Jamben knocks a dead rat aside with a swing from his morningstar and continuing with the momentum he aims for another rat.

Hope I got the above correct. Jamben will attack which ever rat is closest and/or move if need be.

Snappin lashes out and takes down both rats around her with swift, precise blows. Sara "William Tell" Thurnston plugs another rat as it prepares to charge her. Jrack, Bek, and Jamben set world records for futility in rat-bashing, while Jrack and Jamben take nibbles. Bek's assailant attempts a bite, but gets only boot leather.

(( Any particular reason you're using power attack against creatures with at most 2 hp? You're already doing 1d8+7 damage from the ax and 1.5x STR modifier [for two-handed]. PA for -1 AB to add +1 to damage seems a bit... wasteful. Not to mention you missed the rat's AC [14] by 1, or would have, if it didn't still have a -2 to AC from charging last round. ))

Jamben winces not so much in pain but in surprise when a rat gets a lucky hit on him.

Snappin moves quickly over to help, and manages to dispatch another rat. Jamben takes a small bite but manages to splatter his attacker. Jrack obliterates the rat he faces, spraying rat over a good portion of the northeastern portion of the room. Sara had fired a crossbow, but hopes that no one saw that the bolt went straight into the floor.

"Well wasn't that thrilling." Sara says with a wink. "I trust everybody is alright?"

" Tat wasn da best warmup. Hopefully that's all in here though. Lets get that door open and move on."

"Thrilling?" asks Jamben in a mocking and playful tone. "If you found smashing rats thrilling then I also suggest trying to ride a horse bareback or being chased through a forest by a mother boar!"

Jamben surveys the rest of his group. Like him they all had only nicks and small cuts. Hopefully no one caught anything from the rats or got an infection, That would be a sad way to end our little adventure.

Sara laughed. "Right you are Jambon. I shall be sure to remeber your words most fondly when next my wits are chased out of me."

Sara glanced around the barren hall and the three darkened doorways. She really had no desire to poke about in a tomb. But, if the others are keen...

"Well then. What shall it be? Top? Middle? Or bottom?"

[Raider]

I say we head through the middle door, even if I used to ave reserations. Anyone not like that plan? The rats gave me the spooks I'll you that.

Jrack glances around the room and wonders why they havent yet moved from the first room of this most likely large boneyard.

We are at the western door already, why do we not just continue down there?

[Raider]

"Whatever floats your boat friend, let's get a move on then."

Jrack slowly enters the new chamber and keeps his hand on his weapon as he steps through the doorway.

Jrack sees that the hallway seems to run for 40-50 feet before opening up into a new chamber.

Jamben only thinks about which path to take for all of six seconds before shrugging and decides to go with the flow.

"I say we just pick one path, see where it goes and if if it is a dead end then we choose another path."

Sara follows a short distance behind Jrack.

You enter a dusty chamber, slightly smaller than 40'x50'. There are no other apparent exits from the room, apart from the one you enter from. The room is featureless except for a small chest that appears to be made from stone sitting near the center of the room. The thickness of the dust in this room indicates that no one has set foot in here for many, many years.
