    Update 9

    Bite Me

An evil doppelganger of Fanboy, born of all his hatred and rage, snuck into GLoG and attacked good Fan, infecting him with vampirism. When he returned to unlife, he attacked Turtle in a hallucinatory blood frenzy, but once he had sated his thirst, realized what he had done. Insert much angst and self loathing here.

With a combination of barbarian constitution and holy energy being fed into her mind through her psychic link with Fan, Turtle was able to avoid being turned into an undead. As a bonus, her near death experience caused her to regain her memories. (Shut up, it does too make sense.)

However, the vampirism still lies dormant within her.

    DUN DUN DUN!!!!

    You Stole My Heart!

Lore, the omniscient being who lives in writing, requested Tempest, Reinholdt, Xavier, Vespe and Noctis to fetch an artifact called the Nightheart for him, one of the artifacts forming the artifact pair known as the Twin Hearts. In return, Reinholdt would receive the artifact known as the Brightheart, Xavier would gain an ally to help protect Alek, Vepse would gain whatever he wanted, and Noctis would gain whatever he wanted. Though the theft of the orbs would weaken the human presence in that universe slightly, it would be balanced by the strengthening of good in this universe. However, in the process the mission, the adventurers inadvertently destroyed the fortress of the Paladins they were stealing from, condemning that world to a dark fate. To balance it out, Lore double crossed Reinholdt, taking both the Brightheart and the Nightheart, thus robbing the forces of destruction of a great artifact. However, due to quick thinking on Reinholdt's part, and stupidity on the part of the others, time was rewinded long enough to replace the orbs with bowling balls. Thus the forces of destruction now have two artifacts to power their nefarious deeds, and the balance is tipping, enough to send the multi-verse into annihilation...

The Power of PMs Compels Thee!

Following a PM of details of a curse made by Lore sent by Lore's Player to Reinholdt's Player (conveniently known as Reinholdt), there was a bit of back and forth over the terms of an agreement. Eventually, after an epic debate (8 PMs), it was decided that Lore would get the Nightheart back, as well as an oath from Reinholdt not to use the Brightheart for nefarious means. Calublufiok (right first time! ) was suspiciously absent from the proceedings. His player maintains that he was 'busy', and is not available for further comment. It seems things are finally looking up for the multi-verse.

    Stirrings of the Heart

Butler B. Butler, GLoG's butler, infamous for doing his job in nothing but shorts and a collar, recently made a new friend in Kaela due to his incredibly friendly nature. They bonded so well, or rather Butler didn't have a clue what he was agreeing to, that Butler has become Kaela's new daddy. Kaela as a result, turned into a small catboy and is now lives with Butler at the GLoG.

In one of his trips to the Taverna Generica, the friendly, flirtatious and world class kisser Butler ran into Vidalia, the sexy plant lady. Together, they agreed to a nightly romp and went upstairs. Vidalia, however, brought Butler to Jaren an incubus, insisting they shared these things. This was a new experience for Butler and he was hesitant at first, but a combination of Vidalia's sensuous actions and Jaren's nearly irresistable aura caused Butler to give in and become one of Jaren's thralls. Butler is now missing over half his soul as repeated visits to Jaren has occurred.

While this was happening, Butler met Decker who was still working through some troubles she had with her friend DarkComet. Butler and Decker quickly became friends (as Butler does with most people he meets), though Decker is far more bubbly and enthusiastic than most, so Butler has taken a particular interest in her and her peculiar nature. When Decker found out that Butler was in danger from an incubus, she rushed there and eventually convinced him to come with her and lock himself up with herself and Vidalia in the detention center for his own good.

In the meantime, Hulga Brightwaters, a paladin of the goddess of spirit arrives at the Tavern after a long trip. There she runs into Jaren and quickly decides she's going to have him for herself. Out of nowhere this mean cop Sam and this intruding psychic Randy showed up to spoil her fun! Threatening a seemingly innocent Jaren, she quickly jumped to the conclusion that this vile evildoers must be stopped. Interfering in the fight Hulga mistakenly believed she saved Jaren from wrongdoing. Eventually Sam and Randy leave and Hulga heals a wounded Alexis. She then takes Jaren upstairs and dies the most pleasant death anyone has ever died.

Jaren, however, is radically changed upon consuming the paladin's soul. He's now more powerful than ever and still holds part of Bulter's and Vidalia's souls hostage.

Apocalypse, Abberations, and A Match made in Hell
Butler had been locked up with Vidalia for their own safety, along with Decker. Decker used a magic aging potion to temporarily grow older. Various scandelous acts occured between the three shameless cell mates. Over time, though, various escape attempts and rising tempers led Decker to declare her love for Butler and go offer Jaren her soul in exchange for getting back Vidalia's and Butler's, leaving behind her feather cloak for Butler. Jaren accepted. Vidalia caught enough of the exchange to inform Butler who went rushing to the tavern. Too late, though, Jaren escaped with half of Decker's soul, and Butler led Decker to a room and also declared his love for her, doing his best to comfort her.

Nomlas convinced Lex to visit him where Calublufiok took advantage of the situation to capture her. Reinholdt had various interactions with DC, one of which included getting slammed into by a piano. DC had numerous opportunities to kill Reinholdt, but never followed through. Reinholdt also met the Mediator who attempted to prevent the negative memories from harming him with a charm, but something involving Reinholdt's Lucky Star didn't agree with the attempt and it only made things worse. Tessa learns Reinholdt's star was given to him by Calublufiok. After being beaten up particularly bad by DC one time, he was rescued by Rabbit Vasque. Taking advantage of his situation he led Rabbit out to a trap and caught her for Calublufiok.

Calublufiok took his two prisoners to the clifftop and used them to summon Neirian and Amour in a trap. Combined with a specially prepared emulator of Harth's energies, the prophecy was fulfilled, and an old god was summoned. Nomlas, finally realizing what he helped to achieve, took a comment of Calublufiok's a little too seriously and noblely sacrificied himself in attempt to save everyone, despite everyone's assumption of his hatred for others. Other causulties include KR and Johannes.

During the fight, Draken, to help the old god, attempted to unleash Love's Pain on everyone, targeting the victim's most treasured one. For DC, this was Decker. The Love's Pain spell that hit Decker forced her to return to her home in hell. As soon as she tried to leave, though, Butler jumped in after her. Too weakened from the soul drain and the Pain spell, Decker is currently unable to portal back without some unknown risks. The Hell adventure shall be detailed in a later digest.

Eventually Tessa returned from the library knowing that the old god's weakness was weapons coated in the blood of gods. Amour took advantage of his own blood to get off some damage, before disappearing to avoid a love's pain spell. Neirian reappeared on the battlefield soon thereafter. Calublufiok took advantage of this fact to claim he had killed Amour and that the only way to defeat the old god was for her to die too. Enraged, Neirian, finished off the exhausted lich with Turtle's help. Heavily wounded at this point, Neirian insisted on her death to stop the old god. Literally the second that the Old God died from wounds from weapons using blood Neirian had already spilt, Turtle stabbed her goddess in the chest. Tessa teleported everyone to safety and Neirian died, no doubt with dire consequences to her followers.

    Prophecy Boy
After shedding doomsday form, Kaela reduced himself to the form of a young catboy child, rewriting his own memories and DNA to make himself think and appear to be the child of Butler B. Butler, the catboy butler of GLoG. In this state, he lasted at least a week, as a fairly normal, if not clingy, baby, before having his mental state a mite shattered by the disappearance of Butler, and a brief encounter with his original creator, Lord Magtok.
Did this encounter trigger a relapse to his old self? And, if so, is that the reason behind his latest bout of Somniloquy? Or, in truth, was it prophecy?

