Default KAts EyeS: A better interactive comic

(((**Super OOC announcement!** Bit of a problem for me, I can't access imageshack, not sure if the problem is isolated to just my computer or if its more wide spread. I hope its the later cuz then I don't have to do anything to try to fix it. When I say I can't access it the site I'm implying that all the strips (well 4..) are hosted on there.)))

As Kat says folks the comic is really very simple you post a question on the forum or message me directly so I don't have to go through the thread to find them, as the writer/artist of this small little comic, hidden away in this forum my ego has risen to the point where I am beginning to think doing so is beneath me haha.

The AMENite and showman Kat Sinister will answer your question with his limitless wisdom and unparalleled perceptiveness. This is a new twist on an interactive comic I should think, and I do hope it gains popularity. because as it does so will hmmhhmhmhm.. The thread is open to any and all questions you can think of!!

If you're inside an airplane in mid flight, and you stand in an aisle and jump straight up. Will you land in the same spot inside the plane?

The answer is yes, due to relativity. Unless you're really pedantic, in which case you'll probably land a couple centimetres or something from your original placement, just from the jumping.

    I thought that to.

The only thing is, I used to try it out a lot when I was younger, but it didn't really seem to make much of a difference, unless, as you say, it's only two centermeters.

But if the plane is flying around 200 miles per hour, I would expect to move back more.

And what if there's a fly hoevring in one spot? I saw one in the car a while backago but it didn't seem to move back and hit the back window.

The mass inside the plane is moving at the same speed relative to the planet, that includes the air around you. Relative to the plane, you're jumping on the spot.

So gravity might drag you back a couple centimetres, tops, but otherwise the only movement is from the physical inaccuracies of jumping. This is the same reason why spaceships in deep space shouldn't violently shake when hit by a proton torpedo.

    Dear Cat,

Firstly I'd like to apologize in advance that the following letter iOddly formatted. There was a problem. Anyway:

Why must everyone hate everyone? I know that, if they try, everyone will just love each other so very much...
You must praise Cthulhu. Cthulhu is your lord and master. All hail Cthulhu. Why are you
People are nice to me, I don't see why others don't like them as well! Have you ever come across such prejedices in
not yet praising Cthulhu? Cthulhu is all. All hail. The great ones will rise again. When the stars align. Man is inferior. Hail! your life? I would really like to know, as I care for others.

    Love,
    Ia Ia cthulhu ftaghn!

Um, guys? Isn't this supposed to be the thread where you ask Cat questions for him to answer in a comical manner? Not discussing the physics of moving objects?

Anyways, I should ask a question just so I don't look like a hypocrite.

    Dear Cat,

If you are paddling down a river in a canoe, and all four wheels fall off the canoe, how many pancakes does it take to shingle a doghouse?

Again, true, but would the same be true if it were in a convertable car?

I see, very interesting to see someone else's opinion on such a topic.

    Dear Cat,

If Train A is traveling towards Seattle from the city of Olympia at a speed of 60 miles per hour, and Train B is traveling from Tacoma to Olympia at a speed of 47 miles per hour, what color shirt is being worn by the engineer of Train E?

    Dear Cat:
Why do you call this a "Better" interactive comic, are you implying that this forum's other interactive comics are inferior? If possible, please state your answer in the form of a double entendre.
