    Default [4E] DL Draconians (PEACH)

    I'm about to start DMing at least two 4E Dragonlance campaign, so I of course needed some Draconians. (By the way, if you're playing in my PbP Dragonlance game, don't read these. ) I based these guys off info from the 1987 AD&D Dragonlance Adventures sourcebook by Weis & Hickman (since I didn't have the 3.x DLCS handy), so they might not be exact, but I think they're close enough.

    Since I should be using them soon (assuming the campaigns don't fall apart before they even begin), I'd appreciate it if folks could just take a look over 'em before I throw them at PCs.


    Aurak Draconian

    When reduced to 0 HP, the Aurak gains a number of hit points
    equal to its bloodied value and is covered in green
    magical fire and gains a +1 bonus on attack and damage
    rolls. Enemies that strike it while covered in the fire take
    1d8 + 5 fire damage. When reduced to 0 HP again, it
    makes a attack as an immediate reaction. Attack: Close
    burst 3; +12 vs. Reflex, targets all creatures in burst;
    3d8 + 5 lightning and necrotic damage, and the target
    is stunned (save ends). Miss: Half damage, and the target is
    not stunned.

    Mind Control (standard; , ) ♦ Psychic
    Close burst 5; +12 vs. Will; 1d8 + 5 psychic damage, and the
    target is dominated (save ends).

    Noxious Breath (standard; recharge , ) ♦ Poison
    Close blast 3; +12 vs. Reflex; 3d10 + 5 poison damage,
    and the target is weakened and dazed (save ends both).

    Dimension Door (move; recharge ) ♦ Teleportation
    The Aurak teleports a number of squares up to its speed.

    a melee weapon, it makes an attack against the target
    that reduced it to 0 hp; +8 vs. Reflex; if the baaz hits,
    the target's weapon is stuck in the statue (save ends).
    The statue crumbles to dust 1d3 rounds later, releasing
    the weapon as if the target had succeeded on its saving
    throw.

    Wing Glide
    A Baaz draconian has wings that, while they don’t allow
    for full flight, allow him to glide from one place to the
    other. While falling, a Baaz draconian can change direction
    and move 12 squares per turn, and never takes falling
    damage.

    damage and the target is knocked prone.

    Murderous Disguise Illusion
    When a Sivak draconian kills a foe, it takes on that foe’s
    guise and voice. It can change back to its normal appearance
    as a move action, but thereafter must slay a foe to use
    this ability again. When it interacts with foes while in the
    guise of its victim, the Sivak makes an attack (+9 vs. Will).
    If the attack succeeds, it has combat advantage against
    that foe until it makes an attack against the target or any
    of the target’s allies within line of sight.

    Death Throes (immediate reaction; when reduced
    to 0 hp) ♦ Illusion
    When killed, a Sivak draconian takes on the guise of its
    killer. This disguise remains for 3 days, after which time
    the whole body dissolves into black soot.

    Whats the point of Death Throes on that last one?
    Eat & Run
    Prerequisites: Con 13
    Benefit: You may eat an entire chicken, ham, or steak to spend a healing surge as a minor action. Instead of the hit points you would normally regain, you regain 10 hit points.

    The Sivak can take the shape of everyone it kills.

    So if you see someone and his dead body, you aren't immediatly aware if that is the Sivak posing as a dead guy, or if it's the real person, standing next to a Sivak it just killed

    What ^she said.

    Also, note that it works both ways - if the Sivak kills a Human Guard, for instance, it turns into the guard, leaving one live Guard and one dead Guard. If the guard kills the Sivak, it still leaves one dead Guard and one live Guard. In either case, it could be confusing and lead to interesting interactions with NPCs (or, of course, PCs, should one be killed).
