Standard Action: Thunk stabs himself with the arrow, gaining See Invisibility for the next 30 minutes. He also takes (1d4+1)[2] damage, because he's not about to put his full strength behind this. (1d4 because it's not being used as an arrow, but as a dagger-like improvised weapon)

Free Action: Command the boots to Fly, duration 5 minutes

Move Action: Move to R11, and crouch to try and maintain a low profile.

I'd end the turn, but we probably need a LOS check. And someone to check this turn in general.
