'Gerrt' scowls in frustration as Den feels his target shrug off his spell harmlessly. So do I try something flashier, or stay in character? he asks himself.

Choosing the latter, he reaches up his left sleeve and draws out a short dagger, aiming as best he can at Rolen's attacker.

"You do something in particular to these guys, or are they just naturally angry sorts?" he shouts at Brimstone.

That's a ranged attack with the dagger on warforged #2, presumably at a -4 for firing into melee unless for some reason the pair break off. Additional penalties may apply if #2 is further away than 10'.

If #1 is closer or otherwise a better target for whatever reason, Den will target him instead.

"Civilian Gerrt, get back! We'll handle these broken tools." Brimstone says in his normal voice. He takes a step back, makes a couple gestures, and a purple light surrounds his hand, and seems to emanate from a symbol on his forehead. Letting out a primal yell, he shoves forward both hands and a bolt of purple energy leaps out of his hands toward the other warforged...

As the battle continues cries from near by can be heard" Look there attacking those men!, Some one call the watch!!"Yomruzz moves in and slids his dagger into a weak spot in the warforged armor it grunts but seem to still press the attack.Brimstone's purple bots hit only the air and the stone of the bridge as this target whiles out of the way.As kyann retreats to safety the 2nd warforged presses rolen. The first warforged swings his ax at brimstone as it yells"Die flesh lover" . Gerrt moves from the bridge and throws a dagger that slices the 2nd warforged leg as it passes.Rolen slash at his unspeaking foe only to have his strik blocked by an ax thrust.From the corner of you eyes you can see people moving across the way and cries for the watch can be heard from more then one direction.

Ha, got 'im! You've a good arm, 'Gerrt'!

Keeping back from the battle and flexing his ersatz muscles Den again attempts to cast without being noticed, completing the motions of the cast with a gesture towards the corner where the cries of "call the watch!" had come from and hoping that his incantation will be taken as an excited yell. From his target, seeming just out of sight, a clamour of clanking armour and running feet can suddently be heard. "Who's fighting? Where did they come from?" an illusory voice calls.

Let's give them something else to worry about...

Yumruzz strikes at his target but misses horribly as his target deflects the blow.Brimstones opponent parry's aside his attack and slices at him with its ax.Kyanne yells into the streets for help.the 2nd warforged still presses rolen and rolen stabs at him with his trident landing a solid blow.Gerrt also yells for help and the sound of watch whistles can be heard from several directions

Den is out of weapons and doesn't think he can pull off casting another spell without it being obvious, so for this round he'll just obey Brimstone's instruction to stay back and try to look menacing. I guess that's total defense, for a +4 dodge to AC.

As the battle on the bridge continues, whistles from the watch can be heard as well as shouts from the gathering crowd.Yumruzz again thrusts his blade at the warforge's only to have it turned aside by the armord plates.With a growl brimstones mace smashes into his foes head sparks of purple fly about as his foe goes limp and falls to the ground.Kyannes sling seems to go wide of the target bouncing off a towers and falling to the levels below.The warforged still standing lets out a howl of furry as it presses rolen hard with its blade. Gerrt runs into the gathering crowd staying out of the fight.Rolen stabs at his oppents knee with his trident only to have it miss barely as it skips off the armored knee.
