I just put the .svg's on a USB Memory Stick to transfer them. You could email them to yourself then log on on the other computer.

In the case with ThreeShades, we just put it into the Messenger text box and it sends it.

Actually, Vert Doom took away the Q's and the GSQ's powers. The Q is way less high level than the GSQ, who is a 17th -or-so level monk.

No, it doesn't.
I don't know what rulebooks Q is using, but bonus spells cannot give you access to spells that you could not normally cast. He only gets unlimited 1st level spells.

You haven't actually cast any spells in Avbaroy, as far as I know. Only in your own webcomic. Thus, it's perfectly possible that you 'mistaken' rule would only apply there, while in the ABR setting you are bound by the normal rules. You could even do a comic revealing such.
