    Default Gestalt Arena Match 23

    A towering figure in a dark robe enters the room where you have been milling around sizing up the competition. His face is completely obscured by his hood. He raises both hands to get your attention and speaks in a deep voice.
    Wild Wing, Zendrames. He pauses for you to identify yourselves.
    You have been chosen to be the first. Prepare yourselves!
    With that he brings his hands down and the two of you find yourself transported to the arena

    OOC:
    You've got time for one swift action and one standard action before you get transported in case you need to adopt a stance or activate an item.

    On the map, green is open terrain, yellow is difficult terrain, red/brown is the cliffs

    Opening post should have an initiative roll, anything you said after he called your name and what, if anything you did with the 'surprise round' before being transported. After that, start fighting in initiative order.

    Swift action to wild shape into a Black pudding. you must make a DC 15 spot check to spot it. stats are here rages, activates serpent's venom.

    What does the DC 15 Spot check from? Black puddings don't have that ability, only gelatinuous cubes/gray oozes.

    oops, mixed that up, was originally going to be a gelatonus cube...however you spell it.

    OOC: Not that crappy (+20 spot: not likely to make it due to range modifiers, but guaranteed to succeed once we close), just wanted to be clear.

    after being hurt, he activates Wolverine's Rage, and Wild shapes into a Gelat. cube, and tries to Engulf his enemy. (moves up a little, and large creatures have a 16" reach up). do you want to make an AoO?

    OOC: Reach is irrelevant; you must actually enter Wildwing's space. As you occupy a 10'x10'x10' cube and Wildwing's space starts 15' off the ground, this would take a fly speed of 20' to climb (good maneuverability or below) or only 10' if you have perfect maneuverability.

    Assuming Zendrames has sufficient flying power in cube form, Wildwing passes on the AoO.
