Re: SMEE's Random Banter #97 of gender bending and closet bursting
There's a secret that few people know about me.
I'm incredibly incompetant.
I look intelligent, and I look like I should know exactly what I'm doing all the time.
This is a lie.
I'm clumsy, inept, and pretty much useless when it comes to basic things.
I can't cook anything but toast, I can't wash clothes. The only thing I can really do in terms of skills is clean, and that's because my OCD kicks in whenever I have to.
When I tripped the circuit I literally had no idea what had happened. I thought there had been a power outage until I found out the lights still worked, and then I decided I had fried all the electricity in the house and really started panicking.
It doesn't matter anyway. Today went so much better.

Re: SMEE's Random Banter #97 of gender bending and closet bursting
ur mutha failz
Seriously, before you move out, learn some of these things. Next time your mum (or dad!) is doing a load of washing, help her and ask her why she does things, how much stuff to put in, what to do for that sort of stain, etc. Help in the kitchen, starting with getting whoever's cooking to get you doing the little jobs.
Srsly. I die a little inside everytime I hear about one of these useless guys (or girls, for that matter) who live on noodles and take their washing to their parents' because they were always too lazy/daft to learn how to look after themselves >.<The Iron Avatarist Hall of Fame!

My dad's pretty good. But he gets mad if he starts doing badly and once he threw a pencil against the wall and it snapped in half....
Thus, he does not play video games very often.

Re: SMEE's Random Banter #97 of gender bending and closet bursting
My brother played against a friend who is 21. I didn't see the game, but in the end I came back and after 42:46 minutes the scored were 25 to my brother and 0 to the friend.
I told him I couldn't believe that he didn't let him kill him once, yet, he said he had tried to let the friend kill him.
....Can someone really be that bad at halo they get killed 25 times in 42 mins and can't even kill someone who wants to die?
I mean, I find that level of failing difficult to believe.

Exactly what happened to my brother, except he had never played halo 3 before, and it was essentially 2 on 1.

Me and my brother got or mother addicted to this text-based game..
May I note that this is her account. On a second note, check the amount of players.

Re: SMEE's Random Banter #97 of gender bending and closet bursting
Well, on the topic of parents and videogames, mom doesn't play videogames, she always said se was too busy with her work anf such...specially now that she has customers from China..who woke us all up at some times...
Dad..is good at videogames where he doesn't need to react that fast. he was able to kick my ass at Pokemon Stadium (at some days i miss that game... ), and managed some parts of Ocarina of Time nicely.
last time he played was when i introduced him to Guitar Hero... he was kicked halfways through Smoke on the water (Easy mode).
hthe few times he has played, he has been improving a little, ut he spends most o his free time watching tv or reading (i managed to introduce him to Terry Pratchett, and he is now reading Guards! Guards! every night and then.)

Clearly being born at any time earlier than 1985 puts you at a serious disadvantage when playing video games.

Re: SMEE's Random Banter #97 of gender bending and closet bursting
I disagree. My brother and I were born in the early/mid 70's and we video game just fine. I'll kick your butt at Asteroids or Tank!
Just kiddin'. But I do have and enjoy the heck outta Rock Band and GHII/III. I'll admit that I'm not playing as well on hard as some other folks, but I'd rate myself a solid 'average' at them. I don't twitch as well, but that's got more to do with my reflexes than my age. My brother does it just fine.Want to meet some of the most awesome people on the internet?
