    This is Xavik's personal Flame-Tank. So it's got some modifications. The main one you need to know about is that, usually, the napalm-equivalent is stored internally, and it still has a good chance of making the flamer-tank explode if hit. Xavik's napalm-equivalent is stored in containers that are made of Adamantine, and are enchanted to be resistant to physical damage, psionics, and magic (Especially fire). So yeah, he's taken some pretty hefty precautions against just targeting the fuel/napalmish stuff and causing the tank to explode.
    Of course, all that's inside the tank. Those externally-mounted things are just decoys placed there so attackers think "A-Ha, I can hit their tank full of fire-stuff and make them explode!".
