Re: Emi-chan's Undermountain Campain!
Chronos the Warforged Warblade
ooc - oops, I have a -3, not a -4 modifier on Balance. Oh well. Did I take 2d6 damage or something? I'm a bit confused. And am I in a lake or in shallow water?
Chronos shouts back up, "I appear to be functional, but would require repairs later. I can still fight for now. Here, catch my grappling hook and I secure it somewhere. I will climb up." With that, he ties his Hempen rope (100 feet of it) to his grappling hook, and throws the grappling hook up. After it is secure, he will start climbing up.Last edited by Frosty; 2008-08-08 at 10:05 AM.

Re: Emi-chan's Undermountain Campain!
ooc - Just totalled up your stats. Assuming Con of 3, and Str of 18, as they are the limits of the JS calculator I found, you've got a point buy of 63 points compared to the 32 that everybody else was allowed?

Re: Emi-chan's Undermountain Campain!
ooc - I threw up my own rope. See, things are so confusing with so many people. We need to slow down a bit and have everyone on the same page. I don't know what's going on half the time because people are in different rooms fighting different things and stuff.

Re: Emi-chan's Undermountain Campain!
Chronos manages to scale the edge of the pit with the aid of the other adventurers. With the skeletal arms gone, you see the corridor continues for a short distance and then turns sharply left. The swirling waist-high lack water hasn't sunk or changed in any way.

Well, then, that was certainly for varying definitions of 'fun'.
The duskblade shakes her head and looks back in the direction of the flooded corridors.
So do we go through that, or are there other alternative routes?

Chronos the Warforged Warblade
Chronos looks back across the bridge. "We should continue forward. I do not believe I will be functional after another such fall."
ooc - he DID take 2d6 damage right from the fall? Or is the 2d6 something else?

Then I agree on going fowards.
Amist sighs as the brothers appear to still be arguing... (( ))
She turns to Nolan. Now then, I believe we were discussing the disposition of archery equipment?

"Forward works for me... Lets just make sure we are all together this time." With the arrival of the brother Cymran's begin to have doubts about his bosses ability to lead this group. Still family could be a real pain so he was willing to wait and see what happened.

Re: Emi-chan's Undermountain Campain!
I apologise for my brother's antics.
Please forgive him.
Now, we should continue along this rather damp path.
He looks at the path.
Errm...would Chronos mind going first? Are you okay after that fall?

ooc - I am unsure exactly how much damage Chronos took, but he'll take lead sure.
Chronos assumes the lead again, his Ranseur at the ready. His stance leaves him slightly vulnerable, but his ripostes are deadly.

Nolan
''Seems like a waste to turn back now, forwards fine by me.'' Nolan replies before turning to the half-drow.
''I'm just saying it as it is miss. He says with a shrug. ''I'm not much suited for the frontline, but I think I'm a bit of a beter shot then you so a good bow would suit me beter. Of course since I'll no longer need my old bow in such a case I'll gladly give it to you.''

I suppose I cannot argue with your logic, although I can't help but feel she would prefer her bow be used by another woman. However if you so wish it, I will not argue.

The armored Binder fell in behind the warforged to move out. To his boss he asks, "What is going on between you and your brother? I've never seen a family dispute quite like that."

Chronos the Warforged Warblade
Chronos is not very adept at social situations, and he is interested in learning more. "Before we move forward, I would need to clearly identify you. Your brother hired me, so we would not work well together if you are labeled as "foe" instead of "ally, Mr. Keiko."
