Y'know, if you take "plot" as "plan", it's still not necessarily breaking the fourth wall.

Getting to borrow someone else's computer briefly, I decided to view your comic... QUITE AWESOME. Now gimme a dollar.

Re: Dragon: an OotS-Style Webcomic
You re-use panels a lot, and however many milliseconds it saves, it seems like you didn't put in as much work. Even a different expression on 2 or 3 characters will change it.
I'm not saying it's easy, and I have tried making a webcomic, and I know it's near impossible to make one as good as this, but just take a few extra seconds to turn the smile on someone's face into a

Re: Dragon: an OotS-Style Webcomic
I've suffered lazy artist syndrome before, and it annoyed the heck out of me that I looked really lazy doing it. I've since done my best to avoid it, though long conversations in the same location are still largely my specialty.

Re: Dragon: an OotS-Style Webcomic
Mine only has 8 panels/page. I can pretty much fill a page completely with text if I want to. I'm basically immune to that problem :)
Keep us the good work, Phase. This is gunning for 3rd favorite comic on the forums IMO!The artist formerly known as Tired N' Drowzy, master of puns.

Re: Dragon: an OotS-Style Webcomic
Okay. Two things. One, I've run out of my buffer of comics. No big deal, if I have a comic worked out in my head, the art should take about an hour. The real problem is that school will be starting up again. At the beginning of the school year, I plan on shifting the schedule from Wed/Sat to just Wed. I doubt this move will be permanent, but I need to establish my own education before this leisure activity.
That being said...

Re: Dragon: an OotS-Style Webcomic
You, however, make the world a LESS bearable place.
By that, I mean you kill bears... for fun. And then eat them.Last edited by T-O-E; 2008-09-08 at 03:44 PM.
