Judy the Assassin

Judy, Mint, and Xerina are at home, enjoying the fact that everyone has forgotten them, and surrounded by a permanent DEADTIME field until further notice.

Melody

Melody is helping Quinn in her quest to find the killer who shot Jezebelle during the storm.

So far, they have discovered that the old man who helped Reinholdt during his quest to help Jezebelle's children was actually the mentor of Johan, the leader of the mafia within Riverside. His name is Frederick Von Trepholin (or it is now.

).

After going to Riverside, and almost getting murdered leaving the Golden Flagon, Quinn and Melody flew to Frederick's home. There, Quinn discovered that Frederick was hiding something.

After a brief fight, Frederick fled the scene with his wife, leaving three thugs to try to kill Quinn and Melody. With the help of Reinholdt, they were able to subdue the thugs. Quinn was even able to give one, Billy, the idea of maybe possiby turning his familie's lifestyle around and hire themselves out as bodyguards.

The foursome, Billy included, then found their way to a hidden basement. From the looks of one side, people were tortured and killed in this room. Quinn was able to access the computer and find a ritual for summoning an assassin named The Master. But to do the summoning, you had to perform some very nasty things.

Quinn and Melody decided to go to WATCHTOWER in hopes that someone there may be able to help them. Decker, a devil swanmay, said that there was no smell of Demons or Devils on them. Cathy joins them in going back to Riverside in hopes of finding Frederick, and maybe finding a way to subvert the original, yucky, summoning spell.

Oh, and she's been invited to be the Flower Girl at Magtok and Elly's wedding. Yay!!!

Dr. Al Beit

Caroline Standford, formerly The Little Girl

After reuniting with Vincent, after his kidnapping and sudden release by Doctor Stroffelnburg, Caroline and Vincent finally went back to PACK. She's passed her exams.

Vidalia A.K.A. The Onion

Vidalia was tricked by her evil sister, and NO member, Bianca into finishing a job for NO.

Bianca claimed to have kidnapped Butler and insinuated that she may never see him again, if she didn't plant to IGD-1 devices in AMEN and Inside.

After completeing her "mission", Vidalia entered NO, demanding for Butler's release. After a near battle with the pixie Roxie, Vidalia was told by Dipsnig that Butler was not and never had been held there.

Vidalia left, and went to GLoG in search for Butler. Happily, she found him safe and sound. He'd been giving his tours when she'd searched for him before.

She's currently considering removing the devices she planted, but is thinkning it'd be too much work, even if it did annoy her sister.

Trixi

Bianca

Bianca has returned, triumphantly!! After discovering that Dipsnig has decided on a "No Killing" rule to NO's hiring practices, Bianca felt lost. What was she, an assassin by trade, supposed to do, if she couldn't kill anyone?

But opportunity knocked. While working on placing some stupid devices for an insane robot in NO, Bianca learned of a job no one yet doing. They needed to free Magtok from Doctor Stroffelnburg's psyche asylum. Bianca had to hav the job.

But first, she needed to finish the current job. Luckily, she met Butler in GLoG. The dimwitted fool thought she was Vidalia. *eyeroll* This just proves Vidalia's bad taste in men, well lovers in general actually.

After convincing Vidalia that Butler was being held in the Shadowrealm, Bianca was free to start her raid on the good Doctor's. She recruited the dinosaur Tweetums, who she dubbed Birdie during the mission.

Upon entering the asylum, she tried to convince the strange trio of near-faceless clones that she was looking for a place to commit her sister, which was only partially a lie. And then something strange happened. A naked woman named Tzimfemme entered and cast a spell on the creatures.

Bianca felt the time for subtlety was over. She called for Biride, and attacked. After a bloody rampage through the asylum, and a lot of aggression well spent, Bianca, Tzimfemme, Tweetums, and a fellow NO member named Ordo were able to rescue not only Magtok, but one of his clones who thought he was normal. Magtok really needs to keep better track of his clones.

Princess Krysta I

Has just suddenly *POP'd* into GLoG. She doesn't know why, and now cannot *POP* at all. She feels she's been abandoned by the Goddess Neirian for some reason, but doesn't know why.

Jezebelle, Estia, & Lyanna

Jezebelle has been shot, and killed; Estia and Lyanna are helping Happy, Melody's momma, take care of the other children.

Year End Update - Sunny Evans (IC time, about 3 years)

My name is Auroura Lapham Evans. My sister Charity gave me the nickname Sunny when we were little girls, but I don't remember that. I don't remember a lot of things.

I work for MagIndustries as a robotics engineer. I like all the MagBots, and I like Magtok too. He is like me and gets scared a lot, but he doesn't let that stop him. He's also very smart and charming and good with people. I'm not very good with people, but I try. Charity says I am better now than I was before, but it's hard to remember.

Besides Magtok, and Cherry, my other friends are Cherry's boyfriend Edijar, Runner, Alizarin, Shawna, Jeremy and DeeCee. I had a good friend named Cory, but he died. And another friend named Vidalia, but she started being mean to me, and she died the same time that Cory did.

I also have another friend named Carl, but I feel different about him than the others. Usually when people touch me, it makes me feel scared and kind of sick inside. But when Carl hugs me, it is still scary, but it also makes me feel kind of tingly and nice. Sometimes I think I might like him to be my boyfriend, but then I think about what a boyfriend might do and that makes me too scared.

The other thing that makes me scared is going outside. It makes me remember the rape and how it felt when I didn't know anything. I started to go outside a little bit every day, and stay outside for longer, but then something happened last month that made it all worse, and now I can't go outside at all.

The first thing I remember is hurting all over, but especially inside. I was under a broken table, and there were two men sleeping next to me. I was scared they would wake up and hurt me more. I snuck away and looked for a better place to hide. There was a building I could see, so I went to it.

I didn't know anything then. I didn't know what a building was, or what had hurt me, and I didn't know any words. The drones inside only spoke gibberish, but I wasn't afraid of them. Then I met Runner, who helped me remember that my name was Sunny. Later, I met people who made me afraid at first, but they were all kind to me. I had to learn everything all over again, like how to talk. I could see that I was different from everyone else. The other people knew things, and I didn't. I tried to figure out why, and eventually I realized that I used to know things, but that it had been taken from me. Later I found out that the thief was The Cat and he was dead.

That made me angry. I wanted my mind back.

And I thought I would it would happen, when a lady came to bring an icky tasting drink that she said would fix my mind. I didn't care how icky it was. But the potion made me sick so I couldn't breathe, and I wasn't allowed to finish it. They said it was an allergy to one of the ingredients called Cypress of Kashmir that could kill me. I wanted to try anyway, but they wouldn't let me.

So I had to get everything all back myself, by learning it again. I studied very hard, with the help of the drones and Cory and my other friends. And then one day a new person came. She said she was my sister, and she wanted to take me away. I was so scared of her, and of being made to leave, that I went and hid, and then I had to ask someone what 'sister' meant.

After a while, I stopped being scared of her, but I was still afraid to leave GLoG. So Cherry went to Magtok and got his help to make a substitute for Cypress of Kashmir to try and fix my mind and return my memories. But at first the doctor didn't want to give it to me. She didn't want me to remember what the men had done to me that day. I don't like thinking of that, but what happened to my mind was much much worse. And besides, I remembered it already. It was only the things before that were gone.

I was scared of one thing though. I was scared that I would forget everything new that had happened, and forget Runner and Cory and everyone at GLoG. Maybe the doctor lady would have said it would be worth it to not remember the rape, but I don't think so. I don't want to lose any of my memories again, not even the bad ones.

I felt really strange after I drank the new potion. It felt like there were two different Sunnys living inside. Before-Sunny was very shy, but not afraid of going outside. After-Sunny was very afraid of outside but not afraid to talk to people. But Before-Sunny didn't remember everything and the potion didn't fix everything. Parts of my mind are still broken, and probably will never be fixed. I know the way I talk makes me sound like I'm not very smart, and sometimes people treat me like a child.

After that, I went back to work at my internship with Magtok. It was maybe a year after that, when Cherry and Edijar came to see me with bad news. The Cat had escaped from Hell.

I cried a lot, and then I got angry, and then I started building lots of robots and weapons and doing lots of research and spying on the taverns to try and find him so I could kill him. For a long time, that was all I thought about. I would kill The Cat and then I wouldn't be afraid anymore. I wanted vengeance.

But I never got it. The Cat went into hiding, and couldn't be found. And I had to decide what to do. I could keep my suffering and anger close to me and grow stronger that way until I was strong enough to stop being afraid. But if I did that, The Cat would always be a part of me. He would like knowing that I suffered, I think.

I found a different way. I started sitting outside some every day, and actually shaking people's hands. It was scary, but it got less scary the more I did it.

The scarier thing was to face the creature who was a clone of The Cat. He said he was sorry but he also said he didn't have to prove himself to anyone. It made me angry and I told him he should stop trying to save the world because he didn't have good judgement and shouldn't be trusted with people's lives. He finally promised he would talk to someone else before making any life or death decisions, but I don't believe him. But I was glad that I did it, because I was less afraid after that.

I thought I was almost better. But then something happened to make it all worse. Cherry's boyfriend was hurt in a wreck and almost died. I went to the hospital to be with her. A monster made of air came there too and wouldn't go away. It wrecked things and it said it could suck the air out of my lungs. There was nothing I could do to stop it. One of the mages at the hospital finally made it go away and put up wards to keep it from coming back.

Carl came and stayed all night beside me and made me feel safe. We were friends before that, but I had never touched him before. I was too scared to go outside the wards until he helped me get a suit of power armor with an air filter.

He's a soldier, so I know he could hurt me if he tried. But it doesn't scare me to be with him. Except sometimes it does. He's going to teach me self-defense, and that's really scary. And sometimes we watch movies together and snuggle together on the sofa and I wonder what it would be like to kiss him, and that's really scary too. But maybe I will one day, because I really like him.

I think I have to do all these scary things if I want them to stop scaring me. Because I'm really tired of being afraid. I am going to pretend that I am brave instead and maybe it will come true.

Update 75

Reinholdt
Shot Polemache in the heart. Is now hiding from the cops. Is rather hoping that the God of War religious system doesn't state that whoever beats the last one becomes the new one.

Fought off Ted's women, but wasn't able to even take a swing at Ted himself. This is very upsetting to him. Went to tell Vasilisa, but she was long gone.

Returned the medusa's bow and helped Raril fight off Dalev only to have him pull off one of those 'strike me down, become more powerful' tricks. Warned Ermine to be careful.

Went to Inari's temple to try and get in some personal meditation, but hasn't had much success. Asked the Llama for help later in Trog's. Llama agreed. Snickered at Tobias newfound feather head only to have him threaten Reinholdt with getting tied down naked and forced to eat Liquid Agony. It didn't sound all that bad and that disturbs Reinholdt most of all.

Decided to try and contact Helios to deal with the idol, but got interrupted by the Dawnwolf's guardian. Fled the premises so GLoG people wouldn't be in danger. Then contacted Helios. He promised to trade the information on how to destroy the idol in exchange for the ability to dig through Reinholdt's head for his memories of ACRO. Reinholdt agreed, but insisted he be allowed to destroy the idol first and release Dawnwolf in case of a double cross. Helios told him he'd need the divine energy of a god and the unholy energy of an eldritch creature to defeat it.

Went to HALO and got Angela to agree to help. It wasn't hard. She's very agreeable. Unable to find Zee, Angela suggested AMEN. The duo went there and got Jack to help in exchange for Reinholdt's ring that allowed communication with Malice in Watchtower. Managed to escape with a tired Angela afterwards. She insisted on a kiss when they got back to HALO, claiming it'd restore some of the power she used. Reinholdt finally relented to the emotional blackmail she used to get it. She truly is her father's daughter. Returned to GLoG and finished the deal with Helios. Informed Nancy and Quinn about the idol.

Talked to Quinn and found out she did cheat on Tobias, but with some Watchtower member and not Tony. Cleared up that. Started getting stalked by a creepy stalker drone.

Talked to Tony and got him to agree to do what he could if Reinholdt could get Tobias to join GLoG and there was an actual Redemption program in place at the organization.

Found Ermine all cut up from a Sabretooth Tiger attack and escorted her back to the infirmary. Talked a bit. Kinda... asked for a hug. But don't tell anyone. Eventually turned into a cat and curled up to snuggle her while she was sleeping, but blamed the event on Tobias when Ermine woke up. Then headed out to continue with their Treasure Hunting.

Fez Hat Reinholdt
Talked to Ember and comforted her a bit and told her that they would look for a new place to live together, since GLoG didn't quite fit them.

In the meantime, told the kids at Moth park a story, met Faith, investigated Grey Pete, and learned the tree seemed to be directly responsible with those deaths until a group of dogs surrounded him and chased him up a separate tree. Is now stuck there.

