Alright. First of all, Nirmian isn't entitled to a reactive spot/listen since LoS hasn't changed. Per SRD spotting something you previously missed is a move action. Same goes for listen. Ba'ster on the other hand gets a reactive spot and listen since Nirmian moved, though neither her spot (DC38) nor her listen (DC21 (incl.+1 for distance)) is high enough.
