That's kind of hard to believe. I thought that he struggled to even commit a selfless act. I know that Green shirt has his reasons for wanting to help Vert Doom but red shirt Q always struck me as Evil.

As far as I understand it, the Q are LN with evil tendencies. GSQ (Green Shirted Q)is NG.

Actually, Q are supposed to be LN with good tendencies. Q is CN with selfish, uncaring tendencies. GSQ is LG, which is proven when he becomes a monk.

I dunno. Anyone working towards destroying the world (and enjoying it, which red shirt Q has shown signs of) is Evil in my book. And let's face it, from what the rest of the characters have seen of you in canon, you can't blame them for assuming you're Evil.

But Q is working with evil against his will. His philosophy is "if you are going to do something evil, you might as well try enjoy it."

He does have a spark of goodness and decency in him, which will be seen both in "My Name is Q" and soon in ABR.
