((In other news, I'm watching 2001: A Space Odyssey right now on the top half of the screen. After a good 50 minutes of rather outdated Scenery Porn coupled with soft music, it's finally getting to the good part. By which I mean HAL. Ah yes... HAL. I'm finding this movie quite educational Dave, though I fathom you might not find it as enjoyable as I do. Dave.))

((I would presume Dave, that it would be the gods and goddesses of death who would prevent this sort of thing. Indeed, it is one of the many duties of the Paladins of Death (Lawful Neutral) in my homebrew setting (the same one Khiansa comes from) to hunt down those who would use such magical means to avoid the Absolute Law. Dave.

Czernov's lying on a sofa, listening to some violin music, his eyes closed, a faint smile on his face.

Libulel found someone's MP3 player, and worked out how to use it. He's bounding around, joyously, listening to some happy-hour-type music.

Chocolate is sleeping on the remains of what seems to be a couch. It's too covered in scratch marks to tell.

[Morty]

Wenomir comes in and sighs seeing the fate of the couch.

Chocolate mewls happily at Wenomir, and rends another tear in the couch.

[Morty]

Wenomir approaches the cat and tries to scratch it behind the ear. (For reference, animals, especially the ones with good sense of smell usually run away when he's around).

Chocolate shrinks slightly from the demonic odor, but allows the scratching, albeit reluctantly.

[Morty]

Wenomir pets the cat and examines its collar. Chocolate? Who would name a cat like that? he mutters to himselt.

The kitty nuzzles against Wenomir.

Chocolate nuzzles s'more. There's only so much you can do with a Kitty.

A random man runs through the Great Room. AND HE'S ON FIRE!!!

[Morty]

The anti-fire sprinklers turn on and wash him with water.

Random Man thanks no-one in particular, then ports out.

Chocolate blinks, then walks to the kitchen.

Fan walks in carrying a stack of books in anyone who cares to look will notice the following titles: Elder Evils, and you. "the modern aboleth slayer, and lastly the Book of exalted deeds

Damn it. If all other demonhunters weren't out to gut me, I'd have to learn how to block teleportation eventually, me says to noone in particular.

Chocolate walks in with a frozen piece of Salmon in his mouth. Later examination of the freezer will reveal that the rubber seal was slashed open and the magnetic strip pulled out. Chocolate places the frozen hunk of fish at Wenomir's feet, waiting expectantly.

[Morty]

Wenomir puts the fish into a microwave oven, defrosts it and as soon as it's warm, puts it into Chocolate's bowl. Then he begins to ponder on how to make the HQ more kitty-proof.

Yum Yum! Chocolate eats.

[Morty]

Wenomir fixes the freezer and goes to the workshop to try and make a lock that'd prevent the cat from getting into it.

After finishing his meal, Chocolate follows and watches Wenomir as the lock is made.

Wenomir can't imagine how would a cat know how to pick a lock by watching it made, so he lets Chocolate stay(unless he smells that it's a demon, that is). Not that he's doing very good at trying to make a lock.

No demons, but there's a whiff of the ol' magic.
Chocolate jumps up onto a workbench, flicking away a scroll and a half finished magitek grenade to get a better view.

[Morty]

((Wenomir can only smell demons, devils and other evil outsiders.))
Wenomir tries to make a lock, but he's no craftsman. Still, he's able to make a set of three padlocks that can be opened quickly by a humanoid, but not by a normal cat. He puts them on the freezer and the fridge.

Chocolate falls asleep on the workbench.
