    Three spellbooks have been collected, along with Eizik's dropped sword.

    For those keeping score at home, Grazys picked up the sword when others were searching for spellbooks and whatnot.

    Hist, still shrunk, is just waiting for the last second to jump back into the haversack.


    You haven't had enough time to start collecting the different items and whatnot in the room, but you've gotten everything Eizik or the summoner might have had.

    Once everything we're taking is in hand, Hist is back in his haversack, and everyone has linked hands, Anura intones, 'Draco Malfroy.'

    The group disappears in a flicker of ruby light, and reappears back in the kitchen of our house in Eras.

    Anura carefully slides the two bodies off her shoulder and props them in a corner.

    "Before anyone gets angry, I can gemjump us back to the gem I hid at our camp near the city at any time. I just wanted to make sure we were well clear of that place while we take stock of what happened, and decide how to dispose of the bodies."

    She wills herself back to normal form and calls up a prestidigitation to start cleaning the gore off her clothes.

    "Again, well done all of you. I think that couldn't have gone better."

    Reid nearly stumbles with relief as he realizes that they're back in their Eras home.

    "Anura...all of you. You were amazing."

    He immediately sets the material taken from the lab down, and steps over to Kjapp and Uri and begins restoring the damage that Eizik's first attack had done.

    Anura winces at one point and gingerly sets the sword aside before invoking her wand's power again.

    She points out the magical items as she sets them aside, and also sets anything else that looks remotely valuable or useable aside.

    "The spellbooks are magical...best not to open them for now." she tells Kjapp. "And the sword bears a very strong aura."

    The other valuable things are mostly the reagents and such that Uri scooped up as quickly as possible.

    Then again, you'd have to identify them as well. They've been fairly well mixed together in the hurry to gather as much as possible. Hopefully none of them react badly together.

    "I really didn't get a chance to study the stuff on the tables...maybe that equipment should be left in the courtyard outside for now, in case it is volatile or dangerous? And I think there is a big piece of canvas in Dothen's trunk we can wrap the bodies in. After that I suggest we adjourn to the parlor."

    If there are no objections Anura goes up and retrieves the canvas. Once the bodies are wrapped (but left where they are on the stone floor of the kitchen...bloodstains are so hard to get out of carpet) she helps bring the magical equipment, books, any papers etc. into the parlor.

    She opens a bottle of elven wine from her dwindling collection, brings six glasses in from the kitchen, and fills them.

    She sets her 'prestidigitation' effect to cleaning any blood or gore from the items as she looks them over carefully. She is searching for arcane markings or other clues as to who made them or what their function might be.

    Nothing on the sword, although the black aura gives you the creeps.
    The boots have arcane symbols for weight, feathers, and movement. The way the runes are written together remind you of the reverse and false gravity spells.
    The vest you've already hit with your Analyze Dweomer and don't recognize anything else.
    Eizik's diadem has very, very small carvings of runes related to intelligence and rapid thoughts.

    The Yelf's ring you see has scribings of words of power, related to the magical energies the wear holds within him. It reminds you of the spells that allow you to prepare additional spells, or recall others.

    Uri takes his helmet off and sets it on a neaby table. He is clearly impressed by teh groups home, Very nice home you have here. Do you have a spare room that I can use while we are here in town? Stripping his gauntles off he runs a callused hand through his overlong sweaty hair.

    He studies the sword and other items as Anura examines them.

    Anura pulls out her artificer's monocle. She uses yet another charge of her wand to call up detect magic, then uses the monocle's power to identify the Yelf's ring.