    Renewals
After Reinholdt returned to the tavern from his latest apocalypse attempt, he ran into Rabbit. Furious at the damage and pain he had done to Amour, Rabbit swore vengeance and roughed him up a bit before stalking out.

Later, Tessa tricked Reinholdt (I say tricked cause I'm writing these posts. Disagree? Write your own. ) into looking at a Black Onyx. By looking within, Reinholdt simultaneously felt all the pain that had been caused by the summoning of the old god. All the wounds, fear, and emotional damage. This had the effect of apparently breaking Reinholdt. Lost in his head at the suffering he had caused, he felt the need to return to those he hurt worst and let them hurt him in return.

The first person he met was Rabbit. Unsure of what to do with the submissive cat who wanted to be tortured by her, Rabbit eventually let the cat go making him promise to end the world and end all suffering. Her reasoning can only be guessed at.

Reinholdt, confused, but bolstered with new motivation to bring the apocalypse, continued his quest to make some minor reperations to those he hurt by returning to the GLoG. There he was met with mixed responses ranging from "DIE KITTY DIE!!" to "I forgive you." Reinholdt was locked up in jail, where Princess Lexington attempted to murder him, but was unsuccessful at the time. Reinholdt took note and great interest in the fact that Kaela was here in addition to the prophecy written on the wall. Magtok gave warning as an evil villain who would know about these sorts of things that Reinholdt ought to be killed before he tried again, but was largely ignored for reasons unfathomable.

Tessa showed up once more. Claiming to Reinholdt that the star he held that protected his memories from being screwed with also prevented his memories from fading and that she wanted him to give it to her. Reinholdt rather didn't trust her after the Onyx incident and refused. Tessa responded by turning Reinholdt to stone, carrying him out of the GLoG as if the people there had no right to him, and putting him in her heavily defended room in the tavern.

    Tessa frightens me.

In the meantime, Calublufiok has regenerated and goes to gather a sample of the old god for some unknown purpose. He also summoned Nomlas' spirit and offered a deal. Cal would return him to life at the price of working for him. Nomlas agreed and the deal was made. It seems a pocket watch in Calublufiok's possession may now hold the key to Nomlas' life.

    Burning Ring of Fire

Butler, having jumped into Hell itself to valiantly save Decker, soon found himself locked up by Decker's father Baalzatar who intended to hold him hostage to get Decker to run his armies. In jail, he met Kali who helped him bust out. He was forced to leave his mithril bell though. Led by Decker's feather cloak, they reunited with Decker and made their way to a tower that held the Tartarus Gate.

There, they used guile, wit, skill, luck, and strength to overcome a great many obstacles. Well, Butler mostly watched. At the top of the tower, they were confronted by Lilith, another one of those naked female demons of doom. After some fighting, Butler was taken as a living hostage. Thinking quick, and possibly motivated by other things, Butler turned and kissed Lilith passionately. This had the convenient side effect of stalling her long for Kali and Decker to finish Lilith off and rush through the portal.

This also had the inconvenient side effect of severely diseasing Butler, causing him to rot quickly. Starting from the mouth. They got him to the infirmary in time, though, and kept him alive. He's needed bed rest, but should be back to normal soon. Which means taking care of Kaela, helping Decker get her soul back, finding Vidalia, and well maybe, just maybe, he'll get to do some butlery things in there as well.

    *****

Calublufiok returned to the tavern, confronted Tessa, and realizing the deal was off, managed to break into her room, find Reinholdt, destroy precious sentimental objects, and get out. Fun times.

He also thoroughly explained to Nomlas how he controlled his life. Particularly the extremely rapid and painful aging of it. He then told Nomlas to assist Reinholdt in whatever way needed. Reinholdt on his part, turned himself back in to the GLoG. Waiting until no one was around, he busted himself and Nomlas out, then scurried into hiding while waiting for their opportunity to snatch Kaela.

    The Inverted Tower

After Calublufiok's summoning of the old god and subsequent suicide attack on Neirian, DarkComet decided to finally use the co-ordinates he got from the Mediator to track down and destroy Cal's phylactery. Happy and Fanboy followed as well at behest of their new goddess Neirian. Avatar imposed herself at the last minute as well.

Of course, using unknown co-ordinates from an unknown source is usually a bad idea. In this particular case, the Mediator got said co-ordinates from Calublufiok directly who set up a trap for Comet. Showing up in a cage in the middle of the tower, he injected Comet with a solution. Calublufiok explained that the only exit due to the odd nature of this dimension was up and the phylactery was down. He also explained Comet's power would start rapidly growing out of control until everyone and everything he thought about was destroyed by the sheer strength of his mind. Laughing Calublufiok went upstairs. Then taking a secret passage hidden in the electricity trap room, he headed downwards instead and making his escape.

The time release on the cage went off and let the group out. Comet and Zee went up in hopes of leaving and Happy and Fanboy went down to destroy the phylactery. Dodging and defeating a great many trials, each group finally arrived. To their dismay, Cal had lied (surprise!) in order to make sure they got the opposite of what they wanted. Happy and Fanboy turned around. Comet learned that the tower itself was supposedly the phylactery and the only way to destroy it was with his newfound telekinetic power. Cal's writing claimed it was too late for Comet to turn around and escape without endangering everyone and everything he knew and cared about.

This caused Comet to snap, just a little. Rather than becoming a sacrificial martyr, he psychically forced his way through the dimensional barrier, he fled back to ACRONYM and quickly set out to make a cure. Successful, Comet returned to normalcy. He still has one vial of the stuff used by Calublufiok to super-enhance him.

In the meantime, Turtle and Zee set up a bomb type trap designed to engulf the entire tower in a chain reaction. Rushing down, Fan, Turtle, and Zee all left through the gate just before the bomb went off. Ending up on a deserted island, Fan and Turtle soon found themselves in serious danger from being unprotected in the sun, but evaded an untimely vampire death just barely.

As for the Tower that may or may not have been Calublufiok's phylactery? No one at this point knows except for Calublufiok. Will his threat ever be neutralized?

    Tears of the Past

Butler and Reinholdt were thrown far into the past by a portal created by Kaela. There, Reinholdt tricked Happy into thinking he wanted to changed. They went on and Reinholdt met Rabbit's double who tricked him into drinking a drugged tea. Evading death at the hands of the former redeemer Mordokai the Merciful and a skeletal avian, he was rescued by Happyturtle and left in Rabbit's hands. Eventually Decker managed to pull them all to safety. Butler rushed Happy and Decker to GLoG, after which Butler signed up for an AMEN exchange program.

Rabbit and Reinholdt on the other hand went to the Glass Citadel. Reinholdt eventually awoke, suffering side effects from the drugged tea in the form of amnesia. No longer under the weight of his memories, he had a short lived enjoyable petting and snuggling session with Rabbit before falling asleep. Trusting Rabbit, the next day she took him to Calublufiok. Once there, Cal beat him a bit. Screaming for help, Rabbit provided none, breaking his trust. Calublufiok then used the star and his magics to pour all of Reinholdt's hideous memories back into him before throwing him out the window. Calublufiok thanked Rabbit, shook her hand and left.

Reinholdt made his way to GLoG where he demanded to speak to DarkComet. He begged Comet to kill him, taking off his star and requesting he look at Reinholdt's backstory (READ IT!). Comet agreed to kill him if he still wanted after he showed Reinholdt the hidden memory. Reinholdt agreed. Without his star, he was both better off and unprotected from himself, and fell quickly into mad laughter to cope with this new reminder of bad fate.

