Think it's about time for an LOS check? I do. Mainly cause we have to back this train up a little bit.
@Andoris:SpoilerFrom your position in E10, you see Stormcloud come around the corner to your north, ending in H8. You are currently still invisible.
@Stormcloud:SpoilerFrom your poisiton in H8, you have no LOS.
Match is rewound to the beginning of round 3. Island sinks a bit, Andoris is up.

I'll take it, I've been following the match.
Looks like, thus far, Andoris has slung 2 Magic Missiles at Stormcloud. The first way for 7, 2nd was for 8.
Between the two missiles, Stormcloud attempted an attack for a rather substantial sum of damage, but swung rather wide.
All movement is legal. Andoris has done enough damage to render Stormcloud unconscious.
Unless any player/judge/etc wishes to dispute this...
Andoris is declared the winner, and receives the prizes noted above.
