Well, remember FF, they're
mortalsnormals, and if they open their minds too much their brains will fall out.

Re: Dancing Fox OoC Chat Thread IV:
... I don't know what's funnier: referring to people who aren't like us as "mortals" or as "normals"...

But then again, that implies I'm not mortal. And I haven't achieved immortality yet... but soon... Hm... Douglas the Great? Douglas the Terrible? Douglas the Wise?

I thought we were talking about the same thing, but maybe not... That avatar I specifically wanted for the Playground Prom; I was also going to use it for Halloween, but I didn't think I would be on now...

Re: Dancing Fox OoC Chat Thread IV:
All I can say is that that was easily the best halloween I've ever had. Despite the fact that at least six people just stared at my costume going "Oh... oh no...", I managed to come back home with my hand-made grenade bags quite literally bursting with candy. It was an exceptional haul to begin with, then me and my four remaining friends sat down and traded it between us for around an hour. I think I actually ended up with less candy than I started with, but meh...
Anyway, Leigh, I'll be honest with you- that's an overdone and incredibly weak costume. It's the kind of thing that I understand most people don't like giving candy to. Don't hurt me!

Ah, you're a charmer, Beholder. Insulting her is the best way to get a girl...:exasperated:
...And sure, that explains why my extremely pathetic costume got me twice as much candy and "HAHAHAHA THAT'S GREAT!"'s than anyone else's, right?
Oh, and the fact that my whole school tackled me and now it's covered in signatures. Of course, of course; I was silly to think that my costume was original at all. No way.

Re: Dancing Fox OoC Chat Thread IV:
I'm just being honest. Surely, it's better than those, for want of a better term, 'pickup lines' of Lupy's...
I just know that in my neighborhood it's absurdly overdone. And on a similar note, the compliments I got for my grenade bag/candy holders actually managed to balance out the stares I got for my stormtrooper costume...
And my friend actually went as Lawrence of Arabia instead. Between the two of us, we looked like an insurgent and a nazi.

Re: Dancing Fox OoC Chat Thread IV:
Bah. Not only do I have a paper to write and a test or two to study for, I also will be spending a whole lot of my weekend doing volunteer service. Which is what I am going to do after this post. So between all of that real work and me wanting to read a new book, I'm probably not going to be on much more this weekend apart from a little tonight. So, blegh... Busy, busy busy... If anyone has something they want to do taht would require my prescence (on the off chance that anyone here has a plot made for my participation ) speak up now so that I can set aside time for when I do get on tonight.
