I would like to rescue Shular from the grave dilemma of attempting to simultaneously running two nations that border each other, so, since thewamp has contacted me and asked if I'd be interested in taking over Italy... I'll give it a go.
I'd like to receive communication from each of you detailing your previous relations with Italy and plans for Italy's future.