Comet informed Happy who sedated him. Nora used the Spork of Power to kill the Lucky Star artifact, but destroyed the Spork in the process. Reinholdt woke up and Happy tried to comfort him, but he seemed rather crazy so locked herself up with him. Kaela visited, but Happy said she was Reinholdt's "friend" (bad word for Reinholdt) and he went ballistic, attacking both Kaela and Happy. He was eventually subdued. Giving him a personal drone to get him what he needs, Happy fell asleep, still recovering from her recent amputation. Reinholdt used the personal drone to get himself food and drugs that are normally harmless to people, but quite deadly to cats. He took it all and slunk under the bed, using spells to cover up his horribly messy suicide scene.

Happy awoke and found him dead. Distraught she attempted to talk him into resurrecting, atoning, and accepting help. He refused. Calublufiok contacted Rabbit telling her to go get him. She obliged, talking to Reinholdt and mentioning the possibility of becoming undead. Not really a threat, Reinholdt still panicked due to an incredible, previously unknown, fear of becoming undead and accepted the resurrection.

He left with Rabbit and met Calublufiok in a cave outside. Calublufiok congratulated Rabbit once again before turning his attention to Reinholdt for going to GLoG and attempting to escape his grasp through death. Then he noticed the Lucky Star was missing. For the first time since Calublufiok arrived in the ACROverse, he was angry. Furious that the Lucky Star had been destroyed, he tortured Reinholdt in every physical way possible, using his magic to keep him alive and suffering. Finally he applied a new, less powerful, star to Reinholdt to keep him constantly relieving his past tragedies.

Calublufiok left. Rabbit, having watched the whole thing, no doubt to fuel nightmares for her for many a year, stayed until Reinholdt awoke. Reinholdt for his part, seemed to have lost all emotion, his gaze unwavering and yet never really looking at you, his voice devoid of inflection or variances. Questions and imperatives were spoken like dull facts of the least importance. Rabbit led Reinholdt back to her Citadel.

    Update 11

    Wizard's End

After being gone from Acronymia for a few weeks, Tessa returned. The timewalker was now over a hundred years old, frail, and suffering from dementia. Though sometimes she appeared lucid enough to remember her age, at other times she seemed to to be reliving the time when she was plotting to kill Alek.

Of course, Calublufiok couldn't resist trying to get those bracelets from her. After a failed attempt to drug her, he finally just came out and openly challenged her to combat, with an implied threat to destroy the Taverna if she didn't accept.

Cal won the fight and killed a perfectly harmless little old lady. Immediately the bracelets began burning off mana at a furious rate. If Cal didn't act quickly, they would soon be completely mundane bits of jewellery. He ate Tessa's brain to gain her knowledge of the bracelets, and discovered that they should have cast a true resurrection as a contingency. He tried to capture Tessa's soul to keep that from happening, but the soul capture was unsuccessful. However, she did not resurrect.

He also noticed that her brain was strangely burnt in places which didn't seem to correspond to the damage she'd been dealt in combat, but was in too much of a hurry to secure the bracelets to ponder the matter. He finally recovered the memory of Tessa's first contact with the bracelets and put them on.

Tessa spent years designing the trap. She considered using a simulacrum, but knew that Cal would be able to detect it. So when she reached the end of her life and was ready to sacrifice it, she laid her plans, setting the spells in place, and then stepping through a portal to Acronymia. Once there, she burnt out her own memory of what she'd done as well as the details of how to control the bracelets. In essence, she gave herself dementia, knowing that Cal would never be able to resist the bait.

Had he not put on the bracelets, they would have burned themselves out. But he did. She knew he would. And that's why she arranged to have her soul bind itself to the bracelets.

For now, Cal seems to have control over the bracelets, but he's also become dependant on them. If he removes them, his ability to cast spells goes with them. And meanwhile, Tessa remains within the bracelets. Watching. Waiting.

The Squeaky Wheel gets the Grease

An unknown man with a squeaky shoe has shown up in the Acroverse. His very first act was to send an aquarium filled with four trout to Happy and Fanboy via Dave's Delivery Service. The point of this is still unknown, but the trout are living happily.

He then encountered Nikolai. The cheery upbeat girl caught his eye. Especially when he jumped to the conclusion that she was being raped by Faust and suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. Giving her a Furby from his briefcase of oddities, he stepped out and went to GLoG. There he requested that they kill Faust. His extreme dislike for authorities peeped through when he declined to give them any information about Faust after they refused his request, spouting out nonsense about redemption. Let them try to redeem. In the meantime more people are getting hurt from their inability to properly remove villains. The man headed off to find someone else more willing to take the necessary steps.

He has recently set up his house and shop of oddities at the Crossroads. One can trade an oddity in exchange for another oddity that they are looking for.

    *****

In the meantime, Butler finally returns to GLoG. Decker came and drank a potion to permanently age to 23. A somewhat painful process. Butler convinced Decker to go let Vidalia know. While Decker was out, Butler got reservations for the Restaurant Enchante. Taking Decker and Vidalia there, they are currently enjoying a good old fashioned romantic evening together. Complete with grass, fertilizer, sprinklers, a jungle gym, a ball pit fight, and eating moldy food under the table.

Butler's plot clone also met Nikolai and was told that Faust eats people. Falling under the assumption he's like Jaren and coming to the belief that all mean people eat other people, Butler ran off to get help for Nikolai.

Meanwhile another clone met Titan Ajax and mistakingly takes him to Dr. Al Beit's office mistaking it for Dr. Nefarious evil lair. Eventually sorting that out, he takes Ajax to GLoG.

There Czernov is kidnapped! Butler, without any supervision to tell him otherwise, immediately sends the GLoG drones to the tavern to rescue him.

    The Lich gets Licked

The apathetic and emotionally drained Reinholdt visited a few places and people, but showed no signs of improvement, lost in his own world of memories. Finally, he gets summoned to Calublufiok's side. Rabbit is threatened by Cal and told to keep her sister occupied. Calublufiok secretly gets Nomlas to come to his aid. Finally, he goes directly to Skrall and tells him of his hideout making sure he was in cybernetic earshot of Drelin.

Drelin, in his own egotistical arrogance, believed he had managed to gleam information from Calublufiok that Cal didn't want him to know. He quickly went to GLoG and informed the fast growing anti-Calublufiok group of his supposed location. Some of the group went to the mountains and fought their way through Skrall and some undead minions to make their way down to a magma filled room, where a lava golem posed a threat. Rather than fight it, the group tried to rush passed it. At this point Calublufiok used the messenger clone there to reveal his trap, and the group was buried in the mountain as the lava rose, threatening to melt them. They managed to escape, though. Sent Drelin into a depression for being outwitted, which was fun to watch.

The group did manage to learn Calublufiok's real location, though. The following people:
    • Sam
    • Judy
    • DarkComet
    • Raven
    • Skrall (being dragged along unconscious)
    • Runner
    • Marley
    • Orson
    • Wenomir
    • Drelin

All fought their way past Nomlas and group of four minor liches under Calublufiok's control. Eventually they reached a sadistic game where they were often forced between friend, foe, and what to sacrifice in order to get ahead. They all survived and were thrust into a spire where they were forced to face their worst nightmares. Skrall lost out to his nightmare somehow becoming Skrall Mark II, and Judy was unable to escape, remaining writhing on the floor while reliving her nightmare over and over. She may need psychological help later. The rest moved on to face Calublufiok. By this time a strange stitched stranger had joined the group and was following for unknown reasons, snatching up the non-existent elven Calublufiok from Cal's own worst nightmare.

