If you are woundering why the comic looks crappier then usual, it's because this is a flashback. Back before the art upgrade.

If it was a tenth of the bounty, then that means the bounty needs only 1 more 0. They could have fit that on, given the open space on either side. Also, a gnome with 21 STR? That's 23 base, which means, he started with 18 and was then level 20, and had 5 buffs on it. Or he read a tome of strength, which would have been a huge waste of money considering he was a freakin' bard.

This marks a bunch of comics soon to come in the near future, but all spread out over the course of the comic.

This is the introduction to a very great character (you will see why eventually, take my word for it) and why he joined the Darkness-wanderer, what he did when he was on the team, why he left the team and betrayed the Darkness-wanderer, and where he is now.

We will also learn a lot more about our so called "evil" antoginists and what their goal is, and what they shall do to acheive that goal.

New comic! Sorry it took so long to make. Most of my free time was spent this week training to get a new belt in Aikido (martial arts).

Now that I passed the test and moved up to Yellow belt, I have now made a comic and will be back to my daily updates!

Also, when you read this comic, it's best if you listen to that song "Convoy" by Bill Fries and Chip Davis while you do so. At least at the end.

This one was very hard to make, both emotionally and physically.

Yeah, unless there's an actual buildup to someone dying, it's kinda hard for the audience to really appreciate their death. If it happens in a brief instant without any foreshadowing or buildup, it becomes far harder to believe and the audience simply denies it (Hence my assertion of a resurrection later on).

For example, and I'll use Remember because I have it most at hand, when Steph got carted to realms unknown she had a page entirely devoted to the event and a couple frames in the previous page stating it was going to happen. When Oscar met a similar fate, where he was presumed dead by the audience for quite a while, he is shown running from the same Owlbear Skeleton that later grabs him.

Given that Qs have been seen to have extremely polymorphic capabilities, it's probable he'll just change shape back to his usual self.
