Request: The Ur-Quan Hirearchy

Recently, I got it into my head to create a game where the PCs are magic-freindly space pirates-ie, pirates who fly science fiction-style ships who use magic, rather than Spelljammer-and recently, I played Star Control 2, and thought "Wow, the Ur-Quan are awesome!", and so, I decided that they and their battle thralls would be the main antagonists.

So, my request: Would you please stat out the Ur-Quan (both Kzer-Za and Korh-Ah) the Spathi, the Ilwrath, the Umgah, the VUX, the Mycon, and the Yehat?
