*Note to self, ask opponent to spoiler any charge attack...*
Well I was going to use counter charge but since that was a miss anyway...
Mits round 2 - 2nd to act
The shadows around Mits fades and his bright yellow eyes show only malice, he utters a couple words on an old language causing fire to surround Xerxes from behind. A cold aura surrounds Mits' sword and he moves it so quickly that it becomes as two.
meaning...
No concealment this turn. Mits uses a swift action to initiate distracting ember creating a small fire elemental on U8(assuming Xerxes is on U7) then he uses a standard action to use shadow blade technique
attack1 - (1d20+10)[16](+2 from flank added)
attack2 - (1d20+10)[15]
damage - (2d6+9)[14]
and if both attacks hit
cold damage - (1d6)[4]

Sigh, I though you were going to die with that
Ok, I have to say that I was going to use counter charge had I not know the attack result
so roll a str check... if you win your turn happened exactly as you said, if not your attack failed and you didn't spend your psionic focus (sigh)

Re: Arena Tournament, Round 27: Xerxes vs. MiTS - Final Match
The counter charge manuever made your charge fail (so you were never able to attack me and spend psionic focus) and Mits did not change your location after the counter-charge(even if he could).
Then Mits attacked, missed(boop)