In the meantime, back at the GLoG, Vorka cast a spell that revealed the Inverted Tower as the still standing phylactery. Alexander and Kris the Slayer went there and worked their way to the weak point. Kris got turned around by a suggestion and ended up touching the chair that wasn't supposed to be touched. Falling under it's spell Kris soon sought out Alexander and fought against him. Before Kris did too much damage, Alexander crumbled the entire tower and killed them both.

By this time, Calublufiok was in a heated fight with the anti-Cal group. He was effortlessly avoiding almost everything they threw at him and countering with equal fervor. Realizing his tower had been destroyed, even Calublufiok started to get nervous. Especially when Tessa started preventing the use of most of his spells. Struggling uphill with his own magic abilities, he stopped toying around and killed Reinholdt, sucking the cat's soul into the sword. Using the sword, he activated the doomsday device, a machine formed from hundreds of artifacts fused together with a small star's heart shard. Sitting on the magical ley line that traveled through the multi-verse, Calublufiok intended to use the combined power of the artifacts, wish granting shard, magical ley line, and Reinholdt's own pent up hatred to destroy everything.

Calublufiok returned to his battle, continuing to struggle against the bracelets, but still putting up a dangerous fight. Sam went and rescued Judy. Raven died when he touched the artifact machine, learning too late of its defenses. Orson was shocked to learn never fondle a lich and ended up falling into the lava. Calublufiok turned most of the rest of the arena into lava and Drelin found himself without a platform to stand on, melting away into nothingness. The rest of the group continued their tag-team assault on the self-proclaimed GOD. Eventually, lacking his OMG UBERNESS that he had, he was taken down in one large group effort, his bones disintegrating into ash as he was destroyed forever.

Comet in the meantime, after much prodding from Orson before he died and Tessa, including a psychic slap upside the head, finally tried to calm Reinholdt. At first he only succeeded in making the critter even angrier until he started psychically sending his emotions and statements. Finally manage to calm the cat down to prevent the machine from going off, the doomsday device fell apart. The stranger gathered up the ash and the bracelets. Judy snatched the star shard and the magical star screwing with Reinholdt's memories. Comet grabbed the evil sword and sent it to GLoG. The group escaped.

But Calublufiok had one final trick up his sleeve in the event the doomsday machine failed. Based on a preset timer, and some magical contingencies, Calublufiok has let loose an unprecedented lava flow on the ACRO-verse that now threatens all major landscapes and points of interest.

    Starry night

Butler stumbles across a star shard and falls under it's sway. Soon hunting out the others, he picks one up from sheer luck at the tavern from a warrior. He gets in a scuffle with Yasmin and gets shot and taken to the hospital where the star Eltanin told him if his heart was taken he'd die and asked Butler to guard the shards he has. Butler agreed and later found another one in the hands of Redcaps.

Butler runs into Faust at the tavern and invites to GLoG. Nikolai is punished for letting Butler see her scars earlier. Then both Nikolai and Faust come to GLoG, Butler not realizing the mean man that would eat him that Nikolai warned him about was indeed Faust.

Butler also visits the carnival with Vidalia. Hijinks ensue.

Squeaky shoes man has been staying in the background, but recently ran across an injured, beached sailor and saved his life, before continuing on as if nothing happened. Odd.

Reinholdt was pulled out of the cursed sword at Vasilisa and DarkComet's insistence with the help of Baba Yaga. He visited Rabbit in a mad search for Calublufiok, but to no avail. Rabbit made him promise to stay alive and not do anything stupid. He then went to Raven's funeral, where he tried watching from afar but was caught. Happyturtle had him come into Raven's hut, but for what he doesn't know.

A catgirl fell unconscious right outside GLoG. She was brought into the infirmary. The girl seems to have been starved, fought with something, and is suffering a major concussion. Her amnesia is frustrating, though her name is Irene. There are marks on her neck where a collar had been for many years. There doesn't seem to be one now.

    Evolution

Butler determines that Irene may be related to him. He prepares for his trip back home for the week he has to spend back home, intending to take Irene back with him to find out if she did indeed come from there. Irene rushed into Tobias cell believing him to be injured when in fact it was self-mutilation and Tobias used the opportunity to escape.

Reinholdt spends a great deal time sleeping and thinking in the tavern. He meets an alchemist and starts work on getting a remove-sentience potion. Vasilisa helps him and convinces him to admit they're friends. He does so, at the very least to make her happy, even if he doesn't believe it. He gathers up all the necessary ingredients.

Making a trip back to the tavern in hopes of finding the alchemist again, he instead runs into the recently returned Magtok who openly mocks Reinholdt for failing. Reinholdt rather takes this the wrong way and it renews his passion for destroying the multi-verse.

As a result he visits Rabbit to ask for her help. He shows up right before Turtle does with a note to Rabbit from Raven. Turtle leaves in tears after Rabbit storms away. Reinholdt followed Rabbit. She agrees to help admitting to liking the cat. They even almost bond as Rabbit goes into a helpless laughing fit. At least until she drives Reinholdt away by questioning his motivations and selfishness.

Reinholdt heads to GLoG where he's nearly eaten by twibbles. He manages to evade them however and find what he's looking for. Kaela. Coaxing Kaela to an old laboratory of Cal's in PEACE, he plays the nice cat as long as possible, trying to get Kaela to tell him how to end the multi-verse knowing Kaela may be the only doomsday device Reinholdt has access to now that Calublufiok is gone. The result was rather... unexpected as Kaela somehow transformed Reinholdt and entered his now human body. Apparently the most attractive man in all existence as well.

Indeeed, within a minute, or so, there is no Kaela, and, indeed, no Reinholdt, to be seen. Merely a man. A really, really amazing man. Screw Jazirian, Harth, Fanboy, even... Wait. He's probably, in fact, the most attractive humanoid to have ever walked the universes, in an over-hyped, inhuman, Stephenie Meyer described, kinda way. Take Amour’s intrigue (without the weird loner, and lover, issues), Nomlas’ boldness (without the uncouth idiocy, and ignoring the occasional bouts of OMG-cowardice), Vespe’s flair (without the moral weakness – don’t try and deny it), Butler’s sexiness (without the overtones of rank easiness), Fanboy’s gothic impressiveness (without the tendency to get on your nerves), and everyone else good looking you can think of’s attractiveness (without that ugly stench of mortality). He has slightly pointed ears, pale, almost luminous skin, big, red-pink eyes, lacking pupils, and a wiry, muscular physique, that screams effortlessness. He's flaming hawt. Of course, anyone who was in the Waves plot might recognise the form of Prince Kaelaroth Maschin of Magtok-Armennia. But maybe not, especially as he'll still speak with Reinholdt's voice.
And, currently, a little seed of Kaela resides in novoReinholdt's body. Waiting, as it were, to be delivered.

In the meantime, Butler visits the tavern and ends up with a rather evil puppet on his hands... literally.

What Harm Could One Little Kitty Do?

Butler returns home along with Irene, Decker, and Darkcomet. There, they meet Adam, the proclaimed prime catboy. There he explains how he genetically engineered the catfolk race and how Butler and Irene were raised, shedding light on Irene's forgotten past. Irene left in a huff, and Adam offered to let the guests stay for as long as they wish.

In the meantime, Reinholdt narrowly avoids the dangerously devious denizens of PEACE. By narrowly, I mean easily by walking out the front door as they sleep on the job. Making his way to GLoG in order to snatch a weapon from the armory and chase after a dead-end plot, Reinholdt runs into one of the only people who knows what body he's in. Happyturtle. She gets rather upset when she learns it's Reinholdt in Kaela's human body. As does nearby Comet who punches Reinholdt for threatening his existence after finally learning to be happy.

