As you you go into the room, the first thing you notice is that the smell changes from the the horrid stench of raw sewage to the sweet scent of vanilla. The room is dimly lit. Over the crates you can see a horrible scene. A ring of seven pikes come up out of the floor. Five of them have children impaled on them, their blood going into a shallow pool under them. Five cultists stand around the ring, one chanting in Infernal, one in Abyssal, and another in Celestial. On a raised platform behind a pike with no one on it, stand a bald, beardless dwarf. He is holding a small screaming girl. as the chanting grows louder, he fits her on the pike and shoves her down on it. The screaming stops. In the corner of the chamber is a cage where a small boy is crying. No one has noticed you.

Svendren runs straight through the cultists as they try to block him and takes after the leader who is still running down the hall.