Nadas Ghuand Xar'Cha
In one of the random bar fights that broke out, got shot. It wasn't serious, but Raril tracked him to the bathroom, where Raril learned of Nadas' shame: His half-demonic nature. He was patched up and Raril went after Calublufiok's treasure while Nadas went to take a nap.

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
Got friendship bracelets and tried to give KR one, but she was passed out. Brought her inside where DC molested her for information, threatening to kick her out. Jerk. Is considering killing him when he sleeps, Watchtower member or not.

The Admiral
Returned to the woods and informed Aion of her friends bound condition. Offered to set up a sort of radar for the other spirits.

Boris Sokolov
Arrived at Doctor Stroffelnburg's Psychiatric Hospital and he and the Men In Noir started checking the place out, looking for those responsible, but only finding a handful of survivors instead.

Mister Buttons
Still hurting from missing part of his soul. Walking through the woods when he found a delicious snack. He was just about to eat it too when it turned into a human, yelled at him and shot loud noises at him. He's just not having a great week.

Very glad to see the ex-emperor alive, despite the trouble he could get them all in, she's currently at the cabin with him, offering to help him mask his identity with an illusion.

Went to her tribe for Thanskmas. Should have returned by now, but hasn't.

After being nearly shot in Trog's, he had a bit of a meltdown on realizing that he never provided for Molly's care in the event of his death. Kal and Eig'Quzi both jumped in to provide friendship and advice, but he seems to remain uncorrupted for now.

Nearly was successful in converting Din to the worship of Dalachrech, until the slaves screwed it all up. Later someone tried to kidnap her at the Black Dragon's Den. Is currently back at the temple.

Was worried by Fluffy's demonic contamination, but Fluffy thinks he's fine. Helped Fluffy congratulate Sarah on her new egg-to-be, and then promised to keep her pregnancy(?) a secret.

[Stalker Drone]

Follows Reinholdt whenever he is on GLoG premises, as Mainframe has him designated as a Known Threat.

[Sunny Evans]

Back at GLoG, she used the money from her Thanksmas bonus (actually Reinholdt reparations, though she doesn't know it) to build a workshop to house a Mainframe installation and build and maintain drones.

Once she finished that, she decided to face her fears by attempting a psychological technique known as Flooding. With Carl's help, she went back to the Apocacon site, without any power armor. Did a lot of screaming and crying, and eventually brought all the destroyed military gear to life. Fortunately, she came to her senses in time to not build a giant attach mecha to destroy all her enemies, and instead, had the material collected for scrap.

The technique worked well enough on her agoraphobia for her to be able to live at GLoG again instead of hiding underground in the MagCave or Watchtower. After taking a few days to think through and process everything, she also felt ready to start a relationship with Carl.

After learning he was feeling wretched because of de-toxing off the stims used to stay awake for a 4 day surveillance mission, she went to Carl's place with Caretaker Drone to try and make him feel better. Once he'd recovered, she surprised him with a kiss. Of course all the flooding has done is remove the phobia of being touched. It hasn't necessarily made her emotionally ready for very much physical contact, so they will be taking things very slow.

Somewhere in there, she also shut down the fusion reactor core on the crashed Spectre, but left Mainframe to liaise with the Imperials about its final removal.

[Tia]

Was horrified and guilt-stricken when Atticus and Milos, her demon lovers, came from Kundalin, full of rage over the way she had treated them. Especially when Milos said that if she didn't come back, he wanted her to drain him completely.

Tia begged forgiveness, and Gabriel promised to find a way to make it work out. Finally, Atticus decided to take Milos back to Kundalin and return in a few weeks.

[Vasilisa] and family

Had a long tearful goodbye with Reinholdt, while Marisha said her goodbye to the newly resurrected Pringle.

Returned to Adam's estate to have more babies, and is unlikely to return before next Thanksmas.

[Winslow Warwick] and family

Now that Winslow has been rescued, and is convinced that MagIndustries is being run by an imposter, he made Willow cancel her MagTernship. But I never actually got around to roleplaying that, so it happened offscreen. I probably should tell Magtok the player. >.>

Also Willow is waiting for Ilyena to contact her with the news that he's developed a cure for her father.

Got to hear Jack's very long life story, and has become fascinated with the eldritch Other that is inside him, that Jack seems unaware of.

First, and well overdue, update:

Raz: Arrived in the NEXUS! This was ages ago! things have since occurred! Recent news - Got promoted to Second in Command of NO. Failed to protect Jack's corpse from AMEN, who rescued him after a big battle. Slept with a drunken Atoya, in a situation that was in no way set up or his fault

. Awkwardly agreed with her that it was a one off. Got drunk with Magtok and Legion, planning to go tank tipping, but ended up annoying Nite in Aurora.

Alex: Has been slowly trying to break its thrall, Nicola. Physical and mental torture is in process. Made an alliance with the Vampires of Riverside to give them aid in return for power.

gunther: recieved a visit from his niece, Mildred, who hasn't had much play time yet. Is currently trying to rescue a displacer beast from a tree

Escaping the authorities in Tobias' world.

Cried with Vasilisa about Coralie's death.

Met Arlem at Inari's temple and was threatened for daring to touch the water. Decided he didn't much like Arlem. Llama also showed up and discussed movie stunts and shadows.

Continued hunting treasure in Earl's Fortress with Ermine, finding a variety of traps and treasure and secret door. They skinned the Earl himself and found his tanks and mecha. Agreeing to blow up the mountain once they were done, the two returned to the Main Treasure room to collect as much as they could before destroying the place.

Visited HALO and informed the future Tobias there that Alexander Moth might be a soul torturing killer and it would be a good opportunity for HALO to get their feet wet. Visited Angela who continued to come on to Reinholdt until she realized Ermine was also chasing after the same prize. Pulled back and offered some minor suggestions and started plotting something unknown.

Met with regular Tobias at GLoG and informed him he needed to join. There was some discussion about monsters and regret and reasons, but in the end Tobias agreed to join on the condition that Reinholdt do so as well. Reinholdt agreed in order to help continue saving his friend and officially joined the group. Met with Chris and Shrike.

Fez Hat Reinholdt
Caught Ember exhausting herself for Infirmary patients and insisted she get some rest. Met Reelshka.

Was rescued from the tree by Adir's timely intervention in drawing away the dogs. Got told by Grey Pete to head to the Moth estate. He, Faith, and Adir did so. There were more creepy trees and a strange old man who is Moth's grandson. After talking to him some, the dead girl lead the group to a well where they found a haunted family painting.

Continued working on tax codes. Met Vice, who was rather similar to Raril in a way that confused Nadas at first until he learned that Raril summoned him. Met Wenomir who reminded him of his goals in the Weald and provided some information about the strange forest. Decided to head back there. Stopped by underside first to resupply and nearly got kidnapped by Merra but managed to, against all odds, put her to sleep with his sleep spell and escape. Made his way to the Weald sans provisions and met a dragon who was a wizard and not a dragon? He didn't get it, but he wrote down every detail.

Mister Buttons
Tried to nom Tom the Junco, but only ended up running into a wall. Glared at the Junco. I suspect some sort of Sylvester and Tweety rivalship growing. Then got to eat bacon and provide Quinn with much needed kitty petting therapy.

Met some new friends. Showed the knightly nutcracker around various places and taverns.

[Sunny's Departure from GLoG]

After a few days that she spent at GLoG, feeling happy and confident about the future, she saw Reinholdt. He ran away when she tried to confront him. Later Carl spoke to Quinn about it, and learned that Reinholdt was not a member. While he urged her to ban him from the premises, Reinholdt showed up with a membership form, which Quinn accepted without a word to Sunny.

Carl went to break the news to her, and she decided that GLoG was no longer the safe and caring place it used to be. Feeling backstabbed by Quinn, and unwilling to live near her rapist, she resigned her membership and left GLoG. She took her drones with her as she did not want anything she made to be used by Mainframe to protect Reinholdt. However, she left Caretaker Drone with Brinika, no longer connected to the Mainframe, and responsible only for Brinika's safety and happiness.

Mainframe was left behind. Though Sunny did some programming patches and installation work for it, she does not consider herself as Mainframe's owner or creator in any sense.

Was disconnected from Mainframe and left behind at GLoG with new orders to protect Brinika, help her learn music, and in general care for her. Upon being questioned, it revealed to Reelshka the story of the Apocacon.

Learned that Edijar's anti-magic rune was destroyed in the surgery required after the Nite of Salvation incident, which released the ice powers he had been previously suppressing. Whenever he feels strong emotion, there's some sort of cold effect. Having snowflakes appear when your girlfriend kisses you is romantic, but rather inconvenient. So now they need to look for a way to replace the anti-magic rune.

Went to her tribe for Thanskmas. Should have returned by now, but hasn't. Zanny, Becky, and Moff went to investigate, and learned that she never actually made it to her tribe.

Got pushed into a hell portal while trying to help Kal murder demon cultists. Unfortunately for her, her dad just got her report card for her first semester at PACK.

So currently she's grounded while Dad tries to decide whether to send her to Archdevil Morgana for her tutoring, or to send her to the Temple of the Iron Queen for a sacerdotal education with her stepmother, Prioress Rosa.

An Ostari elf who investigated Aurora and agreed to help them on a trial basis by searching for information about Rae's assassin. He's actually learned quite a lot, and is just waiting for his player to get around to giving him some onscreen time.

Still trying to rescue Hekta, and freaking out somewhat less.

After being nearly shot in Trog's, he had a bit of a meltdown on realizing that he never provided for Molly's care in the event of his death. Kal and Eig'Quzi both jumped in to provide friendship and advice, but he seems to remain uncorrupted for now. Probably protected by extensive deadtime.

Finally returned to GLoG to have the psychic poison that Alek planted in her brain (making her lust for Reinholdt, though she never acted on it) removed by Quinn. She learned of the incident with Sunny and Reinholdt, and told Quinn she made the right decision. In general, she's glad that Reinholdt is seeking redemption, if it's indeed genuine, but she warned Quinn to check in on Rein's mind periodically, since he's prone to bouts of insanity.

Not that Happy would know anything about that. *cough*

[Lauretta]

Received a personal message from Dalachrech during the Rite of Burial. Punished one of the slaves for revealing information to Din which ruined Lauretta's scheme of converting her to Dalachrech.

After Din was recaptured, Lauretta was offered her as a slave, but was uninterested. She wanted to bring Din to see the truth of Dalachrech, but now that she knows how weak Din is, she is completely uninterested in her.

She is currently working on her prayer book, unaware that the temple is being attacked yet again.

Reinstalled at GLoG, but lacks any Mechanical Ambulatory Interface Modules to interact with anyone and is unhappy about that.

After spending an evening crying and feeling violated again by Reinholdt, she woke up the next morning ready to re-sort her life. Over breakfast, she started making plans to start a business making vehicles and guardian robots. Next she went to Watchtower to resign her membership because she didn't want to spend her life focusing on people like Reinholdt. Then she and Carl went to tell Edijar and Charity that they were together, which resulted in lots of hugs and tears and well-wishes.

Over lunch, she emailed Magtok about what had happened and made sure he was okay with her starting another business while remaining a MagIndustries employee. That afternoon, she and Carl went looking at potential factory sites, though none has been chosen yet. Then that night they went on their first real date, but had far more fun afterwards making out when they got home. Carl put a halt to proceedings before they got anywhere near curtains, thus earning more of Sunny's trust. She may not have panic attacks anymore, but she still has a lot of emotional wounds and needs to take it slowly.

She and Gabriel prepared to move to Kundalin Keep, when Milos and Atticus returned and said they had decided to let Tia go, for everyone's sake. Tia was heartbroken, but agreed to go along with their wishes, even though it made her feel even more helpless. She didn't know how she could feed as much as she needed to without either killing her victims or breaking more heart.

But then Milos offered her a dragonbone necklace, stolen from Maelstrus's armory, which would turn her human again. She was terrified of it - knowing it would break her bond with Maelstrus and fearful that she would no longer love Gabriel or the others.

But she accepted it. When she put it on, she felt the demonic bonds to her lovers being snuffed out. All that was left was any genuine feeling that had developed. She learned that she did love Gabriel, Milos, and Atticus. And she realized, now that she was able to see clearly, that Maelstrus was a monster.

Her horns broke off, as harmlessly as losing your baby teeth, but her tail and wings simply died and had to be removed surgically. She still has stitches from the surgery, and two bald spots on her head.

Now she's human again, and having to learn all over again what that means. At least she isn't seeing everything through a haze of lust any longer.

[Winslow Warwick] and family

Willow is waiting for Ilyena to contact her with the news that he's developed a cure for her father.

Escaping the authorities in Tobias' world. Slowly.

