Kiran

Kiran too looks slightly mollified by this woman who appears to know of his weakness. At the othe'rs insistence that he be brought to the authorities, Kiran wonders to himself if he would do if given an opportunity for revenge.

At Jaecen's suggestion, Zellara looks a bit concerned. While I admit that going through the legal system is generally better, this probably wouldn't be Lamm's first arrest. Even if he's put in jail for any length of time, he'll get out and go right back to hurting people.

When"Jahral"asks his question, the Varisian woman smiles. It's hard to fully explain my methods of investigation without revealing certain secrets, but for now, I'll just say that my Harrow deck's divinations tend to be . . . more accurate than most, which aids me a lot.

Eberk and Tobren

Smiling sweetly, Ebrek moves his hands slowly up to his mask and slips it aside, revealing his white, acid splashed eyes.
Tobren remains sitting, yawing at the uninteresting explanation.
"You've aired your grievances, but you haven't actually said what you plan on asking us to do."

And to hopefully disarm the others, being that his eyes are completly white, and there are acid burns surrounding it.

Zellara looks at Eberk, slightly surprised, though you can't tell if by his appearance or his words. I thought I had made that fairly clear. I want you to -- and I'm fairly sure all of you want to -- go to Westpier 17 and kill Lamm.

Eberk and Tobren

"And how do you expect us to do that, when you said you yourself can not get to him?"
His voice remains even and calm, but Tobren raises his head slightly and glares around the room.
"We have all been maimed in some way by this creature, and we are all weak from his attacks."

"What makes you think we can kill him?"

Jaecen sighs. "If you think this is the only way, it's not exactly magic. I've had to sneak into places before, and as long as a dagger to the throat still kills, I don't see actually killing Lamm being the problem."

Eberk and Tobren

"Why hasn't someone else done it yet?
If this man is so terrible, why isn't he already dead?"

Jahral Skyrunner

Jahral gives Eberk a long, cold stare. "No one has ever attempted to kill him in a group before. This is the first time I've ever heard of someone actually seeking out others wronged by Lamm to mete out justice. Usually people are blinded by their own tragedies and think they're the only ones who have ever been wronged by him, and fail to see the bigger picture." He puts one hand to his face, sighing deeply and frowning. "Lamm is a despicable man, but he is still a man. He can be killed if we can focus our strengths towards the same goal, without this bickering."

Kex Ledge

Kex slams his sizable fist onto the table. "I could care less who kills the bastard; us or the Guard. I need answers beforehand, though!" The big man's face is flushed with anger. "And I know for a fact he's been arrested previously and got off for one reason or another."

Kiran

Kiran, having kept silent through most of the conversation so far, says, "Whatever is decided...I'm in." He wonders whether the death of Lamm will remove the weight that he feels from his past addiction.

The young man had been silent throughout the conversation, watching the others words and reactions before finally speaking up. Any plan that involves the Lamm dying is a fine plan by me.

"I suppose I'm in as well." Jaecen pushes back up his glasses. "Just to make it official."

"I suppose I'm in as well." Kleris pushes back up his glasses. "Just to make it official."

The big man snorts, then chuckles quietly, as the anger seems to ease away from him for now. "Good. Whether they," Kex flippantly waves at the dwarf and his dog, "join us or not is inconsequential. Shall we get busy deciding how we're going to do this now?"

Nodding agreement at Kex's sttement, "I too would like to get on with this." Kiran looks carefully around the room after his comment, trying to see what kind of men he has just yoked himself with.

Eberk and Tobren

"Bark, growl growl bark."*
Tobren continues to stare at Jahral with distrust and malice.
"Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrr"*
The low growl continues to fill the room for a number of minutes after Tobren ceases to look in any particular direction, particularly Jahral's.

"He tends not to trust anyone who doesn't give way to me.
But then, we have been through allot."
Eberk pats Tobren's head, which ceases the growl for a moment as the wolf-hound wines with happiness.
To Kex's comments, Eberk simply states that;
"I doubt the city would appreciate leaving me out."
