All Hell Has Broken Loose [Team 1 IC]

Returning from your 'hunting trip' with Lord Simone you have made each others aquintance's and already settled into a familiar camaradarie bantering sort of way. Well that was untill the sky cracked. Sky's shouldn't crack open but this one did. Right above Greyhawk, a huge bolt of blood red lightening split the sky in two and the sky turned black.

This was over three hours ago, since then an unabating storm has been beating down over the fair city, and you have reached its fringes.

Rushing past you are hundreds of citizen's most of them bloodied to a certain extent, none of them stopping or even registering you or Lord Simone.

Lord Simone however is not amused, he draws his huge great-sword which starts glowing an immesnely bright yellow-gold colour, coming to a huge white tip.

Drawing up to the Southern Gate of Greyhawk, it would appear that there are small red orange blue and green creatures running everywhere. These however the Town Guard have well inhand. The paving slabs are cracked and even the moss which lives everywhere has been destroyed and removed.

Then suddenly you hear a great wrenching and the pavement starts to move beneath you. Shuffling back 100 feet quickly you see 90% of the pavement vanish into an abyss. Instead of your regular blood red and dark orange flames leaping out, instead there is a mixture of blue and green, and from the pit crawls a hideous creature. It stands about 14 feet tall and has the body the size of an incredibly large plow-horse.

"Well boys bottoms up, lets make ol' Cuthbert proud."

With that he holds his weapon high and charges across the street directly at the creature in an attempt to smite it.

Place yourselves and give us an initiative role. Also willing to do some roleplay to the city if its wanted with Lord Simone.

"This was not how I expected to spend the day." Ligant says dryly to his companions, even as his shaking hands betray how fearful he truly feels. Clenching his clawed hands into a grip, Ligant masters his fear and prepares for battle. It is obvious to those that knew him that the grimaces running across his face were not from his own fear, but for the fear of the lives for all of his friends and companions who had lived in the city. The usually talkative Ligant had fallen silent the moment the dire straits the city had been in had been made clear, and this was the first thing he had said since.

Xayl, Soulknife

Xayl prepares to focus himself to form a mind blade. His second skin grows up over his face, and he van feel it granting him more skill as it does. Standing next to Simone Xayl grins underneath his skin. "Well, one more dead body won't hurt the count."
