1) Take your damn AoO. My AC vs you is currently 18 (no buckler, plus dodge).
2) Touch attack to grab:

4) Assuming things have done alright for me so far, I'll move into your square as a free action.
5) Assuming the above succeeded, I'll draw a dagger with an opposed grapple check:
