    Default Meta-gaming feats

Thought up these feats that would be perfect for a meta-gamer. If anyone else can think of any good ones, I'd like to hear them.

OMG IT IZ TEH STATOO!!!1! [Meta-game]

Your attacks do +2d8 damage when you win initiative against motionless constructs or inanimate furniture.

    U R TEH LIEZ! [Meta-game]
Special: Players lose use of U R TEH LIEZ! if they obtain 5 ranks in Sense Motive or have a wisdom of over 12.

Whenever you fail or think you have failed a sense motive vs bluff check, you can immediately initiate combat with +2 to initiative and +2 to all attacks against the creature who was lying to you.

    Complex Backstory [Meta-game, Power-game]

You gain +1 to attack and damage rolls per non-SRD class and feat your character possesses, as well as their race. This goes up to +2 for each class, race or feat taken from a Dragon Magazine.

Players lose the benefits of this feat if they can ever explain their characters backstory in a sentence no longer than 25 words.

Eh, I have a silly sense of humour.
I admit full culpability for Phyrnglsnyx

I like them. The Complex Backstory feat's bonus should go up to +3 for feats, races, and classes taken from internet homebrew forums for extra cheesy goodness.

I'll also suggest a new tree:

    Complete Bestiary [Meta-game]

Benefit: You have intimate knowledge of the strengths, weaknesses, and behavior of all creatures. You may access any Monster Manuals you have on hand during the course of the game. If anyone questions your right to do so, you may brag loudly about how this feat gives you in-character justification.

    Improved Complete Bestiary [Meta-game]

    Prerequisite: Complete Bestiary.
Benefit: Your knowledge of monstrous creatures has advanced to the point that you can identify weaknesses that the book doesn't. If you can find a creature's entry in the Monster Manuals with your Complete Bestiary feat, you gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls against that creature. If you use physics to justify why the creature should be more vulnerable to your attack than it is in the rules as written, you gain an additional +1 bonus.

    Additional Volumes [Meta-game]

Prerequisite: Complete Bestiary, Improved Complete Bestiary.
Benefit: Your expertise at monster recognition has increased to superhuman levels. You are now granted access to resources above and beyond the simple Monster Manuals. If you can locate details about a creature anywhere, up to and including the DM's notes, you may gain the benefits of Improved Complete Bestiary against that creature. To gain the full benefits of Additional Volumes the player must bring a laptop with wireless internet connection to the table.

The DM Wouldn't Do That: [Meta-game]

    Prerequisite: Any three [Meta-game] feats.
Benefits: Once per game session, you may declare your character completely immune to death from any sort from 1 encounter. Damage is still inflicted as normal, but your character always seems to have at least 1 HP left. Additionally, you can cast Divination at will with a 100% success rate because "the DM would never put us in a situation like that."

I think all bonuses granted by these feats should be of the metagame type.

    Random Encounter Specialist [Metagame]
Benefit You know that these XP and loot mine's are not part of the main plot and thus become somewhat impervious to them. You gain a +2 metagame bonus to all d20 rolls when engaged in a random encounter. Additionally you gain DR 1/logic for the duration of the encounter.

    Improved Random Encounter Specialist [Metagame]
Benefit Your metagame bonus to d20 rolls during the random encounter increases by +1 as does your DR/logic. Additionally, any per day or greater abilities you use during a random encounter are immediatly regenerated after it's conclusion.

    That Doesn't Make Sense [Metagame]
Benefit Once per session you may initiate this feat as a free action and hold up the game to discuss a ruling given that applies to your situation. You and the DM make unmodified d20 rolls in plain sight. The winners ruling is used and the game continues normally.
Special This feat may be taken multiple times. Each one increase the number of times per session it can be used and gives a +1 metagame bonus to the previously unmodified roll.

    Wall of Words [Metagame]
Benefit Once per encounter you may describe your next turn in excruciating detail, taking no less than one full minute, to explain. You gain an additional full-round action during that turn.
Whatsoever that be within us that feels, thinks, desires, and animates, is something celestial, divine, and, consequently, imperishable.