Playing ping-pong at Inari's temple in his quest for inner peace.

Looted Earl's treasure room to a great extent, though got buried in a gold slide and attacked by a bone golem. Went around and planted C4 and looted some desecrated temples. Noted that the rage axe of doom was regenerating and took it. Got out and blew up the mountain.

Watched Shrike a bit, to learn meditation and because he believes that she might have some help for him having been redeemed herself. Talked to Chris who was trying to wall jump. Was concerned about Quinn overexerting herself. Got his legs healed up by Quinn. Told Tony the good news that Tobias joined. Hopefully in time Tony will help get Tobias' sentence reduced.

Flew to a volcano with Ermine and dumped the rage axe in, hoping to destroy it, but to no avail. Unable to get to it now, they went to the Black Dragon's Den, where Ermine revealed she knew something about his past, much to Reinholdt's dismay. She seemed to not hate him for his crimes, so he stayed and she provided ermine cuddling therapy.

Fez Hat Reinholdt
Talked to Ermine and Reelshka as he looked around for Ember and Anchor. Got angry about his other self. Cause he hates himself and that's a fact.

Found a wooden flute next to the haunted painted and is taking it to the tree to play and see what happens.

Mister Buttons
Tried to pounce Grace, but she was too powerful to have any fun. Instead got some bacon and pets from Jamie, so it was ok.

Butler B. Butler
Met Phèdre. She cowed him and took a bite out of him, drinking his blood and making him desire this more often. There was then an oiled up catfight between women over him and Coralie caught him on fire with a napalm like substance before kidnapping him for herself. It's been a bad day for him.

Went to the meeting at White Walls and started Membership reviews at SAINT.

Mister Squiggles
Finished his masterpiece at Watchtower. Chances of it ever being seen are slim to none though.

Got chased by some wasps. It was quite terrifying. Some new kid named Esther joined NO too. Kinda creepy cause he was in Vincent's room.

Met Rabbit in the tavern and learned that she missed him. How sweet. Played some songs too.

Finally back home at the bakery with Hekta, and convinced Master Dahl to let her stay with them for a while since she's homeless. He is privately rather skeptical that it will work. Also, his sociopathic fantasies are getting stronger.

Learned from Carl about the deal that Mortal Coil members have with Hel and Horus for their resurrection, but he only told her that they have to serve in the underworld, without telling her the horrifying details. Even the partial truth was sobering enough, especially when she learned that 1/3 of the members had just been killed, and that Carl himself had died twice.

With Carl pulling double shifts, Sunny started building her factory Inside, but took enough time out from that to make him a pair of hoverboots to help with the height disparity. He was thrilled with them, of course, and after the other members saw them, it ended up with Sunny being given security clearance as a civilian contractor to MC.

[Tia]

Just redecorated Vampire Manor in bright cheery pastels, got her stitches removed, and dragged Gabriel to a club for dancing and partying.

Continued to run NO. Gave orders to its members regarding the contracts that they have. Accepted new ones. Greeted Grigori Vanek back in the base after a long absence and sent him to look for a way to finally fix Vincent.

Wenomir

In the Underworld, he finally reached his sister's spirit and confronted her. It seems he let go of his deep-seated guilt.
Meanwhile, in another continuity, he took part in a fight that ensued when Jack Empty tried to infiltrate WATCHTOWER. Jack was put down, but Wenomir was exhausted. A bit later, he went to Trog's with some othr WATCHTOWER members and ran into Harnel, a half-dragon warrior. He proceeded to infiltrate the cultist-infested hotel with him and Cessie. Once there, he was approached by a demonness who revealed they'd been sold out and forced him to kiss her so she doesn't blow their cower. Wenomir was extremely disgusted, but complied. She also revealed some hints as to who was the snitch.

Michalson

Put a price on Din's head. Otherwise, idle.

Reelshka

Found out about the events of ApocaCon, much to her horror. She's torn on the issue of Reinholdt's membership. Was really furious when Grace's smear campaign against GLoG launched.

Changed her hair color to brown. Otherwise, idle.

Got chewed out by Vasquez for letting Reinhodlt tag along during the hunt for Ted.

Met Sunny after painting Caretaker the drone. Soon aftewards, however, Sunny left GLoG because of Reinholdt being given membership. Brinika was very sad, but she soon cheered up because it turned out Sunny had left Caretaker behind to take care of her and play music for her.

I've arrived in the multi-dimensional planar nexus known as... well, known as the Nexus. The Noble Gasses told me that this place suffered from many evils and much injustice, and I am eager to help however I can. I've emerged from the magic portal near a village of some sort. I'll approach using my flight mode and investigate...

Addendum: 22.33.01 (B)

Some sort of object streaked from the sky and impacted in the center of the village! I recovered the sphere and examined it. It contained a large amount of magical energy, that seemed to be in danger of overloading. Thinking quickly, I removed it from the Village before it exploded. My armor has taken some damage, but the village seems okay, mostly.

Planar Date 22.33.02

There were some casualties from the village, mutated by magical energy. Two individuals from someplace called Aurora showed up and helped me transport the casualties to another organization/location called the Good League of Good, or GLoG for short. Doctors are tending to the wounded. I'll stick around and see if I can't help.

Planar Date 22.33.03

Well, things have gone from bad to worse. In attempting to siphon magical energy from a patient, I have overloaded my armor's systems. I am now down to the most limited functionality possible. My helmet is probably beyond salvaging.

Most embarrassingly, the armor's seals became damaged, and I was unable to remove it without assistance. Luckily, a lovely young maiden by the name of Crissellea came to my aid. After thanking her, I proceeded to head off towards a more developed location, in hopes of finding repair for my armor.

Planar Date 22.33.05

Unfortunately, no one seems to have the knowledge or ability to repair my armor. It does have unfortunately mystical and epic requirements of manufacture, so I suppose I can blame no one for this. In the meantime, I'll try to find something to occupy myself. Even with the lowest level of my power, my armor should allow me to do some good around here.

Planar Date 22.33.08

Crissellea was kidnapped! I found a ransom demand on this thing the locals call "Wallchan." I went to the designated meeting point and bluffed my way in. Of course, when it came time to pony up the reward, my cover was blown, and a fight broke out.

While I was able to defeat some of my enemies, there were too many of them, and I would have been completely overwhelmed without the sudden intervention of a young girl with magical powers, and a wolf that turned into some sort of great dog warrior. With their aid I was victorious, although none of our enemies survived. That hit me hard. I try to avoid loss of life whenever, I can, but... they committed suicide to avoid capture, and I was unable to stop them. This is twice now that I've been unable to help injured people. I need to get medical training or healing capabilities if I am to continue this path in good conscience.

The girl, Jamie, is actually the daughter of a prominent GLoG member, and the wolf was called Thecla. I owe both of them my life. We're returning Crisellea to GLoG to make sure she is alright.

Planar Date 22.33.09

Crisellea has recovered fully, and has invited me to a fundraiser and dinner party. While a further chance to socialize with the lovely Crissellea is always appreciated, I don't have anything suitable to wear to such a function.

To be honest, I need to address my financial situation. Even if I discover a method of repairing my armor, it is unlikely to come free of charge. Furthermore, I have no material possessions other than my armor. No lodgings or base of operations, no food... to be honest, I am in desperate straits. I need to find a patron, someone to support me. I've considered GLoG, but... they're a bit rustic, and to be honest, backward. Passive. They lack the crusading spirit, really. I've got some other leads; I'll pursue those tomorrow.

Planar Date 22.33.11

I've traveled to Aurora, after hearing a psychic radio broadcast from them. Although they seemed to have some issue with GLoG, they sounded like a decent group, so I went to investigate them.

I was greeted by a being called the Sentient Arcane Matrix, or SAM for short. After conversing with him for some time on the nature of the organization, I was then met by Aurora's leader, a woman of slightly demonic appearance by the name of Grace. After some further discussion, I decided to join Aurora. Perhaps a bit impulsive, but I can't continue much longer without support.

Grace has already assigned me a mission; the study of the Red Zone, and any notable factions and threats within it, as well as a brief examination of the Empire of Inside.

Aurora Studies and Observations Group
Planar Date 22.33.13

This place is like a pit of suffering and misery. The Red Zone is the slums of Inside, the skid row of this strange city that serves as the capital of the Empire. The Imperials rarely come here; you see only the occasional patrol, and crime and poverty tend to be rampant.

This place is odd. Sometimes, it seems mostly to be the homeless, refugees, and the poor. Other times, it seems to be mostly composed of gangsters, thugs, criminals, and psychopaths. It doesn't seem to have a consistent nature or character, instead radically shifting after random periods of time. One time, it seemed to be entirely populated by fighting gangs. The next day, it was mostly down on their luck type folks. It's rather confusing and disorienting.

I've identified no major activity from the Empire. It seems static and stagnant for the most part; I can't imagine it being evil or repressive or abusive, because it simply isn't active enough to qualify for that. They just seem to do their patrols and keep a certain status quo.

I've also identified 3 places of further interest in the Red Zone: some kind of temple or Sanctuary, a rebuilding project by a bunch of guys in masks, and another temple like edifice that odd armored figures have been seen entering or leaving.

Further reports will come after my reconnaissance has been completed.

The young man was sighted at GLoG, lumberjacking down a tree. After being accosted, he revealed he was gathering lumber samples for his employer, A Mr. Winston. Susan decided to accompany him to meet Mr. Winston and get to the bottom of this matter.

After traveling some distance, a storm began brewing overhead. Throwing caution to the wind, they pressed on through the storm, but ending up getting caught in the dangerous weather. They lost the lumber sample and barely escaped with their lives.

Sir Sugartongs, the Knightly Nutcracker

Arrived in the Nexus, and made some friends in the Taverna. Met Butler and received the tour. Afterward, started hanging out at GLoG, where he got into a fight with Mr. Buttons and Jamie. Ended up losing and apologizing to Mr. Buttons, then leaving.

A

Got a job at SAINT as an assassin. Started plotting to complete the Michalson contract. Saw Vincent and decided to opportunistically complete that contract. Successfully did so, but NO caught up to him. Is currently fighting for his life against his old enemy, Grigori Vanek!

Grigori Vanek

Returned to the Nexus after a really, long, very awkward vacation. Found out that Vincent was not crazy anymore and decided to fix that. Enlisted Magtok's help, and is now prepared to re-crazify the poor kid.

When he got back, they found out Vincent was missing. Following the trail, they arrived at the Black Dragon, where a fight has broken out! Grigori is pitted against A, the anarchic punk that stole his awesome Hello Kitty backpack of holding!

Visited Tobias in HALO to see if there were temporal issues and got some warnings to check on Tobias and Tony. Met Kyne and tried to comfort her, only to find out she didn't need it. Talked to Angela and congratulated her. Returned to GLoG. Talked to Tobias and believed him to be a fake, pulling his gun on the druid. Mikani interrupted and then Quinn got there and Tobias beat the hell out of Reinholdt before it was revealed that Tony was missing. Frustrated and angry and afraid, it was revealed that Quinn already knew about future Tobias and there was no reason to hide it. Quinn and Reinholdt went to HALO and confronted future Tobias who revealed there was a third Tobias, named the Black Fox. At this point, Reinholdt is certain that Tobias keeping secrets will be the death of him and it'll be his own fault. Tony was returned safely.

Met Olivia the vampire, who seemed rather certain Reinholdt was someone else and insane. Offered some solutions to her vampirism, but they were all really risky. Said he'd work on finding some other ones if he can. She still didn't seem to trust him. Oh well.

Gave Quinn the package that arrived. In it, pictures of three families that were saved during the Ebonapalypse.

Spent far too much time thinking. He hates thinking. Talked with Shrike and Zamira some more. Considered stealing the Games of Divinity.

Fez Hat Reinholdt
Together with Adir and Faith's help, was able to rip off the cursed branch on the soul eating tree, releasing the souls therein and destroying the tree. Hightailed it out of there shortly thereafter.

Met Olivia and was being nice and polite until he found out she was scared or upset with him for being Reinholdt. Took his leave thereafter, frustrated at his double.

Visited HALO where he met a crazy, stoned, stabbed Kwen.
Visited the Glass Citadel where he met a supposed to be dead Rabbit.

Mister Buttons
Pounced on the Knightly Nutcracker. His steed poured scalding water on the large kitty and Mister Buttons fled to hide under the porch. The Knightly Nutcracker gave chase and threatened him and then Jamie in turn when she showed up. When KN threatened Jamie, Mister Buttons went into protective mode and attacked, breaking the steed a little and injuring his paw. Mikani managed to get everything calm again and KN apologized before they all left to let Mister Buttons deal with his wounds.

Butler B. Butler
Coralie made him sweat out all that radiation he's been building up before releasing him to the Clown Bears. He returned to GLoG.

