Since where all going down this path and that I can't afford for someone to revenge point me I also no-lynch

I get up and give Doseki a harsh look.

Don't you dare look at me like that! The only reason I'm mad is because of these ****ty MRE's that we're supposed to eat!

I throw my pack of honeybacked ham in Doseki's direction before sitting down and finishing my poptart.

No lynch

Since I have the chance, I'll also point at No Lynch.

[Doseki]

So Madhatter is that a no lynch or lynch me, as my neck is starting to feel a tad tight.

"No lynch," Eita said. "Killing someone now would just make the Thing think that it was safe."

[Dr. Bath]

A soldier wearing a gas mask and thick flame resistant gear stands at the back of the group. With a flamethrower.

MMWWAAA! MMNN MM! MMNN MM! FFFNNNMGG BBNNNAAA!

<Arggghh! Kill it! Kill it!>

The darkness breifly lights up as the pilot light expands into a billowing cloud of burning oil pointed behind the group.

The grunt spins round and almost knocks Doseki over.

I think I was very clear. I said No lynch, and that is what I meant Doseki, but I won't point fingers until I have some kind of evidence.

A black haired soldier with M16 stand in the corner of the room, looking at others. Seeing a lot of pointing around, and generally doing what The Thing would want them to do, he says to them:

"I'm not really sure who is who, and who to believe at this point. All I know is that we have some alien life form in here that wants us dead, one way or the other. I'm not really afraid of death, but being under the influence of something other scares me. You, the guy with the banjo! You remind me of somebody I met in 1985. Oh right, that is only three years from now on. The cold must really be getting to me. In any case, you look familiar to me. Have me met before?"

[Lord Fullbladder, Master of Goblins]

A rather middle-aged soldier of no real importance stands serenely off to the side of this fiasco. His hands behind his back, he glares with the white-hot intensity of extreme indifference at the happenings happening.

This is Fullbladder, so-called because of an astounding ability to hold it in. The man who, rumours state, could go a week without even so much taking a leak. Supposedly he had once held fast in an enemy air vent for twice that time, and was never found until someone found his singing in the enemy commander's shower. Yeah, that story gets a little weird. He doesn't like that story. But I'm guessing you get the idea.

"I believe we're getting ahead of ourselves if we're going to kill each other with such little evidence. Let us wait."

He goes the course of No Lynch. He does not holster his sidarm, currently in his right hand, still behind his back.

A thin man slowly walks in, night vision goggles engaged. He stomps his boots a little, the snow nearly solidified enough not to be affected. The large semi-auto hangs loosely from his belt. He grunts and looks around the room, briefly stopping on Mordokai. An eye squints a bit, but then he returns to his overview.

No lynch!

[Fleeing Coward]

No one wants to lynch people? I want blood! Doseki's blood to be exact.

Anyway, I'm too scared to go out so I'll just hide here, minding my own bussiness.

A young blackhaired soldier comes out of the shadows " Strange how Darkbane was the first to vote for no lynch."

When I gathered the men in the outpost's rec room, I expected there to be some distrust and suspicion. But I never dreamed the situation would dissolve so quickly.

Almost immediately, everyone started pointing fingers randomnly. KerfuffleMach, who was already shook up after the encounter this afternoon, was accused by two soliders of being the Thing. Doseki also borne the brunt of several accusations. Dr. Bath and Fin had fired off weapons, but fortunately no one was hurt.

The situation grew tense. I was afraid it might come to blows, or worse.

Fortunately, some of the soliders were able to keep calm, and eventually the moment when violence might have broken out had passed. Finally, I spoke up, hoping to settle the matter once and for all.

"That's enough!" I shouted. "No one's killing anyone! We just have to wait out the storm and then we can head back north to ...."

"Hey, where's KerfuffleMach?" someone said.

We looked around, and realized he had slipped out of the break room when we were arguing. Maybe he was afraid that we were going to kill him.

We searched the outpost, checking first the temporary quarters he had set up where we found Kerfuffle had grabbed his winter gear.

Eventually we found him ... or at least, where he had left.

The door was wide open and banging in the wind. There were tracks in the snow leading outside, away from the compound; we could see only about ten or fifteen ahead through the thick snowstorm.

I sent volunteers out, but they weren't out five minutes before they turned back. "It's impossible, Captain," Raiser B1ade said, as he brushed the snow and ice from his coat. "He could be right in front of us and we wouldn't see him. If he's out there more than an hour, he's a dead man."

I looked out into the storm. There was no risk to Kerfuffle; had he stayed in the break room with us, he would have lived. Instead, he was lying dead and frozen somewhere out in the snow.

"Maybe when this is all over, we'll count Kerfuffle as one of the lucky ones," I said under my breath, as I turned from the door.

KerfuffleMach2 asked to be removed from the game and was autolynched. He was a Grunt.

Day 1 has ended, and Night 1 will end on Saturday morning at approximately noon on Mountain Time, or sooner if I receive PMs from all special roles promptly.

"There is no evidence that this "thing" is even alive, i mean what it did to face was pretty obvious how can it have done something similar to someone without any of us noticing it?"
*seeing the freaked out soldiers glare at him*
"But...to be on the safe side we could always try to keep together right?,
it cant kill us all at once and if you are still worried you can just borrow my flamethrower, but if you need it i want to see some proof of that the creature is still alive and we have not already killed it...

Erm, wheres my flashlight, im always loosing my flashlight I wish i'd put it on my rifle before we got in - i hate the dark, this is scary.

Shadowcaller glares at Eskar:
Yeah start to blame me, that will solve the problem...
Im not saying that we should not be carefull but that we should not freak out untill we know for sure that the creature is alive.
If we start killing eachother now becuase of some "might-or-not-be-dead" monster we would be fools indeed.
And for gods sake; point that thing at someone else will you?

DA goes next to Haruki-kun.
"I'm still wondering why you pointed at me... just curious... I don't smell that bad, right?" DA smiles and sits there, waiting for Haruki-kun replay... for the hope that he didn't acquire an enemy.

Now we need to keep together not go off hinding all alone, if you really belive this monster to still be alive your biggest chance surviving it is by sticking close...*thrails off* where is I`m da rogue! by the way? *looking around*

Gnome walks further in, watching the various people hunkering down, hiding out, and searhcing for their flashlights. His voice, higher pitched than you would guess first looking at him, rang out to those around him. "Crazy, eh? This whole place is starting to look real fun, dun't cha think? Now all we need is some vampires and we got ourselves the makings of a horror movie."
