1. would he get an AoO against you since he knows you are there next to him, and you moved out of his scent range? no idea....

ok his action is using a move equivalent to know what direction you went in, and head that way till he get's with in 5ft of you.

Sorry, I know this is really late, but I was just checking on the exhibition matches while updating rounds and I saw this. He would not get an AoO.

Creatures with any of the extra senses like tremorsense, scent, etc. do not get attacks of opportunity against invisible opponents. These sense allow them to pinpoint opponents, but those opponents still have total concealment against them. Total concealment = no AoO.