Vincent
Went to the park and got kidnapped by a Punk who took him to Black Dragon Den.

The Admiral
Set up a radar to help him track the spirits but as of yet has been unable to find a way to stab the Time spirit easily. Is looking to contract outside help on the matter and might try to contact Ivaz.

Learned Rabbit might have a way to get his ability to feel back.

Doctor Stroffelnburg
Treating Chesire, Enaya, and Char for being insane. Making headway on Char. She got released with a full bill of health.

Nadas Ghuand Xar'Cha
Was exploring the Weald when Krystal ran up a tree fleeing from a flaming construct. Entangled the construct before learning it was a misunderstanding. Now helping the two find a flower.

Saul
A cleric who recently arrived in the Nexus, his goals appear to be that of redeeming those he can and possibly smiting those he can't. He met Avriel, a good soul, and Vice, who could be considered his polar opposite. Shared tea with them. Was then approached by someone stating that the good organizations of this world have grown slothful. Is now investigating these organizations.

Sold a ludicrously large hat to Friend, for Magtok.

[Decker the Younger]

After failing school, her fate is being discussed by a couple of archdevils and Kal. Veeeerry sloooooowly....

Is in Trog's looking for information about prominent AMEN members, but none of them have shown up.

[Dr Ferris Fitzhenry]

After being nearly shot in Trog's, he had a bit of a meltdown on realizing that he never provided for Molly's care in the event of his death. Kal and Eig'Quzi both jumped in to provide friendship and advice, but he seems to remain uncorrupted for now. Probably protected by extensive deadtime. Helped Geoff build an assault motorcycle named Stheno, but is not aware that it has since become sentient through dark magic that sucks at Geoff's life force.

Saw that someone from GLoG called her a hypocrite and was badly upset by it, and wondered how she could ever trust anyone's friendship. Carl came to visit, and for the first time, told her that he loved her, and did his best to cheer her up, and they made plans for Valentines Day.

Offscreen, she learned that Jamie called to check on her, but hasn't decided how to respond.

Fighting mercenaries in Tobias' world. Slowly.

Visited Trog's where he met Yanna the Halfling and Rabbit again. Rabbit kept claiming they were different people now and asked if Reinholdt hated her. Reinholdt was unable to give any definitive answer. Yanna drank a lot of chocolate milk and generally acted upbeat and was uplifting.

Visited Black Dragon's Den where a Punk tried to pick a fight with Reinholdt, but to no avail.

Butler B. Butler
Met Olivia and let her have some of his blood. Cause it feels good.

Vincent
Got roughed up by villains a little. Returned to NO before getting frightened away by wasps. Told he has a dentist appointment soon. Returned to PACK as well where it seems Char has been cured as well.

The Admiral
Returned to PACK finally and accepted a new teacher.

Nadas Ghuand Xar'Cha
Found the flower. It latched on to Nadas and tried eating his life force and turning him into an undead. Barely escaped that fate.

Saul
Went to HALO to investigate its mission and how it was going about it. Ended up meeting an entire alien fleet that were fighting space pirates.

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
Visited the Black Dragon's Den and hit on Ermine. When it went badly because Ermine didn't swing that way and Ilpholin misjudged how drunk she was (darn accents), Ilpholin began torturing Ermine, wasting an entire mug of rum, and showing off some of the more unsavory traits she inherited. Ashamed of herself after the event, she left.

[1st Lt Alice Delisle]

Gave Sue a present for his little girl - a magical dancing doll. Learned about the cost Mortal Coil pays for resurrection from Vasquez, and responded by getting very drunk with the Mortal Coil soldiers and having a one night stand with Aliz.

[Charlotta and Lottie]

Four years ago, Charlotta and Sue met at Trog's and had a relationship that probably would have ended long ago except for one thing - Charlotta's two year old daughter. Lottie's father had walked out on them long ago, and Sue stepped into his place. Long after the relationship between the two adults had soured, they stayed together for Lottie's sake. Later, when he became part of Mortal Coil, his income went way up, but so did the periods of him being away from home. Charlotta coped by shopping a lot and cheating on him.

After he returned from being killed during the fight with AMEN, Charlotta sniped at him passive-aggressively. All she had been told was that he was on a mission and couldn't communicate, and she resents it.

Six year old Lottie, however, was overjoyed to see her Daddy. After Charlotta walked out, Daddy and daughter went and got ice cream together, and in general had a good time, despite the scary lizard cat and a tantrum or two.

Meanwhile, Charlotta returned from seeing the other man, and, feeling the threads of her relationship with Sue fraying, suggested that they look into whether Sue can legally adopt Lottie, knowing that right now there's nothing stopping him from walking away from both of them. Sue, who likewise knows that there's nothing stopping Charlotta from walking out and taking Lottie with her, was thrilled with the idea. Despite their broken relationship, they both only want what's best for their little girl.

((This is an attempt to roleplay a messy, more 'real world' type of relationship. I'd be interested in knowing what people think of it.))

After being initiated into the cult of Slaanesh, Jack took it upon himself to remove Xifra's psychic 'ignore me' aura. She woke up and was doubly traumatized by the after effects of the initiation and by suddenly being visible. The cultist Juan offered her drugs, but Jack forbade it, and Xifra didn't protest.

Juan then tried to comfort her emotionally, believing that she and Jack are in an abusive relationship (which is true, to an extent), and they ended up behind the curtain again. She is realizing that she both loves and hates Jack and isn't sure how to deal with him.

Update 80

Reinholdt
Met a blonde haired stranger in the Black Dragon's Den who claimed his family was in danger and sent him on a wild goose chase to a mixed sex locker room to meet his blond haired female version as near as Reinholdt can tell. She later shot the stranger and Reinholdt was rather perturbed because time shenanigans were involved and then they both disappeared. Later ran into them and learned he introduced himself as the trickster from legends, Anasi, Coyote, Bugs Bunny, etc. Currently known as Reynard to Reinholdt. Giving the cat a cryptic warning which probably means nothing at all, Reinholdt has started reading up on the legends.

Then met Azurelle, a paladin of Dalachrech, who was most interested in learning how he wasn't deaf any more. Managed to learn her father was screwed by a different religious order before she tried to make Reinholdt blind. Reinholdt managed to disrupt the spell and escape in time. Now remembering about that religious order and realizing they're growing and becoming more of a threat to him.

Met Anchor at the temple of Inari and learned a little bit more about her and what makes her happy and what makes her sad. And what she eats. Personalities.

Met a returning Saint Nil at GLoG and accepted his form to later give to Quinn. Got sucked into a fight with a tentacle beast who was attacking Prince. Later escorted Prince to the infirmary and took a message for him. For some reason Prince erased all his memories and got even more powerful than ever before. Reinholdt gave Prince a modified message which was designed to keep Prince from hunting down and killing Magtok as well as maybe make him grateful to Reinholdt and willing to spy on Magtok for him. Prince didn't buy it and instead went and ripped memories out of other people's heads, which made Reinholdt wonder why he had to write a message down in the first place. Prince cast a spell to make Reinholdt in a happy mood for a day. Having not really been in any particular happy mood for a very long time, it sort of became overflowing and has disturbed a number of people, including Tobias who 'tied him down for his own good'. We all know better of course.

Butler B. Butler
Visited Trog's and tried to cheer up Din, but was unsuccessful.

Saul
Went to GLoG and Aurora and asked about various going ons there in order to better understand the groups.

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
Returned to the Watchtower. Said hi to Sakura before showing Harnel around... her room mostly.

Returned to AMEN afterwords, where she and Rot got sent on a mission to attack Inside. Ran into some masks, a pink templar, and a confused alien. One of the masks mutated into a multi-tentacled beast and caught Ilpholin off-guard, gouging her arm out pretty bad. She and Rot were still doing pretty well, but multiple reinforcements were called in. Deciding not to stick around, she left the scene and returned to AMEN.

After getting herself patched up, she ran into Prince who insisted she wasn't a drow. After giving him fair warning, he outright went to insults about it. She attacked him, knowing it would reopen her arm wound. During the fight, her leg got stabbed pretty bad too, getting ripped open as well. Eventually however, she and Mister Squiggles prevailed and Prince apologized. She'd have killed him, but she was too weak herself. After using a weapon that was burning her hand to cauterize her wounds and keep herself from bleeding out, she left AMEN on Mister Squiggles back, and promptly collapsed.

Mister Squiggles
Talked with Sakura a bit about Ilpholin's past. Helped Ilpholin fight Prince. Carried Ilpholin to the Watchtower for care after she passed out. Told Sakura and Adir what happened.

Met Dipsnig and Nath at Trog's and learned from Dipsnig about the cult of Dalachrech keeping slaves. Paid Dipsnig to bring Din to ISF HQ in order to learn more.

[Charity Evans]

Went with Edijar to find the gypsy who made his runes years ago, and held his hand while the gypsy burnt them into his flesh again.

She got Edijar back home and is caring for him there.

[Charlotta and Lottie]

Just got tickets to the Nexus Championship, not knowing Sue is competing.

[Decker the Younger]

Got put on a bus to Morgana's realm to get a proper education.

[Eglarast]

Returned to Aurora to report that Jack and Rot have not been seen in the city, but that AMEN's UFO just abducted a library. Nobody has acted on this. Later set the Hatter's broken arm.

Joined Aurora and started work on the carriage cars for Riftline. Rescued a litter of orphaned puppies and took them to Coil, but she and Carl adopted one that they named Archer. After enjoying one evening with their new puppy, Carl's leave was cancelled and he was sent on the mission to church of Dalachrech.

[Winslow Warwick] and family

Winnie and Willow convinced Winslow that the family needed a vacation back on their homeworld. Once there, they badgered him into being seen by his old GP who had treated him since he was a little boy, and Dr Painter managed to smack some since into him and cure his Nexus blindness.

Update 81

Reinholdt
Overly happy, Din asked him what he did bad while in Ermine's presence. He told them absolutely everything. Something he had been quasi-avoiding with Ermine for obvious reasons. Tony worked on freeing Reinholdt from the euphoria and weakened its grip. Then both Ermine and Quinn got shot through the walls. Reinholdt didn't even flinch. Later Ghar fixed him up so he was back to being grumpy. Extra so now that Ermine knew everything in one of the worst ways she could have found out.

He headed to his cabin and sulked there for a while before calling up Magtok to call him out on the shootings. Magtok played innocent but Reinholdt didn't buy it.

Later went out to talk to Ermine. It was very awkward. Ermine needed more time to think about things, so Reinholdt stepped back. Found Magtok's comic after he shot Marley. With much sneaking, explained to Reelshka why he thought Magtok did it. Was just about to go into another Liquid Agony session when Magtok called, admitted to doing the attacks, and warned him about an impending AMEN attack.

Went to Susan and informed her, mentioning he thought Reelshka should be put on the council. Was sent to hunt for metal and wood. Went to the dwarves and found out that GLoG had a giant, secret underground bunker that no one else knew about. The attack started before he could inform anyone though. He rushed back to the Infirmary and took everyone there underground where they would be safe, before returning to look for other people in need of evacuation.

Up top he ran into Jack. Some shots were exchanged and Sophie helped, avoiding becoming a hostage. Turns out Jack wanted a refund for that ring he got a long time ago for helping Reinholdt get rid of that Dawnwolf artifact. Reinholdt couldn't help but to openly mock Jack at that point, finding the entire concept ludicrous. Jack almost started fighting with Reinholdt, the rage turning him into an eldritch monstrosity, but decided to turn and head towards the infirmary instead. Reinholdt used a reverse gravity stone to remove Jack's horizontal movement and allow him to get to the eldritch beast's soft underbelly. Whereupon he fired a rocket launcher at Jack. Jack went through a portal into the Infirmary and the rocket followed and blew both him and the Infirmary up.

The cat then started working on clean up to stop the fires from spreading too much.

Butler B. Butler
Found Marley after he was shot and rushed and got help. Had to wake up Quinn by kissing her.

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
Got treated at the Watchtower. Met Dominic and Myrrh and Shawna and Cessie. But has otherwise tried to pretend to take it easy and heal.

Mister Squiggles
Dropped by AMEN to check to see if Rot was ok for AMEN.

Nadas Ghuand Xar'Cha
Met back up with Riace in the Weald and showed him some floating flowers he found. Riace grabbed one and the whole flock started screaming, so they ran for it. But Riace went back while Nadas held on to the flower.

Update 82

Reinholdt
After stopping the fires from spreading, Reinholdt checked on the refugees in the dwarven fortress. They seemed fine and the dwarves were starting a drinking party. Ermine stayed to participate while Reinholdt went back up to check for other injured. He ended up in the Main Cabin with two AMENite prisoners and one idiot by the name of Jasper. Jasper made such a nuisance of himself that a member of GLoG council even gave Reinholdt the go ahead to kill the guy should he continue acting idiotic.

