goes off in the indicated direction.

[Chetchaka]

Chet sets down his teleporter and grabs as many bombs and pieces of scrap metal as he can. He then comes back, attempting to pick up the teleporter again.

[PirateMonk]

PM walks back in. "Okay. Time to go."

[Chetchaka]

Let's go BEFORE I drop everything, 'kay?

[Vespe Ratavo]

WAAAAIT!

Vespe dives in their general direction in slow motion.

I wanna go too...

[PirateMonk]

The base teleporter activates, transporting them to the outskirts of a small, prosperous village. "Now we just need to figure out how to sneak around with this much stuff in our hands."

[Chetchaka]

Wait, I think we left Vespe...You're right. What am I gonna do with all this scrap metal? I don't have any bags of holding.

[Vespe Ratavo]

Oh, I know.
Vespe pulls out a small pouch.
Stole this from World of Warcraft before I quit. It can hold all sorts of stuff. Problem is, a feather takes up as much space as a great-axe.

But that's the only problem.

[Chetchaka]

Chet promptly puts all of the metal in the bag, along with the teleporter.

So, what do we do first?

"Plant a bomb?"

[Uncle Festy]

Uncle wakes up. He has somehow been reverted to his gobliny form from before death. He is surrounded by angels, and is sitting on clouds. In front of him are a pair of golden gates. There's only one place he can possibly be - celestia.
"Oh, crud. Not this again," says Uncle. He hears a booming voice from behind, and sighs.
UNCLE FESTY, YOU HAVE BEEN BROUGHT HERE FOR YOUR FINAL AND JUST REWARD! says Pelor.
"I don't want any," says Uncle.
THEREFORE, YOU WILL - WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN, YOU DON'T WANT ANY? YOU CAN'T, YOU'RE A-
"I don't care," says Uncle.
BUT - BUT YOU CAN'T NOT CARE! YOU WERE A GOOD GOBLIN IN LIFE - AND YOU'RE A - AND -
"It's not my fault I was good in life, I'm evil now," says Uncle. He listens intently to something no one else can hear. He speaks again. "And it doesn't really matter at this point, anyways. The duty of undeath calls," he says. Uncle grins as his spirit is drawn back to his body.
BUT YOU CAN'T BE EVIL, YOU'RE A... shout Pelor's parting words, as Uncle is whisked back to his body. He stands up, and stretches. "Well, I'm well out of that. Thank you contingencied Animate Dead." He walks back into his room in the new AMEN base, which had already been reconstructed by the Zombie Contractors.

[The Bushranger]

Back in the base, Finn appears, does to Raistlin what he did to Saurous earlier, and vanishes again.

[Saurous]

"I think Finn may be blaming us for Castaras leaving."

Saurous sighs, muttering something about an immature player and his immature character.

[Raistlin1040]

Raistlin's jaw is fractured. He grimaces and sets it back into place. He then heals it with a spell.

Although, if it is our fault, Cassie is a lot less mature than I gave her credit for. I can't find out any other reason for why she would leave, except for the mulit-personalities thing. She spoke with red text, which isn't her usual text. In which case, it's Bushranger's fault.

[AmberVael]

The Dancing Man pokes through where the fourth wall should be and points out that if anyone had actually bothered to ask why she left, they'd know and wouldn't be speculating.

[Saurous]

"She also mentioned us not having accountable senses of humor, so I would think it was the edit war, rather than the personalities. It's a silly reason to leave, though. How did she expect a person to react to it? 'Oh, how funny. Thinly veiled innuendo! Heh heh!'"

I doubt she would have told us. Ominous exits are a lot cooler than explaining exactly why you are leaving.

As for the fourth wall...John takes out a picture of a wall with a body in a straightjacket, hiding in a corner crying.

Yes, but she could have been possessed by another personality, who thought it was funny, and then used her body to leave. Of course, that could be just grasping at straws. Your explaination is easier to explain.

((Actually, I asked, and she told me. It was just that she wasn't having fun with AMEN in general. Apparently it wasn't a good time for her anymore, so why bother to keep doing it?))

Finn materialises. And as PM once pointed out, it's easier to go after the characters than the players. I've got it out of my system now though.

...besides, it acted as a "last straw" for me, too, in that it finally pushed me to have the courage to finally ask Cassie to be my sister, too. So I have to thank you for that.