Happyturtle in the meantime declares Reinholdt dangerously insane and attempts to lock him away. For good if she has to. Reinholdt starts plotting a way out, but in the meantime decides to give over a gift he's been meaning to give, since he was unable to find the undead who needed it. Summoning the Brightheart from its hiding place, he places it in the infirmary figuring it offer cheap constant free healing to the GLoG members. Unknowing to Reinholdt, Happy is a latent vampire and it quickly incapacitates her. Taking advantage of the opportunity, he escapes, snatching weapons on the way out.

Still in need of proper clothes, Reinholdt flees to Rabbit's Citadel. He upgrades her on the status of the mission which would be: incredibly odd. After some short discussion, Furiel arrives. The angel went rather nuts at seeing Reinholdt, as if he shouldn't exist. When Reinholdt touched the angel to prove his existence and to get Furiel to calm down, red energy shot out unexpectedly and started to spread through Furiel like a virus. Within seconds, Furiel spouted out a prophecy before turning into a red statue that now sits in front of the Citadel.

Reinholdt went to the tavern to give Rabbit some space and ponder these events himself in a place he sort of considered home. There, Comet almost killed him, but changed his mind after Reinholdt managed to turn the topic of conversation back to Comet. He left telling Reinholdt happiness could still be found. He didn't have the longest of time to ponder this as Happy and Magtok showed up sometime when he wasn't looking. Happy seemed rather defeated about the whole thing, but Magtok decided action must occur. Shooting Reinholdt in the knee, Reinholdt is rather shocked to see it heal almost instantly. Side effects however, included an overwhelming desire to be with the nearest female, which resulted in hitting on Happy a bit, before he brought it back down to somewhat manageable levels. Vyrn entered, and upon hearing a few sentences, jumped to conclusions, didn't bother checking the facts, nor learning who he was dealing with, and immediately started shooting. Remind me next time that this guy is extremely gullible and easy to send on assassination jobs. Reinholdt escaped with a well timed smoke grenade.

Reinholdt returned to Rabbit's Citadel, where they figured out what at least part of the prophecy meant. In an ever-spinning wheel of arguments, attraction, philosophy, need, I don't knows, pushing each other away, and swinging right back, the two finally fell in a fit of uncontrolled passion. Rabbit conceived the rapidly growing Kaela-spawn. Reinholdt, having lost what could best be described as a parasite sucking on his life force, fell weakened and in need of medical attention, which he promptly got by Rabbit and Jon.

In the meantime, however, Reinholdt's past is rapidly catching up to him. Khiansa finds out about at least part of Reinholdt's involvement with the Brightheart as well as all the other details of Reinholdt's and heads to the Glass Citadel. Vryn again goes the gullible route and listens to Magtok's every word, agreeing to hunt down and kill Reinholdt himself. Happy and Magtok decide it's time for an old fashioned hero/villain team-up of brawn and brains and also head to the Citadel. Nemo arrives as well, giving Rabbit a message from Epoch warning against the first steps in the prophecy, something which already occurred. Nemo reveals to all waiting, what occurred between Rabbit and Reinholdt.

    Don't Catch the Psychics!

Irene and Butler both return from the Estate. Butler having learned he's married and might want to consider an actual honeymoon sometime soon. Irene having learned she'd rather not remember her past lest she become a servant without a choice. Irene's room was destroyed by a vicious mob attack while she was still in it, crushing a leg and an arm. Johnny Boy pulled her out of the rubble and she was sent to the hospital where doctors found her bones rapidly regenerating. She came back to GLoG and met Melody.

Butler in the meantime, met Amelia at the tavern. She told him that Butler's best friend, Comet, had the psychics and the two of them deduced that it was not only a contagious mental disease, but it also deadly. Fearing for their lives, Butler wished for a cure, and with the star shards he's collected so far, got one. After administering the cure to themselves, Butler spiked Comet's food with the cure and temporarily robbed Comet of his psychic abilities in an effort to save his life. Comet yelled at Butler and threatened him with a shiny black knife. After some condolences by Decker and some sagely advice from the very nice and very kind and quite goodly Magtok, Butler returned and got Decker to help explain to Comet.

Reinholdt in the meantime recovered. Nemo is let in after he claimed to be at the Citadel for Reinholdt, whatever that's about. After a spat with Rabbit about the why it all happened, Reinholdt returned to the tavern. There he gave Dorotha some information about GLoG and Wenomir in exchange for some potions. He then ran into Khiansa Bladesong, who inquired about the Brightheart and its twin. He later met Crey who started scrying on Reinholdt. The cat-man also ran into Vasilisa who now harbors secret fantasies of him being the czar here to sweep the girl off her feet and marry her.

Reinholdt returned to the Citadel. Dipsnig arrived and inquired things, but was kept at bay. Skodos came on Magtok's behalf and also asked questions, learning part of the truth and attacking Rabbit. Rabbit escaped, but was put into the infirmary for two days. Happy arrived and helped watch over Rabbit. Jon was furious and went outside to stalk Skodos and make sure no one else got inside. Nemo offered a simulacrum potion for use to create confusion, misinformation, and, in general, protect the conspirators.

Once Rabbit recovered and recieved the three potions Reinholdt had picked up, he went out to the Magcave. Intent on getting the very mean, very rude, and quite evil Magtok to stop going after Rabbit even if it meant killing the cyborg, he attacked Magtok in his own cave. In the end, though, Reinholdt couldn't pull the trigger. He tried to make his way out, but Magtok trapped him in the cave and the Magbots quickly took him down and captured him.

    Magtok's Humiliating Defeat

After playing the victim and pretending to get captured, Reinholdt awoke in the padded cell, finding most of his equipment taken. The ever resourceful cat man stayed vigilant however, knowing that even the smallest of objects could assist in his daring escape and cause havoc in Magtok's base.

Magtok arrived at the cell, intent on degrading our hero's morale and remove his ability to walk, if not kill him completely.* Reinholdt took the initiative, however, and used the cufflinks he got from James Bond to spray knockout gas at Magtok, and steal some of his stuff while he was disoriented. Magtok, still a strong opponent on his own right, recovered, and soon a duel occurred between the two as steel umbrella clashed with pointy poisoned typewriter key rapier.** Our daring Reinholdt pulled a surprise maneuver and tossed a mirror into Magtok's face. The enraged cyborg had no time to retaliate before he shattered into thousands of pieces.

Not content with just defeating the cyborg in hand-to-hand combat, Reinholdt continued to humilate the self-styled lord by looting his cave of plunder, including Reinholdt's new gun of choice, Vera, and the MagMobile***. Destroying several Magbots, and causing severe structural damage****, our hero safely fled as Agent Orange and Dr. Malpractice fought amongst themselves. He returned safely to the Glass Citadel in time to ignore a banshee and watch Rabbit's water break*****.

*Reinholdt may have got shot in the leg and gained something of a permanent limp.
**Reinholdt possibly got stabbed and poisoned here, but his incredible resourcefulness kept him from any lasting harm.
*** The MagMobile might sort of just made a mistake and gave Reinholdt a free ride by accident.
****A few scrapes on the wall.
*****It was bloody. Also the Digest editors felt the need for more footnotes.

