Dothen's mad dash to the church and it's semi protective environs include many a leap and tumble. He shakes his head remembering the silver dagger. Upon seeing Grazys he gives a piercing whistle as he moves. Trying to attract his attention.

Edit - (Missed that thanks Guardinal) At Anura's yell Dothen changes course slightly and he heads for the indicated area. Tossing off a wave at the direction the yell came from.

Anura flies down to the ground, calling to Dothen. Dothen does manage to get inside Anura's protective circle, only seconds before the two hounds chasing him crash into the barrier. Both hammer away at the barrier for a moment, before they both seem to scowl, letting out more howls.

The hound chasing Grazys howls in return, and flies up, attempting to bite the flying binder.

The two hounds by Dothen and Anura lift their heads, hearing the other howl close by, before lifting off from the ground, flying up to attack something they can actually reach. (single move towards him, it will be a double move next round to reach him unless Grazys flies further away)

In the sky away from the temple, a miniature sun appears as Reid casts his spell, drawing eyes to him as he attempts to draw the attention of the hounds. And succeeds beyond what he probably hoped.

The fifteen hounds around the inn rise to meet him in the air, along with ten others in the general vicinity, all howling for his blood. Considering the numbers, Reid would be surprised if there were any hounds left in the town, minus the ones at the temple.

Reid leads the fly into a wide circle above the town, working to stay just ahead of the hounds. He glances down, hoping that the others would be able to take care of the summoner, should he reappear. His somewhat stilted taunting of the hounds continues.

Ah, stupid dogs! Can't even catch a fly. Fleas, maybe!

She's not carrying him, just flying close enough to the ground to keep a hand on him so he stays within the AoE. The haste spell should still be active so Dothen should be able to match her 60 fly speed on foot (and if the haste spell is over, we'd still be moving at the same pace).

You're the only one that hasn't posted, but it doesn't matter either way at the moment which you choose to do, since you're not in any danger at the moment. Going on.

Reid guides the fly, ducking, weaving, flapping, flying, and diving, out maneuvering the hounds even as he lets them stay close enough to think they have a chance to catch him. All those in the town can see the large ball of light that is the spell radiating off Reid bobble and weave drunkenly in the sky as the Pelorite makes a fool out of over two dozen hounds.

But even as the largest number of the hounds follows Reid, Grazys tumbles from the sky once more, the larger hound able to force the man to lose control of his flight. The binder lands with a thud, actually slightly bouncing off the ground as Anura, still invisible, reaches his prone body.

Hist comes charging out of a nearby street into the more open area around the temple, just in time to see the three hounds all dive in mid air at the apparently helpless binder, only for all three to actually physically bounce off something mid-air and tumble to the ground, landing shocked and prone.

Kjapp, having dashed the near mile distance in what could be thought of as an almost superhuman run, finds the entrance to the town, one of the stone doors have open, the other closed. Slipping in, he continues his run towards the temple, hoping to find the others there and still alive.

    Spoiler

Kjapp, one round and you'll enter combat range.

Reid: You're still flying the fly, keeping between fifty and seventy feet of movement, allowing the huge pack of hounds behind you to gain slightly, before outpacing them again, keeping their interest. I'll need another check from you round after next, along with something else (That you'll have to think of) to keep their attention on you and not chasing after easier meals.

Grazys: (11d6)[51] damage, prone, inside Anura's circle against evil. If it's above 50 damage, roll the fort save as mentioned.

Hist: 110' feet from where Grazys lays prone. 90' from a prone Large hound. 125' from a prone Large Hound. 120' from a prone Medium Hound.

Anura: 15' in three separate directions from the hounds. I assume you're standing directly next to Grazys.

As Grazys falls from the sky, he tumbles in the air, attempting to right himself. Only to manage to land head first into the hard ground. Hist, Anura, and Dothen all hear a vicious snap as Grazys' body falls, and bone juts out of Grazys' neck, his head bent at a very, very bad angle.

Hist and Anura's attack are brutal, and both freeze and fry the hound lying on the ground, searing a portion of it's body, although not killing it.

As they fry the hound, Grazys body undergoes a change. The mark of control fades from his skin on his hand. Unseen underneath his clothing, the scarred tattoo also fades, all pacts broken.

Dothen looks around, attempting to spot the summoner, but does not see him, nor know of what happened with Reid's magics.

The three hounds stagger to their feet, and begin moving, ignoring the now visible Anura and Dothen, to begin moving at Hist. None of them seem to realize that at least the one Anura attacked can pass beyond her protective barrier.

Also, you notice something very, very strange about Grazys body. It's beginning to twitch, and there is some light aura surrounding the wound where the bone is pushed out. You're not certain, but is Grazys' neck trying to move back into it's normal position?

The two remaining hounds howl and charge at Hist, one of them close enough to actually attack. The larger hound takes to the air, circling around to cut Hist off from the town area.

So, hits for 9 damage, but doesn't trip. That doesn't beat AC correct?

Hist'll delay action till the others have damaged the hound. If he can take it down, the party can make a united stand.

No, it hits for 10 points of damage before DR and trips you. You're required to make an opposed dex or str check. If you don't meet or beat the hounds check, you're prone on the ground.

Ok. So Hist's on 54 hp, and on the ground. Again.

Is the other hound in attack range?

    Dothen

Just wanting to fly myself. We need to get everyone in the same place to be able to fight effectively, can you gather the troops?

Something is going on with Grazys and I don't trust it. I'm going to biind him and gag him, just in case something that i'm related to decides to come through.
Dothen kneels and begins to bind the binder, first a gag and the hands then proceeding to hog tie him.

[OOC- Sorry Gimli, if your self ressurrecting somehow.]
