As a DM, I have my players use the mnemonicly easy High to Hit. So 51-100 will hit if it's 50% and so on and so forth. Not sure what your stance gives you, since I don't own Tome of Battle...

Actions:Begin in B10, hand axe in hand. Move action, upward to to B5.

The dwarf looks at you with a sneer, and waves you in with his palm upward. "Come get some."

As you don't have the book it's fair for me to say that Child of Shadows gives a 20% miss chance as long as Mits moves at least 10 feet in the round, the other stance gives +2 AC and BTW thanks for moving exactly were I needed (or was it planned with a little readied action?) I will discover now...

Mits 1st to act round 2

Shadows engulfs Mits as he moves towards Andek. The dwarf could feel the foul smell of a swamp as the creature aproaches him...


Mits moves to C5. Then swift action to activate distracting ember creating a small fire elemental on A5 and then standard to use shadow blade technique.

As the monster gets closer he summons a fire elemental that threatens Andek then he moves his blade so quickly that it divides itself in two as a cold aura surrounds it.

" Fire and Ice attack"
