An idea struck Vasht nara. He had already taken steps tower the bending domain and It would only take one more. but that would leave him to weak to secure the domain. a conundrum. he could wait for his power to billed but that would take to long perhaps he could get help from the goblin king his old friend. He could not go in person so he sent one of his messengers.
