Re: Arena Tournament, Round 48: Archer McGee vs. Rarlgh
*le sigh*
Rarlgh falls to an obscene amount of luck on his opponent's part. -21 HP.
+3 = 15+ hits = 30% chance to hit
1d8+1+1d6 = 9
.3 * 9 = expected 3 damage per arrow (8 to kill). It took just 4 arrows to win.
I look forward to (hopefully) mashing your face to a pulp in a rematch.Last edited by AlterForm; 2008-09-07 at 05:10 PM.

Re: Arena Tournament, Round 48: Archer McGee vs. Rarlgh
Yeah right, I'll just call on the universe for another bad day so it can repay me buy having me cream you again. No really, these dice normally hate me. Go look at my match with Hippie and the rest of my Chainy matches and LKG matches.
Though, odds were with me on that last one. Two shots at just under 50% each, and each one doing an average of 9.
btw, travel devotion is amazing for scouts. Even better for scouts with a level of cleric. Or more. I'm thinking scout 4/cleric 2/prestige ranger 14 with Swift Hunter. It's something like level 11 cleric casting and 2 levels short of full skirmish+FE progression. I wanted to do it with this guy, but prestigious characters aren't allowed. My sig's Handy Haversack: Need help? Want to see what I've done? Want to see what others have done well? Check it out.

High Ref Talic
Archer Mcgee wins, by virtue of a bit of luck, and a bit more arrow!

Remember my rant on the dice roller favoring someone in a certain thread and disfavoring someone else in another thread? This is another example.
