Hey everyone, speaking as a member of law. I (even though in both AMEN and LAW (kinda contradictory, I know)) am part of LAW. This mostly inactive group of people who we may dare to call forum-friends. It started as Imperial Navy, which it is under the thread title. But mostly we go by LAW for the sake of having a cool acronym name. LAW stands for Legal Armada of War. It's always accepting members (for those who hate sifting through 3 pages of randomness for punishment of missing a single day of being on the forums)

We're a cool group, headed by Commodore Fluffy, this law loving freak who no one really listens to that much... We also have cool battles and plots and stuff, but not too often. If anyone who's semi-active who doesn't like HALO/AMEN (I know I don't like a couple in both) wants to join a cool organization, LAW/Imperial Navy is it.

As for rivaling the other organizations. Halo seems to think post count is some sort of currency, and will rank themselves as the best (based on the fact that at least half of them eat breakfast at least 3 times a day and engage in overly complicated love triangles) ... AMEN is just AMEN, we don't even try to outAMEN them

In regards to SheepOf Oblivion's post, I've never seen anyone apart from Anglabbey claim that the post count is important. As I said on the thread about HALO and AMEN being moved to the town, we do have some actual plots (sometimes). Also, I think the main reason why days in HALO usually start in the kitchen at breakfast time is because it makes sense to eat at that time.

Also, I'm not really sure what LAW's purpose is. I know AMEN is just randomness, and HALO is mostly just coffee drinking, angst, character development and everybody having at least 4 different characters, but what does LAW do?

The membership is just so big that threads seem to go by very quickly, probably too quick for me to be honest. Nobody thinks they're currency, and as Town posts don't count in your total anyway I don't really see your point. Love triangles are love triangles, the people in them like them, I don't see the problem with it at all to be honest.