    A Whole Lot Apparently.
Due to having been attacked by rabid beavers, as well as developing boils, the staff at the Digest is keeping this entry limited to bullet points.
    • Baby is born. Named Shepherd.
    • Shepherd grows fast. At least a year a day.
    • Plagues occur across the land: Rain of blood. Frogs. Motes of light attacking the brain. Raging animals. Boils. Fire Hail Storm. Darkness. Undead made from all who died during the plagues.
    • Draken gives Reinholdt bad dreams. Various other people as well work to convince him that ending the world was a bad thing.
    • Rabbit visits Amour, intending to have him leave. He stubbornly refuses, calling her foolish. She leaves, broken hearted, and deciding that the end of the world had to be stopped, but doesn't know how, unwilling to kill her own son.
    • Vasilisa arrives at the Citadel having been told she has some purpose there.
    • Magtok, furious and frightened at the idea he could possibly be vulnerable to this apocalypse after he is afflicted with the boils plague decides to stop waiting for Reinholdt to do his job and takes matters into his own hands.
    • Magtok brings Melody to the Glass Citadel, trying to convince Happy to kill the kid. Happy begs him to leave and take her someplace safe. But the few minutes Melody were there were too many. Shepherd reached out from afar and stripped Melody of her life, even as Magtok tried to save her.
    • In response, Rabbit opened the Citadel. Happy fell into a grieving state. Magtok entered, attempting to end it once and for all. Reinholdt also recognized it had to end and went looking for Shepherd, followed by Vasilisa and Nemo.
    • Rabbit visits Amour one last time to beg him to leave. When he does not and treats her rudely, coldly, and is just downright mean to her, she denies him, cuts off her chosen ties with him, and returns to her old beliefs.
    • Others entered the Citadel and were set upon by demons and Jon who fully intended to protect Shepherd, to the point he broke his own vow not to fight anymore.
    • Tobias was trampled to death at the hospital and rose as a vampire.
    • Shepherd teleported Rabbit, Vasilisa, Melody's body and Reinholdt to the tavern. There Reinholdt shot his own son in order to prevent the apocalypse, much to his dismay.
    • Rabbit returned to the Citadel where she was partially taken over by Ambrosius.
    • Happy eventually found Melody again and buried her. She now goes by the name Chelonie with changed text color, no longer interested in being happy. She forgives Magtok, letting him know she doesn't think it his fault.
    • Chelonie had Shepherd's corpse delivered to be eaten by zombies.
    • Jon, distraught over his failures, returned to being Jonlas and is now murdering people, seemingly at random, for being a threat to Rabbit and Reinholdt, despite how much threat they really present.
    • Magtok goes on to work on creating the MoveMent to prevent such an occurrence from happening again before the middle of it. Squeaky Shoes Man joins.
    • Vasilisa takes Reinholdt out and cares for him, eventually convincing him to eat.
    • Reinholdt recieves a letter, inviting him to Epoch's manaforge. He goes and there confirms to creature that he does not want to cause the end of the world anymore, due to it meaning Shepherd's death would be for naught. He also gets yelled at for using third person, though has no idea what Epoch is talking about.

    [Noob update: An outsider's story]
    The beggining...ish
Toblakai popped into being outside the Taverna and walks in to be assaulted by an angry dwarf among other things.
Magtok soon follows, proclaiming his wondrous campaign The MoveMent.
Toblakai angrily asks him what he's doing and is given a few smart-ass comments and then is attacked with a laser beam!
Quickly disposing of Magtok, he goes back to his ale. That's about it. Boring character is boring. He has a few other quick encounters, one of which ends with him carrying people to the hospital then returning to the inn.

    ------

In the meantime, a gale whips into the lobby of PEACE, depositing an average looking guy who proceeds to defeat the skill ability test and walks inside, to find the place practically empty. He then heads towards the inn but is distracted by the "visitor's centre" and heads there first.

He, along with a bright blue fuzzy monster, is denied entry, so he summons some spirits to help him. As he finishes his summoning he sees a blue girl in the air above him suddenly fall, and then be caught, but alas she is dead.
A group of people unknown to him quickly gather and the shock of seeing this death, and the emotion he feels emanating from the gathering, makes his mind weak. Karl is quickly taken over by a couple of spirits, his body is left invisible outside the Citadel while the spirits conjure up some illusions to go help out/ask why the heck it's raining hell on everyone's heads. re. Apocalypse.

One of the illusions quickly finds the "creator" of all the havoc, a young, good looking guy, going by the name of Shepherd. Questioning the young man, the spirits/Karl is quickly ignored as Shepherd, along with some of the others in various other parts of the Citadel, vanish to god-knows-where (turns out it's the Taverna).
The illusion that had been following another group of peeps in the 'del quickly manifests into countless birds that attempt to combat the demons that have set upon the group. However, the birds (for some peculiar reason) completely ignore the biggest problem, a large hellhound.
As everyone begins to flee the Citadel to get away from the demons and whatnot, the birds suddenly vanish, and a very confused Karl wakes up outside the Citadel.

    Reinholdt
Reinholdt joins the MoveMent intent on keeping the world he killed his own son for alive and agrees to retrieve the Brightheart for Magtok. He also starts searching for a way to become a catboy or human or something, so that he may be reunited with Rabbit, perhaps the only thing/person left for him to cling to.

So when he receives Rabbit's letter bequeathing him the Citadel while leaving him forever in a very much, "You're dumped, Bai!" sort of way, he snaps. Well, snaps some more anyways. The result is a crazed kitty who adores the pain he's had to live with his whole life. This attracted the attention of Calithra, who even now wraps herself around his mind, spurring him on and encouraging his painful endeavors in hurting himself and others because it is fate ordained and not his fault.

Reinholdt attempted to get Vasilisa to leave him in a number of ways, certain she would only get hurt staying with him. The girl stubbornly refused to leave. He finally accepted this, knowing finally that it was fate that she would be hurt by him and there was nothing to be done to stop it.

Daisuke and Johnny Boy have begun investigations on the cause of the recent apocalypse. Reinholdt warned Daisuke away, telling him those responsible are horrible monsters and should never be forgiven. Reinholdt has not met Johnny Boy.

    Irene
Irene ran into Vorka at the tavern, who showed her his magical book of magic. Deciding casting from it might be a good idea, they opened it up. Irene cast three spells designed to make her supernaturally beautiful. The first gave her ugly-vision, turning anyone under her gaze hideous. Vorka suffered from this the most before she managed to get super reflective mirrored magic glasses. But now no one can see her pretty eyes.

The second turned her permanently into a beautiful nymph, that goddess of nature. The last gave her constantly spewing pheromones that attract those under its affects to her even more so than they would be normally. This attracted the attention of the Hand and his alter ego, whom she ridiculed horribly, partially due to her vain streak.

She then went Outside, where she met Crimson a.k.a. Scarlet. The underworld girl was taken under Irene's wing. It seems Crimson had a lot of familial issues. To the point where she wanted to kill people to save them from the horrors of life. This resulted in zombies attacking Irene, Phoenix, and Daisuke. Irene pushed Phoenix in the way after Daisuke went psycho nuts and frightened Irene away from him forever.

Irene took away Scarlet's necklace and her dagger and locked them away in a box in a locked drawer, hiding one key on her person and one key under some flowers she planted in the Rose Garden, knowing Scarlet hated flowers and wouldn't go near them if she could. She gave Scarlet a long talk about not killing everyone, which hopefully some of it got through.

Nettle, Crimson's sister, came and insisted Crimson must go home with her. Irene was about to adamantly refuse until Daisuke showed up. Fearing the result of a fight between the zombies and the shinigami, she agreed to go with Nettle, taking Crimson back peacefully. And so the trio went to the Underworld.

    Squeaky Shoes Man
Squeaky Shoes Man joins the MoveMent's group B, reconnaissance. He sets up some rocket-propelled hang gliders to help people get to the Manaforge, before going off to do... whatever he does.