Forced to act, Reinholdt quasi-organized that the prisoners be transferred to Watchtower, though he would have preferred it if they had just been executed. Needless to say, one of them escaped and only Moff made it to Watchtower. Reinholdt made it as far as the Main Room before turning back and heading back to GLoG.

There he met Kirk, who apparently had a pretty rough and bitter inducing past but now wants to redeem for reasons unknown. Also unknown to Reinholdt is that Kirk is now his cabinmate. Introduced Kirk to Ermine and the two became instant drinking buddies. Exhausted, Reinholdt returned to his room with Ermine's help where upon he fell asleep swiftly.

The next day, after some breakfast and trying to help Ermine with her hangover, Ermine and Reinholdt finally left to go to Ermine's Earth. With a whole lot of references only Reinholdt got, they arrived at the city where Ermine's sister is supposed to be. Ermine turned invisible and is now leading the way.

After returning from Earth, Reinholdt dropped by Black Dragon's Den, only to find it really messed up. Reconnected with Raril and Zee, for whom he had to clear the air of the idea that he might be trying to destroy the world again. Hid under the table when a priestess of Dal showed up. Zee brought up a few intimate if veiled concepts and Raril gave Reinholdt the evil eye for thinking whatever Reinholdt was thinking, scaring Reinholdt a fair bit.

From there, learned that Far things were starting to become a problem over in Arkham street. Agreed to go check it out with Raril and Zee. After an awkward taxi ride sitting next to Raril, they arrived, Reinholdt got a description, and much silly singing occurred. The group met a professor who took them to the University to talk to another professor about cults. Along the way, they interrupted a mad scientist trying to reanimate dead tissue. Reinholdt shot him in the shoulder when he started threatening and reaching for something in his coat. He was then surprised by a... thing... that pounced Reinholdt from above and pinned him, forcing him to look into the abyss that made up its face and falling into despairing hopelessness. Raril scared the thing off and brought Reinholdt to Professor Dunwich to get some treatment. Reinholdt started speaking just before the device went on, having some resilience to the void that he's seen before, even if he is still in pretty bad shape.

Butler B. Butler
Got Marley a cane, but needs to deliver it. Helped a drunk Kirk get to his cabin.

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
Gave Shawna relationship advice on how to deal with her boyfriend and his 'complications'.

Went out with Cessie for tea and crumpets. Gave Cessie relationship advice on how to kiss. Wanted to practice with her, but only managed to sneak in one kiss. Found out Cessie was in to Harnel. Decided against crushing Cessie's heart by telling her that Harnel and Ilpholin already pulled the curtain, though she certainly considered it.

After giving her advice, she returned to the Watchtower and headed to the garden to make KR a present. She was interrupted by Sarget who introduced himself as Sakura's Treant and asked about Drow culture. She told him and then excused herself Outside to her hidden glade to work on her present, a gun made out of beautiful flowers.

Returning, she met up with KR. Wenomir interrupted and she politely asked Wenomir for some privacy, but he rudely refused and KR insisted he stay. Giving up, Ilpholin offered her present to KR, growing remarkably more girlish as she did so. Is now waiting for KR to actually react.

Has been working on Chezchire.

Update 58

[1st Lt Alice Delisle]

At Coil HQ, angry with herself that the Dalachrech mission was a failure due to the temple being relocated.

[Charity Evans]

She and Edijar went to Black Dragon's Den and walked in on a fight between Prince, Kirk, and Jack. Edijar went to try and break it up, while Charity stayed out of the way. Or so she thought. Prince deflected a lightning attack of Kirk's that hit her and briefly stopped her heart, giving her a near death experience. Her life was saved when Zee and Raril arrived and Zee gave her supercharged mouth to mouth.

While in the hospital, she was visited by Kirk, who was full of remorse that his attack had been responsible for her injuries. She got information from him about Prince, and after she was discharged from the hospital, she gave it to the Empire and HALO.

Since the NDE, she's felt a profound sense of peace - something she's never known in her reckless life of creativity and hedonism. It's pretty much freaked Edijar out, and made him worry that the lightning completely altered her personality.

Just got tickets to the Nexus Championship, not knowing Sue is competing.

[Decker the Catgirl]

Arrived at Watchtower to look for Butler, and discovered the aftermath of the attack by the Shadow Butler. Growing worried, she asked DC to try and find the real Butler. When he couldn't contact him telepathically, she realized he was dead and was devastated. Of course she doesn't yet know that Kal is also dead. Poor catgirl.

Returned to Gersemi's Island since I can't seem to ever undeadtime her.

Her body was recovered by ocean invertebrates, and she has been resurrected in the new Temple of Dalachrech.

Joined in on an attack at GLoG and succeeded in blowing up a cabin before being shot, vampire bit, and captured. His Object was taken from him, leaving him sane enough to recognize their danger. After trying to warn GLoG about them, and getting no response, he allowed himself to be taken to Watchtower rather than escape as he easily could have done, so he could warn them.

At GLoG he met Mr Sirtch and had his soul ripped out of his body briefly, which shocked the heck out of him as he thought he was a soulless clone. He finally delivered his warning, and was taken seriously, but remained locked up, purportedly for life. Which seemed awfully unfair to him as all he had done was blow up a cabin, and most Nexus criminals do far worse with no punishment at all.

While arguing with DC about his sentence, a Shadow Butler appeared, and was killed by DC. Learning that the Butler he had just seen was a fake, Moff demanded to be let out to try and rescue the real Butler, or avenge his death.

[Sunny Evans]

Professor Affidavit decided to destroy her and her factory to take out a rival inventor. He sent a creation to pose as a customer, but when he revealed his intentions, Sunny's programmed personal defences kicked in and teleported her to safety. Most of her robots were able to escape, and those that haven't, have since been restored from backup. Though she does have robots who can fight, she regards that as a last resort only if escape is impossible. Unless Prime comes back. After she left, Affidavit destroyed the entire factory. Her secret laboratory for Mortal Coil work self-destructed before Affy could reach it though.

She had to rent space elsewhere and work around the clock to get the Riftline cars completed for Aurora on time, but managed it. She and Carl are riding the line now, with their puppy Archer.

[Tia]

Since becoming human again, she's no longer been blissfully happy in Gabriel's presence. The life in Riverside, being continually in the dark and surrounded by ageless vampires has been difficult for her, and she pines for Milos and Atticus.

Gabriel found her crying, and felt helpless, finally deciding that she should go and spend some time with her father for a bit, while privately resolving to find a way to reverse his vampirism.

Meanwhile, Milos watched the whole scene from the shadows.

[Winslow Warwick] and family

Warwick, now cured, collaborated with Magtok to build a giant robot to stomp Stroffelnberg's asylum flat. The Wartok, an 80 foot tall 6 armed mecha, has caused excessive death and destruction, even if it hasn't yet gotten a chance to use its Sonic Clap of Murderdeath.

She has been learning to live without her psychic aura, and becoming more and more enmeshed in the Cult of Slaanesh. While in AMEN, she was confronted and then attacked by a Seeker who wanted her Object - the coin that Jack had given her. She responded in fury, magically creating claws and ripping open the man's throat, and getting stabbed in the process. Her first kill. Silent whispers filled her mind - Object 55, Cruelty, which had been carried by the man she killed. Because obviously she wasn't insane enough from living her entire life being ignored by everyone and taking two eldritch terrors as lovers.

Jack, who had engineered the whole thing, congratulated her, and she angrily confronted the Other inside him, demanding to know what it wanted of her. It admitted that it wanted her gone, not liking her influence over Jack.

Dipsnig

Not that much has been going on. Prince dropped off the grid so the mission to kill Jack was halted. Grigori's player disappeared so the effort to fix Vincent also went nowhere. On the plus side, Raz is now back after his long, magic-induced illness. Dipsnig also sold the info about the Cult of Dalachrech to the Empire, since he wants to see the slave-owning cultists burn. He's currently negotiating a contract to "move" goods from one place to another - for a gang of mice, curiously enough.

Wenomir

The mission in the hotel ended with a partial success. Harnel escaped, but once he was gone, so did the cultists. WATCHTOWER went to the hotel and secured the area. After that, the warrior stuck around at WATCHTOWER and accepted a boy named Rick as his apprentice in sworsmanship. He also joined Nexus Champion won a duel with Harnel, but barely. He's now investigating the Objects along with the rest of WATCHTOWER as well as recovering from a mysterious attack from a Butler lookalike. Also, KR finally told Ilpholin in no uncertain terms that she's not into her, breaking the nymph's heart. Wenomir can't help but feel bad for her.

Michalson

Signed up for Nexus Champion and is fighting with Fade. In a different continuity he started persuading AMEN members that Riv needs to be kicked out because he's more trouble than he's worth. After the AMEN leaders allowed the mad scientist to stay, Michalson left the base, not intending to return. He offered to work for Magtok and is now on his first mission, which is to transfer WATCHTOWER's prisoners to the cyborg.

Dorotha

Invented an anti-psychokinetic bracelet and is working on a golem.

Reelshka

Kept working in GLoG. Cooperated with Reinholdt to discover that Magtok was behind the shootings. Which was rendered moot since the cyborg confessed later and warned GLoG of the AMEN attack. Reelshka survived the attack and got to work on repairing the damage. She was offered a position in the council and is probably going to accept.

Brinika

Hid during the AMEN attack and Sarah's rection to her father's death(he got better). Is a bit ashamed of it. She's also going to leave GLoG sooner or later, since the goblin colony is being finished. She promised to visit though, and invide Jamie and the rest of the kids down there as well.

Anatolij

Had his boot chewed on by a puppy and was taken for a ride by a sentient motorbike. It was a blast.

Sophie

Arrived in the Nexus and was brought to GLoG by Butler. There she talked to Olivia and promised to help her by finding a substitute for blood. Her search was cut short by the AMEN attack which she helped defend against. After recovering, she continued to seek help for Sophie but it was again interrupted by her disagreement with Ghar the vampire drow mage. She used one of her Edges to make him speak the truth and reveal that his only reason for saying in GLoG is personal gain. Is now trying to persuade Zamira to kick him out.

Reinholdt
Met Rahona in Trog's, a time traveling adventurer, but left there to go to Black Dragon's Den when Trog's got too heated. There he met Fettina, who convinced him to try some confidence boosting and euphoria drugs.

Reinholdt returned to GLoG where he met a man claiming to be searching for his father's stolen psychomorphic artifact. After some discussion, it was determined that it was Tobias' hat and cursed to make him extra violent and have no desire to part with it. Reinholdt tried to talk Tobias into parting with it, but in the end, ended up tasing him and stealing it, running away for a week to let the druid cool down before returning.

While wandering home from Inside, Reinholdt found this abandoned hospital and thought he heard someone inside it, so went in to investigate. So far it's been... creepy, but whoever it is seems to be avoiding him.

Went after the mad scientist with Raril and Zee, checking out the underground crypts, only to be locked in one that doesn't seem to have a doorway out. Found a gap and a mechanism that looks like it's controls, but the paranoid rogues are as of yet, unwilling to mess with it for fear it'd kill them horribly. Zee poked things.

Butler B. Butler
Met Edict and was getting along happily with him, even going to see Edict's castle. That is, until Edict killed Butler, entirely unprovoked. Butler immolated in holy fire and Edict was smote. But have the see-saws been balanced?

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
KR told Ilpholin that she couldn't love the drow because she was in love with someone else. Dropping her present on the floor, Ilpholin fled the base in heartbroken tears. Going to her glade, she contemplated and come to only one conclusion. She would use her lust ring to make KR sleep with her and then kill KR and herself in a murder suicide thereafter so that their love remained pure and perfect forever.

Returned to Watchtower and informed the large group gathered there that she knew Kirk and could get him to come there.

Mister Buttons
Tried to pounce on Ghar. The meanie wouldn't let him. Got pets from Jamie instead and is holding a riveting meowing conversation with Trilby.

Saul
Tried to explain to Patty how her doctrine of lust was ruining people's lives and souls. She didn't buy it.

Anya Tzepesci
Called a meeting of all contract owners and members. Once all the assassins and people who would hire assassins that would come were in one place, she blew up the SAINT building to kill them and collapsed the cavern to bury any survivors.

Boris Sokolov
Tried desperately with MIN to defend Doctor Stroffelnburg's Psychiatric Hospital vs. the homicidal maniacs of Warwick and Magtok, but to no avail. No flees desperately instead.

Alright, I've been here long enough that it would be ridiculous for me to cover everything. Not to mention all the characters I've culled, I mean dang. Anyway, I'll just be providing a description of the most recent events, and hopefully I'll remember to update this once in a while. I apologize now for the length.

