Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
That's beautiful Phase. Another one for the Guest Comics/Fanart/Random other stuff section! (Would you say that's a guest comic or fanart? Or random other stuff?)
I'm glad you're all so enthusiastic!

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Yes well, here in this quiet little thread, we get excited over everything
Which reminds me... new comic! #17:
Spoiler
Is it just me, or do I derive my punchlines directly from Phil a bit too much?

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
That's just natural, Fred's the straight man, he's not meant to be funny and I think it's cool he's saving a sheep, you should save any living thing you find in a fire.
I think it's better that it's animated, it can get sympathy, cos real sheep are ugly.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Most likely it's a lamb given the size, and they can be pretty darn cute.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Yeah, I guess it's a lamb. But I'm thinking that Fred gave strict orders to return to the castle as soon as all the townspeople were found. And trust me.... the sheep is veeery significant.

When I was around ten I had my hand bitten hard by a swan. Clearly they evolved from carnivores, given the teeth...

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
I, interestingly enough, have never had any kind of traumatic experience with an animal. Which probably means I'll get my leg bitten off by a crocodile once I start getting cocky.
I'm gonna have to agree with Oregano on that picture, Phase.
And since I couldn't resist any longer, here's a special sneek preview at.... the bad guy! Dun dun DUNNN!

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
I punched a line once.
Just thought I'd mention it.
Oh, and I finally got around to finishing this:
Hope you like it."Quiet tales of hamsters are foolish, but a man and his hamster that tear evil limb from limb? That's scary!" - Minsc

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Beholder, if you have Paint.net(it's free) you could make it a silhouette, it my take a while though.
I think that's great Boo, fantastic actually, I love the glowy effect. Wow, I think I've posted more in this thread than in my own comic's.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
It happens. But hey, at least other people post in your comic's thread, so it balances out.
Beholder: Yes, it is a banner. I was going to post it about a week ago, but I couldn't decide on a background for it. It should be the right size, but if it's not I'll resize it. Should be pretty close."Quiet tales of hamsters are foolish, but a man and his hamster that tear evil limb from limb? That's scary!" - Minsc

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
The only thing I'd change is the whole 'excalibur' reference. If you could get rid of the stone with the writing and the excalibur sign, then it'd be perfect!
EDIT::: And in the absence of the stone with the writing, could you move the logo over a bit?

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Here you go. I had a version like that just in case.
EDIT: There we go, the logo is moved. Is that far enough?Last edited by BooTheHamster; 2008-06-25 at 05:02 PM.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Great! One last thing. Could you change Fred's cape color to match Phil's? I just realized it's hard to make out his outline when the cape is that dark a blue.

There you go. I hadn't noticed that myself until you pointed it out. Dark backgrounds, eh?Last edited by BooTheHamster; 2008-06-25 at 05:15 PM.

Re: The Two Brothers: A non-OotS style webcomic
Well, at long last I've gotten back to my computer. Sorry for the inexcusable delays- I was detained. (Okay so I guess it was excusable) Anyway, here's #18!
Spoiler
It would seem that we have on our hands a wolf in sheep's clothing.
EDIT::: Those are.... nice images, guys. Dark Lord Cuddlepants?