    Reinholdt
Our disturbed feline friend found some of Rabbit's Mad Hatter Tea and tried it out. Reinholdt hallucinated about several things and people including one wolf. Who at one point ate the moon. Which was Shepherd. Don't ask. So Reinholdt tried to get him back, searching out the wolf, and with Amelia and the Silver Surfer's help, accidentally released Astir, who had been sealed away long ago with two others by Mother Eve. The Silver Surfer found his master Or and spirited him away. The other coffin was left behind.

They eventually returned to the Glass Citadel, where Astir took his revenge on Vasilisa robbing her of her beauty by burning part of her face off. Then cutting a deal with Reinholdt, who felt fate led him there and he had no choice but to accept, taking the offer right as Vasilisa tried to stop him. He received the gift of life.

    Which means the following:

He then informed Vasilisa that he intends to keep her in the Citadel as a prisoner, which didn't phase her at all, seemingly more upset over her marred beauty and Reinholdt's transformation. The cat went to the tavern, where he received and ear hoop from Tessa that allowed him to shift forms at will. He also met DarkComet again, rekindling his dislike for the psychic. He traveled to PEACE and asked Drelin to make Comet feel the same pain Reinholdt had felt by getting him to kill his own daughter, KR. Drelin agreed.

    Irene
Irene traveled to the Underworld with Nettle and Crimson. There they met an agent of the First and Forsaken Lion who was soundly beaten by the two little girls. Irene learned a fair bit about the world and its politics as they traveled to The Dowager of the Irreverent Vulgate in Unrent Veils, Crimson's "mother". In truth, the Dowager had killed Crimson's true mother and father in front of the girl before taking Crimson under her wing. Upon meeting the Dowager, Irene agreed to go into the Labyrinth, a hideous place no mortal should tread in, and speak with Crimson's fake father, Verin Reln.

Verin, a Solar Exalted, had kidnapped Crimson and bent her memories to make him look like her father. He told Irene about how he had tied much of what he had done to Crimson's necklace. He also explained that Irene should do what she could to cut Crimson's ties to her surrogate father. Irene went back out into the Labyrinth and almost succumbed to the mad whisperings there before being rescued by Shoat of the Mire, another of Crimson's sisters.

Going before the Dowager again, Irene informed her of the necklace's importance in undoing the damage done by the Solar to Crimson and how both Irene and Crimson would have to return to GLoG in order to retrieve it. The Dowager distrusted Irene, but consented, sending Shoat back as well.

The three reached GLoG and Irene sprung her trap, throwing the place into security lockdown in hopes to trap Shoat. The lockdown did little except slow her down, however. Fortunately other GLoG members arrived in time to reinforce Irene. Eventually Crimson herself convinced Shoat to stop fighting and leave. Irene was mostly ecstatic to just be alive and safe with Crimson at GLoG once more, certain just a few hours ago that she was going to meet her end at the Dowager's hands. Though, it's unlikely to be the last Irene's heard from the "mother". And it's certainly not the last Irene has heard of the whispering madness of the Labyrinth. Which has followed her quietly, constantly, incessantly, since she's left.

    Reinholdt
Reinholdt Prime lied to Vasilisa telling her he loved her for the sole purpose of bedding her. It worked.

Nikolai stuck around the Glass Citadel for a while. But reminded Reinholdt of Rabbit too much and he nearly raped her, changing his mind at the last minute and telling her to get out. She complied.

Reinholdt met the snake hanging around. It got named Apollyon and is now considered a pet of his, though it doesn't seem to hang around all that much.

Reinholdt hired NO to gather herbs for him. The purpose is unknown, though it may have to do with his visit to Hestia. He himself is also gathering herbs. Including one from the Elemental Plane of Air which almost got him ate by a giant chicken and shark. It also brought him to a dryad's grove. Where he seduced the dryad, then snapped her neck and stole a branch. Good times.

After doing this to the dryad, ironically named Vera, he joined GLoG claiming to want Redemption. People were pretty skeptical at first what with him causing massive emotional pain from almost destroying the world three times. But he managed to get in anyways, and has done a number of things to convince them he really has changed.

Including working to fight the plague that recently erupted. Saving Lex's life and that of about 50 elves from the elf orphanage. He was forced to burn the place down though, so basically adopted them and their caretakers and brought them to the Glass Citadel.

Reinholdt investigated the plague and has discovered that Vorka's spellbook is responsible and is being held by Dipsnig. However, he has made no move to retrieve it due to the fact that he has a contract with NO that he is unwilling to compromise.

He hired Yaza and is now searching the Weald to find the Love-In-Idleness. Some misadventures later and he got it and a cupid's arrow. At the price of his whole body turning pink with glowy pink eyes. Hopefully not for too long. It goes away after a little while. But he can now fly and has minor compulsion abilities, though while he uses them, his hair and eyes turn pink and he gets a glowy aura of pinkness.

    Reinholdt the Meek
Reinholdt's simulcram, (known as Reinholdt the Meek) formed before Adam's gift and therefore lacking in all the special properties Adam bestowed upon Reinholdt finally managed to steal the Brightheart from GLoG where he's been hiding out and returned to the Glass Citadel.

He basically hung around for a while, taking his orders from Reinholdt Prime because... well he has to. Then Jedwiga showed up and offered her version of the gift of knowledge to Reinholdt, different from Astir's version. Reinholdt accepted and was enhanced. Far more intelligent and wise like Astir's version. However, no supernatural abilites. Instead all of his traits were super-enhanced. Most prominent, his shyness has increased to the point where he can no longer find his voice.

Explaining that he's been chosen as a creator, Jedwiga led him to the Prima Materia. There he started repaying his rather large debt over all the universes he's destroyed by making a new one. But for some reason, the "Powers that Be" appeared to be displeased with this. Before leaving he snatched three grains of dust of life. Powerful tools of creation.

    Butler
Was kidnapped by Meenlocks. And rescued by Vidalia, Marley, Crimson, and Corentin. Vidalia appears to have fallen head over heals for Corentin, though Butler doesn't know. Butler drank from the babbling brook and now hiccups random sentences almost as often as he says sir. This frightens him as he says words he didn't even know he knew.

    Irene
Spent some time with Crimson. Crimson learned that Irene is suffering from the thoughts of the Neverborn just like Crimson is.

Then Irene got hit with the plague caused by Dipsnig and turned into a zombie. She was nearly contained by Nikolai but Crimson interfered and as a result infected a great many others before Phoenix killed her and Daisuke raised her.

She thanked both Crimson and Phoenix, enjoying some nice well deserved moments with them when the drones interrupted everything. For shame.

Magtok was caught trying to hack into the security systems by Marley. Appalled by the lack of proper security, as well as her own need to protect Crimson and herself from the Dowager's wrath which may someday come, Irene has personally decided to beef security up. Starting with throwing Magtok out on his ear and programming the drones to shoot him on sight. Something which cannot be overridden except by a GLoG member voting council veto. Or some good hacking skills. She's also looking into shoring up other holes. In particular the letting all these non-members wander around at will.

    Squeaky Shoes Man
Delivered information to Magtok about Adam's assassination offers. For a price of course.

    Adam
You know he's up to something. *stares at*

    Abigail

Met Catelyn in the Taverna and formed a mental link with her because she was bored and lonely and Catelyn was sympathetic.
Wandered around a bit, not doing much.
While going to meditate Outside, she met Scarlet, who was looking for Catelyn, and directed her to the Taverna.
When she returned she joined their conversation and Catelyn decided to add Crimson to their mental bond.

Catelyn and Crimson went to the Underworld, leaving Abigail bored again, so she became friends with BR and his sister Erin.