Kirk Locke
A few notable events occurred before the most recent ones. Joined AMEN when he first arrived. To hang out with like minded individuals, I suppose. Helped rescue Jack from NO. Went to a party at some oak tree, upset a few people after almost killing the hostess. Went to another party at House Irumocuri. There he met Mina, and opened up for the first time in years. A surreal experience for him. He died, after doing some weird ritual that would bond Diablo to his soul. Worked out perfectly but for the fact her could lose control to the demon. In between these things he pretty much hung around Amen, behaving like you'd expect an AMENite to.

Got into a big fight in the Black Dragon's Den. Him and Jack vs this bastard named Prince. Edijar and Charity show up. Edijar helps out and they do win the fight, after Raril and Dyna show up to break it up that is. A lot of bystanders died or were injured though. That hits a cord with Kirk. He feels guilty for the first time in a long time. Charity was one of those who were injured, by Kirk's own attack no less. At the emergency clinic, where Kirk's bullet shattered knee I never mentioned was treated, he went to apologize to Charity. It was an awkward thing all around for him to do, but afterward he felt much better.

Joining GLoG. The last stop from a guilt ridden evil bastard. Why he did it? He got fed up with his lifestyle, and just wants some change. Din decides to take on his case and tells him he's going to learn to heal people, instead of hurting them. If this whole redemption thing takes is a question that can't be answered yet.

He makes a trip to the Wish shop in order to separate himself from Diablo. This is successful, at the cost of his regeneration and eternal youth.

After joining GLoG he's feeling so good he decides to head to Trog's and get blasted. And yes, I'm being very sarcastic. His plans change when he encounters Fettina, a strange piano playing, neon girl. Being the womanizer he thinks he is, he lays down the charm. He's remarkably successful too. What he doesn't realize is that she was looking for a poor bastard like him to seduce and take to bed where she could get a free room then rob him. Anyway, before getting carried up to bed, Fettina puts something in her drink. Kirk isn't happy about this, as he feels like he's taking advantage of her. After some extreme hesitance, he fails his will save and the curtain falls. Predictably enough, Fettina walks out with his stuff. He wakes up and is rather angry as one might expect. He ends up brooding at the bar where he meets Rob, a man of many hats. While wearing a wizard hat, Rob casts a scrying spell which reveals Fettina to be at the Black Dragon's Den. He rushes there in a rage and confronts the thief at knife point. Realizing that he's falling back into his old ways, Kirk drops the knife and offers to help Fettina after revealing how he lived like her for a long time. It was a friendless, painful life. He lets her go then. Later she returns to him at GLoG to return his possessions. He insists that she keep some of them and sell them. They part on good terms.

For unknown reasons, Kirk's Objects pull at him to Seek again. Din, insisting that she watch over him, gets dragged along as he Seeks one Object. Afterward he and Din part ways and he goes to Trog's. There he meets Haruki, but they don't get to chat much before Kirk looks at Dyna through his shades. He got a glimpse of her true form and spiders started erupting from his body, his eyes were destroyed, and his mind got a soft reset. Not fun. This prompted Dyna to question his Objects, and only some overly easy bluff checks got him out of there alive. He seeks again after that, this time alone. He gets another Object that fills his empty eye sockets before returning to GLoG. There he is confronted by Wenomir, who is investigating the Objects. He did a pretty good job of looking like a crazed addict.

On another roam around the city, looking for a chance to Seek, Kirk is confronted by Rebonack. Being the artifact collecting brute that he is, the Cobalt Knight cuts Kirk down after a feeble attempt to escape. There he dies, and his demon soul is pulled to the Abyss.

A few days later Kirk is summoned from the Abyss by Feia. He's undergone some changes. Generally just looking more demonic. With the complete transformation of his lower body into something more dinosaur like being the most notable change. He can manipulate his appearance, so it's not really apparent most of the time. His new Mistress commands him to go back to GLoG where she will be watching through him. He isn't told more than that and is given relative freedom to do what he wills.

The final thing here is still ongoing. It will slip into the end of Kirk's timeline whenever it resolves. Kirk decides he's going to visit Mina. Jasper, her sister, answers the door and isn't impressed by Kirk initially. He doesn't trust the drow, especially since Kirk is hiding something behind his back. That something turns out to be a bouquet of tiger lilies. Kirk is let in and he heads up to Mina's room. He's awkward at first, but Mina soon proves once again to be the only person Kirk can take comfort in. Mina isn't in a normal state of mind though. She doesn't see the world the same way as everyone else, but Kirk's presence helps her. Just like he takes comfort in her, so does she in him. While they hold each other, Mina kisses him. Kirk's kissed plenty of women before, but this was entirely different. It actually had meaning and it was intimate and tender. And for that brief moment, Mina's mind was clear. But before she could explain to him, one of her sisters, Alaine, interrupted. She slips back into her normal state of mind. Kirk goes to talk to her parents then, and finds out that Mina had investigated too deeply into things she shouldn't have been, the incomprehensible. Her father hasn't bothered to try and find a way to repair her mind. This angers Kirk. He then resolves to find a way to restore Mina, whatever it takes. But how is the question.

Sakura and Sarget
Sakura arrives at the Nexus unexpectedly with Sarget. Coming from a primitive, natural world, the Nexus came at quite a shock. Luckily Sarget was with her to help her not get overwhelmed. She goes to Trog's Tavern first and learns a bit about the Nexus from Avatar. Afterward she meets and chats with Cessie, who is not impressed with Sakura's clothing, or lack thereof. Their friendship develops from that point on. They leave Trog's and takes a trip riding in Sarget's branches. Cessie decides she wants to embrace her dryad heritage, if only for that night, and sleep in the treant's branches. After an amusing and uncomfortable night, Cessie gets taken back to the city and Sakura and Sarget go wandering.

After wandering a while they come across WATCHTOWER. Unaware of social norms such as knocking, Sakura bursts right in. Just in time too, she stumbles across Ilpholin attempting to seduce Adir, an old friend from her home world. An old friend she was, and still is, quite infatuated with. Being the fey that they are, it isn't long before they jump into bed with each other. A relationship starts to develop then, but they both probably need to grow up a bit in that department. Of course Sakura joins Watch just to be close to him, and not at all thinking about what the job entails. Adir started to train her in the use of firearms.

Her first mission with Watch has he going with Adir and Cathy to investigate the Serpent's Gaze hotel. It had been reported that there was some demonic activity there. They don't do much investigating before there is some kind of demon attack in the basement. The Watch members' cover was blown and they were asked to leave.

Cessie and Sakura went on a clothes shopping trip, which turned out to be quite embarrassing or entertaining, depending on how you look at it. The dryad was entirely unfamiliar with clothing, much to the dismay of the very conservative Cessie.

At some point Adir and Sakura go on a shopping date. They toured around Market Street and looked at all the strange things sold there. One unscrupulous merchant takes advantage of Sakura's interest in a necklace with a blue glass flower pendant on it, and gets Adir to buy it for her for too much money. Sakura loves the present, so maybe that made up from it. Afterward they go to Pontius's Custom Constructs where they bought an ice golem. It made for a very amusing freezer ambush later.

Cessie asked for Sakura and Adir to help her recover a tome from a long buried city. Collecting the book was little trouble, the Skum living there were surprisingly cooperative. While leaving there was trouble. Sakura encounted a shoggoth for the first time, a cute little sucker. That is, until it starts devouring her. Because the shoggoth's very nature she was able to mentally command it to stop spreading, but not before it thinly covered much of her torso. She had little time to dwell on it though, as a much larger shoggoth forces them to flee to the surface. It was a traumatizing experience for her. She had never been in that kind of danger before.

The usually cheerful dryad is quite somber after that experience. She discovered that the only way to remove the shoggoth was with fire and that it could spread even further if she didn't remove it. Adir comforts her as best he can. Later, at Watchtower, she finds that she loves him, and tells him exactly that. To her joy he replies in kind. The next morning Adir and some others are planning to go back to the Serpent's Den. She talks to Cessie before hand about her husband, causing the mage to break down because he's been gone for so long. Sakura does what she can to comfort her friend.

Sakura and Adir took a trip to Trog's where Dyna noticed Sakura's shoggoth. She offered to remove it, much to the dryad's eventual delight. To celebrate Sakura drank way too much chocolate milk and Adir drank too much alcohol. Sakura wasn't impressed by his behaviour. They made up later though. Sakura finds it hard to stay mad at him.

Cessie came to Sakura one day and gave her a gift. It was a young maple tree, the same kind of dryad Cessie's ancestor was. They plant the tree and Sakura helps Cessie get in touch with her dryad ancestry.

After that, Adir comes back and they end up going for a walk in the woods. It was a nice walk to begin with, but that changed. That time of year was Adir's species' mating season, and they curtained right there in the forest. Not strange for two fey, but Adir was different from normal. It was rough and loveless and he hurt her. Afterward she felt used, scared, and hurt, both physically and emotionally. When he realized what he did she fled from him and disappeared into the forest. She ended up in the Weald, where Adir rescued her from a band of murderous faeries that tried to sacrifice her to a bloodoak.

That wasn't enough to smooth over what happen earlier though. They talked and Sakura confessed that despite what happened, she still loved him. They returned to Watchtower where they took a shower together. Adir was wracked by guilt at seeing her bruised body and was hesitant to touch her. As an exorcise of trust, she curtained with him again.

The next day Sakura set about tending to the flowers where she met Butler, or more accurately an impostor posing as Butler. After some idle chit chat, she was pulled aside by Cessie who questioned the bruises. Sakura told her the truth, but insisted that Cessie not be upset with Adir.

Soon after Butler's plan was launched. Gas capsules incapacitated many of the members, including Sakura. After coming to, they investigated why the attack was launched, but little was discovered. Currently they're discussing seemingly unrelated apocalyptic Objects.

Ghar Baenurden
Ghar has done quite a bit since he can to the Nexus, but we'll focus on more current events. Ghar was out on one of his blood collecting walks when he came across Sarah, a unique six year old girl. He sensed that she has vast power stores that he can tap into. He abducts her, but rather than try and contain and control her, he offers to apprentice her as a wizard. The curious girl happily agrees, and after taking her back to GLoG and talking to her father, Dr. Rein, and Quinn it was arrange for him to stay there and start teaching her. He began giving her daily lessons in basic magic and mental defenses and has been very pleased with her progress.

Soon after his arrival, AMEN attacked GLoG. Ghar assisted with the fight a bit, but mostly concerned himself with keeping Sarah safe.

Just recently he had a confrontation with Sophie. She got him to admit that he was only at GLoG for his own gain. Ghar reacted violently to that invasion of her mind by demonstrating how easy it would be for him to crush hers. Naturally she didn't take it well and is now hoping to have him banished from GLoG. Ghar isn't worried though. Her evidence against him is weak at best.

Becca Williams
Becca found herself, and the entire National Park, dropped in the Nexus. She was training with her pokemon Shroomy the Shroomish and Claws the Beldum. Her first encounter is with a different sort of monster trainer, Alina. There is a bit of a conflict between them, but they calm at the intervention of Rick and Myrrh. They head to a pokemon center, one run by trolls. The freaky sticky upy haired ones. The leave there quickly and go to meet a friend of Rick's, Nephea. They decide to go adventuring together, but not before they're also joined by another girl, Emily. Not entirely sure how it makes Rick, who still at the girls are icky age, feel being in a group with four girls.

They're first adventure takes them to GreenWater, a dimension that Alina took them to with a magic key. They fought off some strange flying ray-like creatures. Currently the party is stuck in deadtime. The plot might have died.

Jared Kowalski
Jared was out walking his magikarp, Mister Fish, when he found himself outside Trog's. Without knowing it, he entered the Nexus. He found it rather odd when a monkey started talking to him and proceeded to attack him with a sword. Despite the weirdness he took it pretty well and even better once Dyna explained some things to him.

Things only got stranger when he got a taste of his first Trog's random encounter. It was a pony, a pony that turned other people into ponies. He fought bravely, striking powerful blows with Mister Fish. With the aid of others it was defeated. From the loot he got a belt that makes him stronger.

Besides that he chatted up a few people including Sophie and Skeppio.

He might need a bit of a retcon. To make it so he isn't a carbon copy of the character I... well, copied.

Rose Nacari
Rose is one of the vampires of Riverside. She had an offer from Tzimfemme for a new job, but never did follow up on it. Most likely a result of her general uncaring attitude.

Despite this attitude, she was chosen to infiltrate AMEN and kill Rot, permanently. She maybe uncaring, but she can be quite competent. Since joining AMEN, she's only snooped around a bit and buddied up to Rot. She needs to earn his trust if she wants to find out how he stays alive.

Rose participated in the recent attack on GLoG. Not much came of it, but she did get to seriously injure Din and Andy.

