Oh, and will this vote affect the Politics of the opposing Yang plane? Will it mirror it, oppose it, or will you keep that under your hat for now?

Though we're still only working out the rudiments of the other plane at the moment, I do have a personal opinion on this. However, in the interests of not stepping on toes, I'll just suggest that you vote as though only the "main" plane's politics be set in this fashion.

Hmmm. I won't be too upset if City-States wins; it's generally a great setup for RPGs. But somehow it just doesn't feel right for this setting to me. Multiple Large Empires seems boring in combination with Several Large Continents geography. One Global Empire seems boring in combination with monotheism.

I vote Mixed Large/Small Nations.

City-States really doesn't fit the feel of this, from what I can tell. If this was based on Ancient Greece, then absolutely it'd be the way to go. This is based on Arabian Nights, though, so I'm thinking something like Many Large Empires (or at least Many Large Nations) might fit better.

Scratch any suggestions until I find out what would be accurate.

Technically true, but a lot of my votes have been based around being true to the source material. It's a good part of the reason why monotheism got my vote, for one.
