Well, I found these:

Sleeping creatures are helpless. Slapping or wounding awakens an affected creature, but normal noise does not. Awakening a creature is a standard action (an application of the aid another action).

Helpless
A helpless character is paralyzed, held, bound, sleeping, unconscious, or otherwise completely at an opponent’s mercy. A helpless target is treated as having a Dexterity of 0 (-5 modifier). Melee attacks against a helpless target get a +4 bonus (equivalent to attacking a prone target). Ranged attacks gets no special bonus against helpless targets. Rogues can sneak attack helpless targets.

Nothing indicates you wouldn't get a save, but it does say you have an effective Dex of 0, so I imagine that will hurt.

I think getting run over also dispells most sleep effects. If it doesn't dispell this one, Lumi is going to go down for the count fairly fast.

Cyn is correct, misnamed, Sleepsmoke actually causes unconsciousness. Anyone affected won't wake up.

I also found nothing indicating you can't make reflex saves while unconscious, though the -5 dexterity mod pretty much sinks you.