Gabriel Moretti
A lot has happened to Gabriel, but we'll focus on after Tia changed back into a human and they've been living together a while. Gabriel has been happy living with Tia in Exbourne Manor in Riverside, and he's been doing whatever he can to make Tia happy. Despite that, she hasn't been. She wants to be with him, but she can't take the perpetual darkness and only living among vampires. Gabriel finds her crying one day and knows he has to do something. He has to find a way to cure his vampirism. So he sends her away to visit her father for a few days.

Hey talks to an old friend, Mateo if he'd heard anything about a way to reverse vampirism. It turns out that he has. It was something Mateo's sire discovered and the general location was recorded somewhere in the now deceased vampire's tower. Mateo took Gabiel there, and he has just began his search.

Eshter
Eshter's first goal was to find a place to nest. She took up residence in NO in exchange for her services. In short, she became a member. Soon she was spreading her children around inside, most notably in the taverns. Most of the other members of NO are uncomfortable around her.

In Trog's she met a member of the Burning Light who tried to convert her. After offending a member, Justinian, with her opinions, she left the place.

Now she is on a mission to find a fortress, one of NO's contracts. Herself, Ordo, and Rebecca are investigating the fortress, and have discovered that they have to free something that was trapped there. At thing point in time they are floating through an underground lake.

Ramiro Gallo
Ramiro spends most of his time ensuring that Westside runs smoothly. He's met with several people including Magtok, representatives from Eastside and Westside, the lich Arik, and a member of the Burning Light.

He also went to Inside to discuss the removal of the embargo on Riverside. The terms were that the embargo would be lifted if they killed two known vampire menaces, to prove that the Riverside vampires were civilized. The vampires in question are Serena and Rot. Both are still being looked into.

Most High Reverend Terrowin of Xela's Howe
Fought Kal and Decker when they attacked the Temple of Dalachrech in Inside. Then, later, fought Kirk and Raz when they attacked the same Temple. Interviewed Faith when Faith wanted to see the Cult; cursed Faith later to weakness and nausea should she reveal anything about the Cult of Dalachrech. Learnt that Din wanted to destroy the Cult of Dalachrech; as a result of this, and the two attacks, he organised the movement of the Temple of Dalachrech to a new location. He helped WATCHTOWER with the investigation of the Serpent's Gaze Slaaneshi worshippers, and lost his beloved Mr. Claws to a trap. Mr. Claws was the last scorpion of Terrowin's born on Terrowin's homeworld. Terrowin did, however, get a Force Staff which boosts his spell casting. He also resurrected Lauretta and oversaw the ritual in which Lauretta became a full cleric.

Reverend Madame Gertrude de la Moy
Met Faith who wished to learn more about Dalachrech; took Faith to the Temple and was in charge of Faith's ascendence to Novitiate of the Cult of Dalachrech and teaching Faith Abyssal, although Faith failed the Novitiation ceremony. She spoke to a glass-headed man in Trog's. Learnt that Din wanted to take the Cult of Dalachrech down from Din herself. She prayed for those killed in the Jack & Kirk vs Prince fight in the Black Dragon's Den, where she gave a messenger beetle to Fettina, suspecting Fettina had been raped. Later met Din again, and tried to get more information about Din's plans. Learnt that it was the Empire who raided the Old Temple, before being killed by an apple seed that Din planted into her drink. The apple seed grew into a tree in Gertrude's stomach.

Reverend Jorje Hargonnen
Gave an interview with Destur for the Nexus Herald. He also kidnapped Din for Lauretta; or more accurately to be sacrificed at the Hermitage of Dalachrech. He fought Kirk when Kirk attacked the Temple with Raz. He was captured and disarmed by some minions of 'Rumplestiltskin', and also had to give up his Orb of Brotherhood and his holy symbol. Because 'Rumplestiltskin' is holding Jorje in the pocket dimension of Mercury's Manor, he can't escape without teleporting or gating, and he won't do that without his club or his holy symbol. He knows quite a bit on the fairy tale Rumplestiltskin.

Reverend Lady Elezibethele
When Din was captured, Elezibethele was going to sacrifice her to Dalachrech using a brainbeetle grub placed on her foot, which is a painful way to go. Din begged Dalachrech to save her, so Dalachrech did (although He now regrets it). Din was given the choice of being Elezibethele's slave, Lauretta's slave or 'Dalachrech's slave', although the last was slang for a sacrifice. Elezibethele broke Din, but Din managed to escape with help from a boy named Boy, a nudibranch named Blue and Din's girlfriend/wife. Din helped the Hermitage slaves escape too, and now Din has sworn vengeance.

Reverend Destur Spritesson
Helped Jorje give the interview with Jorje, and also in capturing Din for Elezibethele & Lauretta. He helped fight Kirk during Kirk & Raz's attack on the Temple.

Reverend Lord Defelent A'Dam
Set up a Temple of Dalachrech in the Northside of Riverside, and visited a party with his slave Tracy. At the party he found a diamond ring, which was used to resurrect Lauretta.

Grand Mistress Azurelle D'Langley of the Order of the Dragonfly
Set up an order of Dalachrechian paladins, the Order of the Dragonfly. When Din was Elezibethele's slave, offered to buy Din for four giant snowspider eggs.

Reverend Omid
Serves in the Riverside Temple of Dalachrech. Chased off some of Scaal's graverobbers, though he didn't know their employer.

Reverend Lady Charynrae Bael'Dalachrech
Set up a Temple of Dalachrech in the Undercity. She bought Aemi for 350ft of spidersilk rope, although promptly released her due to Aemi's links with HALO. Went to a party, and made a gift of a giant spider egg. She has a continuing offer with Davitte the Yaun-ti for slave supply. She also gave a tour to a cloaker, an armoured steampunk kobold and now a bat-winged elf who thinks Dalachrech and Charynrae are fey.

Nephrim
Due to incompatible deadtime schedules, the air spirit binding fell through. She spoke to a White Dragon that joined AMEN in child-shape, although I haven't seem them for a while. Visited the Serpent's Gaze with Dam'Bul, largely because I wanted to see how they'd be corrupted (if at all) but the corrupters were busy so didn't do anything. She went Seeking after more encouragement (from Legion, not Jack, this time) and succeeding in collecting Fear. At the moment, she is Seeking Tyranny.

Dam'Bul
Lost his host when Tobias attacked AMEN in revenge for a simultaneous attack on GLoG. Fortunately, Nephrim knows where to find a village of, uh, 'volunteers'.

Encyclopedes
They have collected 12 catperson slaves, a raygun, a gold idol, a collection of decommissioned tanks, some Spectre scrap, purple webbing, alien corpses. A servant of Helios is visiting the Bronze Pyramid, and some aliens scanned it as well.

Morbit
Kicked out of Trog's. It has green feathers, proto-wings, a cat-tail, a wasp sting, a wasp poison gland, is fire resistant, has thumbs, and a voice box to mimic human speech.

Pontius Montifex Dathrii
Altered Gulaghar's arm with a mystic metal, and got some of that mystic metal in return. Animated a dwarf lich's armour, paid in money I think. Sold Melty the Ice Golem to a dryad and her deer-satyr hybrid boyfriend. Started making golems out of the plant taking over parts of Inside.

Mortius Necriax Dathrii
Joined SAINT and gave them a canopic jar, implying it was his phylactery. Interviewed the Admiral about his phylactery and searched the Admiral's office at PACK. Was going to work with an anarcho-punk to kill Michalson, but got blown up when SAINT went out of business. One of his monkey skeleton minions made off with a necklace from his neck.

Natalie
Joined PACK. Met Adele and Garrett; the former suggested she could teach Natalie magic, as did Jamie later. Ate a banana that turned her into a spider monkey. Was investigating a creepy school with Rick, but I think the plot died. She's now visiting her friend Jamie at GLoG; unfortunately can't proove she isn't Nephrim, or hasn't yet.

Berenice
Was freed from a cell in the Earl's Fortress by Reinholdt. She is exploring the old PEACE site, and when she complained of the cold Shrike gave her a fur coat. Received a magic crown, but when it was tried on her feet were turned to stone so Raril turned them back.

Mateo
Taking Gabriel on a quest for the Fountain of Death that might cure vampirism. The question Gabriel hasn't asked yet is the name.

Malice
He's in the process of being teleported out of WATCHTOWER's prison block.

Durk Fallow
He set up a pet and slave shop in Eastside, Riverside. Although he hasn't had any visitors yet.

Cacame
Freed from the Hermitage of Dalachrech by Din, had his brands and tongue healed by Brianna. He's helping to rebuild the demolished cabins of GLoG.

Reinholdt
Reinholdt was nearly date raped by Fettina in Black Dragon's Den, but Fettina backed out at the last second after learning a bit more about Reinholdt. Reinholdt left Fettina on semi-amicable terms, but that might have been because of the drugs. I suppose we'll find out eventually. Reinholdt picked up some confidence boosting leaves and euphoria blue liquid for later use.

Returning home, Reinholdt ran into an Encoclypede that wanted to document Reinholdt's story in exchange for money and access to knowledge. Reinholdt had little interest in sharing old wounds, so declined. Then found out some of his precious items had been stolen. Immediately suspected Magtok did it. Kirk claimed to be old AMEN buddies with Magtok and would go take care of it. Kirk returned later without any hint of the objects, nor even having attempted to truly discern past Magtok's lies. Now knows that Kirk is actually spying on Reinholdt on Magtok's behalf.

Got a note from Dolius saying he had information about Tobias' hat. He went to BDD and found out it was Reynard who set the whole thing up in an overly complex manner. Reinholdt didn't understand the point of going to all that trouble only to reveal it at the end, but he got the hat back and found out about Tobias' history including the facts that Histor is the one keeping Tobias alive in a twisted deal and that Cat, his old fiancee, was still alive. Returned to GLoG again and found out that Tobias is the one that took Reinholdt's stuff and wanted to trade them for his hat back. Reinholdt was reluctant, but saw that Tobias had put too much of himself into the hat to truly be separated from it forever without something done to restore Tobias to normal. Resolved to go trade his story to the bugs in exchange for knowledge on these subjects. Accidentally spilled the beans to Tobias that Cat was still alive, not aware that Tobias didn't know.

Met back up with Ermine and after some cake related shenanigans, Reinholdt used his Mertoran Leaf and Sannish liquid to boost his confidence and then proceeded to kiss Ermine for the first time that he can remember. This inevitably lead to a lengthy make-out session. Ermine noticed Reinholdt's tongue was blue, but the cat managed to deflect it. Then went off to the Bronze Pyramid.

While investigating the creepy hospital, Reinholdt saw Calublufiok take Coralie downstairs into a room with a bunch of undead people, including nurses, Rabbit, Tabitha, and Vygor. While trying to daringly rescue Coralie, she stabbed him in the chest. When he woke up... not stabbed for some reason, he found one of the nurses there and frightened and quite forgetful. Now trying to escape with 'Lucy'.

Butler B. Butler
Was brought back by Moff 4 and Erin, and now wanders HALO, as he was told to do by Moff 4.

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
Sulked in her room for a bit, listening to the radio until she heard about the events of Inside. Grabbed some of her curtain minions and went to go watch. Some anti-magic thing made everything mostly boring though and she had to settle for a tv screen instead of front row seats.

Mister Buttons
Played with a bomb until Jamie scolded him. Quinn got rid of the bomb before it asploded.

Saul
Offered Rot and Rose a chance at redemption before brutally attacking them for failing to accept the offer and stop massacring people.

A New Force?

In recent weeks following the fall of the Empire, various ordinary men and women in Inside and Riverside have recieved what they refer to as the Call - when confronted with a supernatural being threatening to harm innocent humans, they would hear a voice, see a writing on the wall or experience something different altogether - either way, they would recieve a message urging them to take action. Once they did so, they found themselves wielding strange powers that allowed them to kill, drive away or otherwise neutralize the monsters.
After a while, these people began to meet and discuss what happened to them. They came to a conclusion that some otherworldy force contacted whem and bestowed a mission upon them - which they assume is to protect the ordinary people of the Nexus from the decadence of the high-and-mighty supernaturals. And thus, the Imbued, as they called themselves, continued to live in Inside, but are now planning to strike from hiding at any supernatural freak trying to abuse the citizens.

Reinholdt
Then went off to the Bronze Pyramid. Met the Encyclopedes at the Bronze pyramid and is trading his life story for memory crystals about soul transfer from objects to people, psychomorphic artifacts, and tricksters. Had his rifle magazine stolen by a faerie.

While investigating the creepy hospital, was attacked by a monster. Various methods of dealing with it have proven thus far highly ineffective at best. But with lightning and Liquid Agony, he managed to at least stun it long enough, despite it looking like Coralie and generally mocking him in a myriad of voices.

