Alright, so what isn't pathetic? What isn't a parlor trick? What is epic? I'm trying pretty hard, but I can't seem to grasp it. I'm now open to suggestions.

Hmm, yeah, it's kind of hard to be epic in a comic. I mean, the best way I can think of would take about a year to finish. The 2nd best way to do it is to go over-the-top. I mean, over the top, and I mean, REALLY REALLY REALLY over the top.

hm...making him fight the people he knows best, a bit cliche but a well played cliche none the less. I espcially like the beaten up shading on Q impressive use of art but...why are the feet red? Foreshadowing?

The Darkness-wanderer's foot is always red. Notice in this picture for example:

And since The Darkness-wanderer is in disguise as a bunch of Q's allies but keeps his colour scheme, the redness of the feet shall follow.

For something more epic, you could of not made it so that his friends where black and white, so it looked like he was getting beaten up by his friends.

Just remember that Q wars (in star trek) give off supernova-like explosions. (or something like that; 4th paragraph in plot section)

All I have to say Q is it's your comic, do it your own way, tell everyone who complaining to go to one of the nine and put up with it, after all if we didn't like your style we wouldn't still be reading it this late in the game.

But yeah, Randomizer has a point, epicness in a comic is kind of difficult anyway so I'm not going to be the only one who would forgive you for going for a good ending rather than trying an epic one an risk failing horrably at the cost of the quality.
