How about a long piece of cherry licorice that lengthens to become a rope in your mouth and, with a ranged touch attack, you can make tie up a foe? I guess that'd be a ranged grapple like that Druid Spell (Kelp Strand?).
It could also be used as a makeshift rope & grappling hook, since the sugar mixed with your spit would be redonkulously sticky.

Could I suggest, for the Pixie Sticks, that instead of dealing "1d2 damage" make it "1d2 negetive energy"? That makes it a useful tool for Necromancers, or Tomb Tainted(?).

This would not be a good idea for a base class. This would most likely be a PrC, with three levels, TOPS.

First level would give Craft Potion (or Single Use Item if you follow my logic) for free, allowing you to craft these candies.
Second level would give them a respectible bonus to Craft alchemy (+2 for each level of PrC).
Third level would cut the Exp cost to make the candies.