After Catelyn and Crimson's return, she got a mental page telling her to come to GLoG. But when she arrived Catelyn and Scarlet had already left, gone to Catelyn's cottage. Directed by Butler, she found the portal and settled in with the two other girls.

    Toblakai

Toblakai went to MoveMent to see what it's all about, having taken a slight liking to the weird Magtok.
Toblakai began transforming into a comical bear, much to his confusion and dissappointment, so he quickly consumed some of his blood oil. It quickly returned him to his normal shape, with the downside of putting him in a murder and lust filled rage.
Charging out through one of the walls of MoveMent he charged through a village, raping and then killing each family, before finally collapsing from exhaustion at the edge.

Whereupon, Vampire Rot came upon Toblakai and decided to kill him (??).
The fight took place, but the exhausted Toblakai was just no match for the supernatural vampire and just as he was about to have his face clawed to itsy bitsy pieces, his ethereal chains became a bit more real and dragged him into the ethereal plane.

Toblakai showed back up at the Taverna, left again after getting drunk and was found by Regiji, looking at the Manaforge Saturno. After be no help at all, he went back to the Taverna.

    Karl

Karl also decided to join the MoveMent, as he hadn't been doing much at all. He headed into the Manaforge with Magtok and co.
He contacted a spirit or two but found the connection strange, Manaforge influenciness....
They reached the top to find infinity and the rest of the group.
Epoch confronts them here, bein' all high and mighty and I'll-crush-your-bones-to-make-my-bread-y.
Due to some weird time effect in the time god's domain, everything is proceeding very slowly in there.

The Crazy Adventures of Vampire Rot!

Vampire Rot is hanging out at the tarverna, drinking some blood, when suddenly, a giant wolf monster teleports in! Rot spills blood all over himself and is laughed at by some snarky mage! The Big Bad Wolf turns on fire! Oh noes! Rot smartly turns to smoke and hides in the rafters. Yay! But the Big Bad Wolf tells him to come down and go into an empty bottle! Oh no! Mean ol' Fenrir traps Rot in the bottle! Then he teleports them to some random forest called Eden! The Big Bad Wolf gives poor Rot-in-a-bottle to his crazy girlfriend! Luckily, some weak-minded cat is there to be hypnotised into freeing Rot. Yays! Rot doesn't kill them because the Big Bad Wolf might not like that, so he leaves. And finds a cottage! He knocks on the door and is answered! Yay! But the answerer is rude! She tells him to go into some portal to GLoG and slams the door! And the sun is rising! Rot does some awesome transformation mojo and jumps through the portal as a wolf on fire! The stupid GLoGinians didn't put an alignment checker on that portal so Rot gets through! Yay! The vampire hides in and sets fire to GLoG's guard gazebo! Tee hee! Then he explores GLoG all sneaky-like. And he fights some random monster and gives it healing powers! YAY! But it wasn't very fun at all cause the mean ol' monster acidifies both his swords and faints him! The same (but not the same ) cat who let him out of the bottle takes him to the infirmiry. Rot meets some people and decides his next goal is to destroy a hospital! But will he succeed?!

    Yaza

A synthetic robot woman of unknown origins appeared in the Taverna, and has swiftly proven herself as an active member of society, having undertaken one mission with Reinholdt (as noted above), launched an expedition to secure a location for a future workshop with Nightwalker, Ristris, and Angela, hired Shrike to obtain a plant for her, and quickly took an a job from Czer that involved the creation of a very powerful metal known as Orichalcum.

Currently, Reinholdt still owes Yaza a favor, and the robot woman herself has several debts outstanding, but this has not prevented her from moving on with her work, and she has already completed construction of her workshop and manse: Monument to the Efficacy of Steam.

She is now taking commissions for magic items, and hiring adventurers to undertake missions to obtain artifact components for her.

    Reinholdt
Reinholdt convinced DC to investigate the plague himself and retrieve Vorka's book for him. But DC now holds the book hostage in extended deadtime, making it difficult for Reinholdt to get at.

Reinholdt met Angela. They shared a bed and it ended up helping Angela on her way to her ascension. It was a little disturbing in that she liked to bite and drink a little blood and he regenerated and enjoyed the pain. But it was pretty much a one night stand on both ends.

The catman also talked to Lex about Astir, explaining his naiveté. Lex gave Astir a bit of a chance and finally accepted his gift of fire in exchange for his promise to stay away from the elven orphans that Reinholdt took in.

Reinholdt heads to a secret cave hidden away by Calublufiok in the side of the cliff where he stored a dimensional travel device. Reinholdt had studied up with his books on what to do, and now that he had a power source, The Brightheart, Reinholdt used the travel device to go to historical India where he intends to steal the Bodhi Tree.

    Reinholdt the Meek
Returns to Reinholdt. Until he finds a way to get his own soul, he still has to serve Reinholdt Prime.

    Butler
Butler showed Vidalia the babbling brook, where she too was infected with randomness, but was subsequently cured. Butler was cured as well. But it instead was when he was sent to clean the lab by Czernov. The same lab which had Nuka-Cola experiments. Of course cleaning is hard work and Butler needed something to drink and he just happens to be rather addicted to Nuka-Cola....

And thus, in what appears to basically be a super-hero origin story, Butler has become a lot stronger and faster, complimented by already by those three star shards he has.

Oh. And a lot more radioactive. He now gives off radiation. The more emotional he gets, the more radiation. If he gets too emotional, it reaches deadly levels. Don't make him angry. You wouldn't like him when he's angry.

    Irene
Irene caught Magtok once again attempting to hack GLoG's security systems. She attempted to stop him and escort him off the premises when she was stopped by Chelonie who chose to trust a known enemy of GLoG over a member who had not once shown ill will towards the base, attacking Irene. After the attack, Irene was threatened by other members. Realizing the death trap that was GLoG and its idiotic leadership, she left to go live in the Weald with Crimson and plans to start her own restaurant at the human settlement there.

Magtok took out a hit on Irene, hiring Shrike to kill her and make it look like it was Reinholdt's fault.

Note: this pertains to all GLoG members. You should probably read this.

    Crimson

Crimson recently was overrun by the influence of her father, as a punishment for the good she's done (or, more accurately, the evil she has not done). Her father briefly possessed her, attacking Corentin and Vidalia before the two managed to help Crimson regain control of his influence over her.

Immediately afterward, Crimson began suffering terrible wounds, caused by magic that was flowing out of and back into her. In an attempt to aid her, this magic was directed away from her, which released an Abyssal Blight in the area of GLoG.

This blight causes the following effects:
    • All natural fires and lights have been put out. Magical lights may have been dampened. With the receding of the energy, magic lights will be back at full strength and fires and normal lights can be relit.
    • All the water froze and then shattered. This will probably cause a number of problems, not the least of which being the destruction of the pools.
    • Plants withered and died. This has resulted in the destruction of the plants in the Rose Garden, and likely the conservatory as well. (Note: I am willing to discuss this point if anyone has huge problems with it).
    • Holy symbols have tarnished, warped, and may have collapsed to dust. A significantly protected holy symbol may be unharmed.
    • Animals died, unless protected or possessed of unusual powers or intelligence (generally, if they are sapient or magic, they'll be okay).
    • Mirrors in the infirmary are all cracked and shattered (and only the infirmary).
    • Pregnancies may result in miscarriages.
    • There is now a storm above GLoG that will last for a few days, raining blood and destroy any nearby farm land
    • The area directly around GLoG (but not GLoG itself) has turned into a shadow land. People who die here become ghosts. Undead will be drawn to the area. It is generally an underworld-like place now. Evil and abyssal things will occur there until it naturally goes back to normal (it will recede with the storm).
