    true, but what's more baffling is the constant usage of zombies. Although this is completely off topic, and doesn't make too much sense, zombies are plain done to death (No pun intended). The only reason to use one would be to have something without fear, which can easily be replaced by a construct. They are also slightly less cliched and serve the same purpose. Zombies are cheap, inefficient, and overused, only inspiring fear in commoners, bards, or low level characters. There, rage driven rant over...

    You know, I've always wondered how ghosts work in relation to planet rotation and orbit... The sun is very far away and very large, and the planet must be traveling quite fast on top of rotation and orbit... Why do ghosts never find themselves randomly drifting off at high speeds? They are unaffected by pretty much all movement of any sort...

    Finx' phylactery is in their possession, so logically he regenerated near it.

    The first time he was beaten he had a skull and other skeletal parts to snap back together, no such luck after Eldhin smashed him last time.