Ilpholin Ghuanaer Xar'Cha
Informed the Matron of the prime opportunity to get into the city. Suggested doing it peacefully to gain the support of the civilians. While waiting for the results and her reward, she hung out in the Black Dragon's Den where she reacquainted herself with Devi and a forgetful Jack, making it quite memorable for them. Then ran into Din and learned she was an escaped Xar'Cha slave. Finally learned her efforts weren't without fruit in the worst way when Kelral showed up. They got into a grudge match and started fighting before Raril intervened and Kelral kissed her. She spat in his face and he left.

Boris Sokolov
Traveled on helicopter to Riverside, answering some of Magtok's questions, before using Warwick as a hostage to escape into a building. His status thereafter is currently unknown.

Irene
Convinced Quinn it might be a bad idea to ressurect her into flesh because she could be hiding Cal unwittingly.

Nadas Ghuand Xar'Cha
Ran into one of his old drow tutors and was forced to take a communicator, to his chagrin.

Red Mist
Has floated and found and infected Rot, making him quite a bit more powerful and going on a sociopathic massacre, ignoring Gordon and Magtok's orders until Haruki destroyed him. Left Rot and infected Rose who went on a similar rampage until deciding to flee back to AMEN. Later she attacked Quinn and Dr. Rein, but fell prey to an obvious 1-2 ploy and the red mist decided she wasn't worth infecting any more either and left her as well.

Suddenly revived! Like magic!

The three PC guards - Nayir, Darkardvuvuzela, and Keld - met the seer boy and learned that he had no tongue. Otherwise, he seemed completely obedient, if rather weird. They successfully captured a badly wounded and sickly woman in the woods, after fighting off a pair of demons who also wanted her. She said she didn't remember her name, and so Nayir named her 'Up' after an arrow shaped symbol on her shoulder.

Meanwhile, Harnel came across the caravan and pretended to be a buyer to learn more. The seer boy slipped him a note, which he hasn't been able to read yet, and he purchased a catperson couple and the savage, feral fey girl.

[1st Lt Alice Delisle]

Is working to establish the new Council of Inside as the government, while supporting the Remnant as best she can. Started an affair with Sue, despite knowing he's in a relationship and has a child.

[Charity Evans]

Got caught in the cross fire in a bar fight and her heart stopped. She had a near death experience, with her consciousness viewing the scene from above, until Zee's CPR returned her to her body. Since then, the memory of the profound sense of peace she experienced has softened her bad temper somewhat, and also made her a bit more tolerant of Edijar's profession.

Which is kind of a good thing, as she's basically living on base now to try and be a support system for her sister and boyfriend and sister's boyfriend and sister's puppy...

[Charlotta and Lottie]

Sue came home and confronted Charlotta, telling him that he knew she was cheating on him, that he had found someone else as well, but that he wanted the two of them to continue to live together for Lottie's sake. She did not take it well, especially when she incorrectly guessed the other woman was Vasquez, and Sue laughed.

Later, she discovered, going through the equipment that Sue had left behind for her to look at, that Sue had been a member of Mortal Coil, and realized that the times when he had gone undercover for days or weeks at a time, he'd actually been dead.

[Decker the Catgirl]

Discovered that Butler was dead, but promised DC that she wouldn't suicide again to follow him. Instead, she started searching for his killer, and is now in the middle of trying to destroy Edict at the Knaves castle.

Is a boring boring character and doomed to permadeadtime.

Returned to Gersemi's Island, because of her player never undeadtiming her.

After her resurrection, she discovered the murdered body of Madame de la Moy and realized that Din was responsible. She then came up with a plan to bring the cult to legitimacy so that they could have the ~~Empire~~ ~~Remnant~~ Council put Din on trial for murder.

[Mainframe]

Is acting as Phil's defense attorney. Ordered him steak after Phil 'called bull'.

[Moff 4]

Helped blow up bits of GLoG. Got captured, vampire bitten, and had his Object taken from him. This cleared his mind enough that he allowed himself to be taken to Watchtower so he could warn them about the danger of the Objects. He learned that Butler was murdered, escaped, and arranged to have Butler rezzed by HALO.

Moff 4's player is not very good at playing evil.

[Shae]

The androgynous winged fey came to the mortal realms for a Year and a Day as a sort of holiday. He first crashed through a window that he tried to fly through, then got almost seduced by Wolfy, who thought he was a she. Wolfy wasn't as mortified as Shae though, when he learned that he had almost fraternised with a god. How embarrassing!

Shae then proceeded to get very drunk and proposition nearly every mortal in the bar without success. Meanwhile, technology seems to malfunction around him, but this isn't anything he does on purpose, or is even aware of.

[Sunny Evans]

Her factory was destroyed by Affidavit, posing as "Claudius", and she would have been murdered as well if she hadn't been telewarped away by her guardian robot. When the Empire fell, she was emergency teleported to Remnant HQ by Vasquez, where she was overwhelmed by the psychic assault of all the damaged machinery. She called in her robot army, which had been put in hibernation in case of the return of Reinholdt Prime, and sent them to the front lines.

Then she saw Carl die on one of the screens in the Comm Center.

While she waited for him to return, she spent her time working around the clock, only crying when no one could see her, and refusing to open up to her sister at all. The soldiers whose lives were saved by her robots had a beautiful engineer's hammer made for her. She doesn't know yet that they call her a saint, but she treasures the hammer more than any other possession she owns.

Two days later, Carl was returned to her, nearly catatonic. She carried him home and nursed him back to health. Acting on a decision she made while he was gone, she pulled the curtain with him for the first time. Then at breakfast the next morning, she proposed to him. After seeing him die, she realized she didn't want to have regrets if he was ever unable to be revived.

Carl accepted, overjoyed, but later started having second thoughts, worried that Sunny was rushing into something she wasn't ready for. There was also the problem of him having been gone, subjectively, for a year, though so far, he's kept that a secret from Sunny.

So far, only Charity and Edijar have been told about the engagement, and Sunny is spending all her time divided between Carl and working like mad on a new invention for the Remnant.

[Winslow Warwick] and family

Having been cured of Nexus blindness, Warwick and Magtok joined forces to build the Wartok, a giant mecha for stomping Stroffy's place flat. They stomped it good! But Warwick got badly injured and had to have his leg replaced with a flesh covered cyberlimb. There was also some stuff with Boris, but Warwick barely remembers that, being all drugged at the time.

Meanwhile, back at home, Willow freaked out when she heard about the antimatter bomb, made her family go to the fallout shelter under the house, and then drugged them all with her Poison Ivy lipstick while she stood guard. When Arthur showed up, she nearly shot him, then made him prove he wasn't a doppleganger, then they almost kissed before being interrupted by little sister Wendy, who woke up early and was worried about Dad being away.

When Dad finally returned, Willow turned the gun on him, and again started making wild doppleganger accusations, while Arthur decided to be reckless and announce that he and Willow had been making out, figuring that a violent father reaction would prove Warwick's identity. Warwick however, did not flip out about that, being far more concerned about the Big Freaking Gun that his teenage daughter is in no way qualified to use. Eventually after the situation was defused, Willow and Arthur were left alone for a few minutes, and Willow kissed him. Arthur, subconsciously, used his fiendish powers to make her more attracted to him than she would have been anyway.

After checking on the family, Warwick told the teenagers that they're allowed to date, as long as they follow certain ground rules, and also asked Arthur to put the word out that he's offering a reward for the insane, Nexus blind MagClone to be brought to him alive and unharmed.

Trix - Update 1

Trix's history since she first arrived at the Nexus is, at this moment, relatively short.

Our story begins at Trog's tavern, as these stories often do, with the young half-demon appearing through the door. Quickly finding her home on the sill above the door and in the rafters - away from the crowds below - she is greeted by a friendly magma ape named Foro, and has a brief and awkward conversation.

Leaving the tavern shortly after eavesdropping on part of a conversation about a plot to take over the Nexus, Trix soon finds herself mentally contacted by a mysterious organisation called UNSEEN. She agrees to meet a member of this strange organisation in an old building, and is hired to spy upon Maxios - then leader of the LANTERN organisation - to gather information on the threat level of the organisation.

Deciding that the best way to spy on a group was from within, Trix easily joined LANTERN, earning herself an orange ring of greed. When Trog's was attacked by golems, Trix arrived with Maxios and was nearly killed when a golem exploded while she was in contact with it, saved by the kind and helpful healer PCs that happened to be nearby. It took some time to fully recover, but she was never discovered as a spy, and eventually returned to the agent of UNSEEN for her reward. Explaining that Maxios was an idiot and not the smallest of threats, she received a brooch of invisibility and several gold pieces, and carried on her way.

Over time, she took advantage of Maxios' stupidity, even gaining a suit of Brotherhood of Steel armour from the man himself and never returning to the LANTERN HQ after that.

She received another minor non-UNSEEN job opportunity shortly after, which was declined due to feelings of amateurism from the man offering, even though she still took the advance payment while the job offer was initially being given -managing to get away with several gems despite not taking the job.

When the vampires were being purged from Inside, Trix watched from a rooftop, morally conflicted about what was going on. She ended up being called on a job, speaking briefly with an agent named Xavier who told her to loosen up a bit and stop worrying so much about things. Taking his advice to "Live", she declined the later mission from UNSEEN, saying that he was the one who asked her to 'live', and that entering a mansion filled with magical traps would be certain death due to her magic allergy. She was never contacted by UNSEEN again.

Spending her time in the Yellow Zone after no longer feeling safe in the Red Zone due to the vampire purge, she saw Serena, crying and covered in blood, and assumed she was hurt, following her into an alley to help her - letting her guard down for once to help someone. This turned out to be a mistake, and she was nearly killed by the vampire, but saved at the last moment by an ISF patrol. Trix would find it even harder to approach people after this.

It was a long time before Trix was truly active again, before she was found by her twin sister, Iferi, as she ran across the Yellow Zone rooftops. Nearly branded with a magical seal for running from her family, Trix was saved and brought to NO, her sister fleeing back to Underside.

NO took care of Trix, keeping her safe in case her family attacked again. At one point during her time as a guest, a member named Atoya stole her hat - and it was revealed by a teary-eyed Trix that it had been given to her by her older brother, who had died - something that had caused her to run away from home in the first place, though she did not explain the circumstances of his death. The half-demon would further surprise the group by eventually joining the organisation herself.

Very little has happened since this point so far aside from minor exploration of inside, and an excellently stress-relieving day with Wolfy (Back massages and dancing? you bet!), so as such I think it is fair to end our summary here. Trix is currently tasked by NO, along with the other members, to gather any and all information from the residents of Inside.

Update 59b

[Tia and Andrew Eiranikos and the Hartwater Inn Plot]

Tia has tried to be happy with Gabriel ever since she used the artifact that turned her from a succubus back into a human, but it's been hard. She still loves him, but she's surrounded by vampires - many of them centuries old - and lives in constant darkness. She's young, and she misses being around young people and doing fun and frivolous things. And of course there's the problem of her being in love with three men at once.

Gabriel caught her crying and got her to finally admit that she was unhappy. He suggested that she go visit her father for a while, while internally making the decision to find a way to reverse his own vampirism.

On the train to Inside, Milos spoke to Tia, and she flung herself into his arms, still as much in love with him as with Gabriel. After confessing her love, she admitted that she didn't know what to do, but begged him to spend the night with her, at least once, now that she was human again. Milos agreed, against his better judgement, and they went to the Hartwater Inn.

After a tender night together, Tia went to see her father. Milos went to Erin's Emporium and discovered his cousin Crissy was working there. The two of them returned to the Inn to catch up, and got caught up in PLOT! when the serving girl, Aleida, was possessed by a spirit claiming his daughter was in danger. Crissy called for Dorotha, and the group of adventurers discovered a hidden staircase behind the wall that led to an ornate tomb. Dorotha led them to the correct coffin, and when they opened it, the corpse of an ancient king named Titus climbed out. He had been able to possess Aleida because she was his descendant, but another descendant of his was in danger. Before he left, he offered the treasures in the tomb to the adventurers as thanks, but asked them not to disturb the dead.

His distant daughter turned out to be one of the souls captured by Alizarin's Doom Shield, and Titus was able to rescue the child and take her to her proper afterlife. But the rescue caused the Doom Shield to explode and most of the Empire to go missing. Milos, Crissy, Dorotha, and Aleida, however, never learned this, and Titus's body was buried in the rubble.

As the city was attacked by aliens and explosions and stuff, Tia and her father Andrew gathered up their neighbors to evacuate to the Emergency Bunkers. They were attacked by vampires, but Milos arrived in time to run them off. He didn't stay, however, and disappeared again into the night. Tia stayed in the bunker, caring for the children, while her father, along with Mrs Bloodplunder and some other retired adventurers, continued to go back out and try to maintain order in the days after the Empire fell.
