@detrevnisisiht: Yes your populace would be effected just not as much so, take half causalities, but you will have a harder time obtaining food if you have alegea farms (yes I know its wierd, but they actually do it in RL.)
@ Don the bastard: while i do appreciate the logic you are using, by giving yourself additonal casualties, I would say that X2 is a little harsh even if your a mountain people, most races that would live in a moutain would be at least a littlle prepared for something like thi so I say 1.5 X casualties.

Why the building tiself was still standing was a testament to the enchatments, and craftsmanship that must've gone into the supports.

Karadax rushes from the room, and departs via wing for his own country. Soon after his departure, a clearly ancient Dragoran shuffles into the room. He is wrinkled and worn, and leans heavily on a large, ornate staff. He manages a surprisingly graceful half bow to the room. "Hello. I am Alliarax, adviser to Karadax. I shall serve as counsel for my nations interests."
