Re: Arena Tournament, Round 41: Chile VI vs. Fannir
refs
SpoilerSo the spiders have followed the same pattern over the last several rounds. They'll use a double move to get to me, surrounding me in some pattern. Since the most direct route is between the upper left and upper center building, they should follow that. Note: I am invisible, but they know where I am with their tremorsense.
Lordhenry hasn't been on in a few days, I'll ask for a LoS check in the waiting room.<--- Avatar made by bayar

Ref Henry
ChileSpoilerThe spiders follow you to G8, G9, and F9, triggering your readied action when they do so. Note that they may still have movement left, as using a readied action does not force their turn to end. State what you do with your readied move action, and I'll let you know if/how far they follow you.

Re: Arena Tournament, Round 41: Chile VI vs. Fannir
SpoilerI forgot what I was planning, I'll forgo my readied action. Where ever they end their movement doesn't matter. I'm just going to keep doing the same thing until they pop.
On my turn, I'll move to N2.

Wow, no wonder this thread gets slow LOS. The status effects are numerous, frequent rules questions break up turns, and little reference is made to which of each of the three identical spiders is which.
I've found enough time to make a play by play for the match, available to any refs (contains information concerning each player and creatures that each player does not currently have, so, is off limits to players at this time).

Re: Arena Tournament, Round 41: Chile VI vs. Fannir
Aww, I was hoping to punch your lights out. Ah well. You almost had me. If it weren't for my Expeditious Retreat and Invisiblity, I'd never have survived. With that much movement, I was able to move far enough away to be more than 1 move, but less than 2. I also avoided straight lines of movement for your pets so they couldn't charge. The invisibility kept them from getting AoOs.
Even with all that, they almost boxed me in early. Good match. Good luck in the rest of the Round.<--- Avatar made by bayar
