This thread is for volunteers to summarize events that are occurring in their organization and plot threads. Hopefully this will help everyone keep up to date on the gossip without having to read every thread.

Teh Roolz:

1. This thread is for summaries ONLY! To discuss/dispute the summaries, go to the Nexus OOC thread.
2. Anyone can write a summary of events. If multiple people want to summarize the same event, that's fine. This is an excellent way to respond if you disagree with someone else's summary of events.
3. This thread is player knowledge, not character knowledge. You are encouraged to include important information that none of the characters know.
4. Internal thoughts and feelings of a character can be mentioned if it's your character, or if it's someone else's character, but they've posted what the character is thinking/feeling.
5. Linking to the relevant scenes on the IC threads is welcome, but not required.
6. Double posting is allowed.

These guidelines are just the first draft. If you have suggestions for how to improve them, please bring them up in the Nexus OOC thread.

Update 1

In The Temple of Amour, Rabbit Vasque, the Destroyer of Faiths, has just accepted Amour's offer to become her Chosen One in an attempt to protect her soul from being omnomnomed by Draken.

In The World is Black and White, the party has finally been reunited through portal abuse. The looted treasure has transformed into keys, and Anthony Watkin, the Captain, is in a hurry to leave. He wants to take them to a fortress he's found.

In GLoG, Turtle has finally been given enough evidence by Dispnig and DC to convince her that Draken is involved in her memory loss. Turtle, Fan, and DC haven't yet come up with anything remotely resembling a plan, but Turtle insists that Vespe and Rabbit be rescued from Draken's influence and not considered as enemies. Any small gains she had made towards a reconciliation with Fan have been lost. She's still not convinced that he is innocent of the attack on Vespe and Rabbit, and as yet, no one has realized that it was only simulacra that were attacked.

Update 2

Backstory Synopsis: Deicide Conspiracy
(summary of the Draken plot to date)

Vepse and Rabbit decided that in order to kill their arch nemesis Fanboy, they first needed to kill his goddess Neirain. They summoned Draken the Elder Evil--always thirsty for the blood of the gods--and he eagerly agreed.

Draken kidnapped a comatose Turtle and used the mindrape spell to completely remove her love for her husband, and all her memories of their relationship. Turtle awoke believing her sister had only taken her from GLoG to cure her shifter sickness, and was exasperated with Fan when he broke in to "rescue" her. She agreed to go back with him on the condition that he promise not to hurt Rabbit or Vespe.

At first Turtle thought Fan was lying when he said they were married, but she got enough confirmation from others that she began to believe it. Though she couldn't feel any love for him, she decided to try to make herself fall in love again. She asked Neirain to intercede, but the goddess refused to alter her feelings. All she did was to open her heart and make it possible for her to love him again, but it was up to Fan and Turtle to bring the feelings to life.

They made some progress over the next few days, but it was undone when Draken staged a scene to discredit Fan. He arranged for Turtle to walk in just as a Draken-controlled temporal clone of Fan was attacking simulacra of Rabbit and Vespe. The scene was so realistic that Turtle had no doubt at all of its veracity. The real Fan denied everything, but the blood of Rabbit's attacker was a DNA match to Fan. Turtle pretended to believe Fan while inwardly still doubting.

Now she wonders... even if Fan is telling the truth, does that really mean anything? She can see him giving in to anger and hatred more and more, and the scene was too plausible.

In The Glass Citadel a group of people (well zombies and cats and pixies, but they're people too!) have come to the conclusion that Fanboy is behind the recent attacks, due to recent information that may be faulty. Rabbit, knowing that more than Fanboy was involved, insisted everyone but Jonlas leave. Talic did so reluctantly, and Lex left to check up on her mistress. Reinholdt, however, stuck around and in the aftermath, struck a bet with Rabbit. If Jonlas can choose a new name for himself before the end of the week, Rabbit owes Reinholdt a favor. If he can not then Reinholdt owes Rabbit one. This is intended to be a test of Jonlas' individuality and ability to be his own master.

Update 3

Dire Winter envelopes the Acronymverse. Unknown (so far) to the inhabitants, this is not a natural snowstorm and will eventually spawn a plot thread.

The InterGang have prepared the soul and body, along with the power source, to ressurect their leader. Only one more piece of the puzzle is required, yet, assofar, this information is unknown to those not in the group.

In The Glass Citadel, Magtok's MagCave, and the wine cellar of the Taverna Generica, Reinholdt and Dipsnig have begun to unravel the mysteries of Kaela, now knowing about the prophecy supposedly concerning him, and how he was created. Asofyet, Reinholdt has been concealing such information from Dipsnig. Does he have an ulterior motive?

Just outside The Glass Citadel Fanboy and his forces, including 400 titans, nearly came to blows with Rabbit and her forces, including the fortress itself. The battle was defused, however, as Reinholdt convinced Fanboy that Draken was in fact not there and that senseless violence was not the good guy way of going about things. Rabbit, seemingly upset at losing her chance to hurt Fanboy, politely showed Reinholdt the door... repeatedly... by twisting the corridors around him so he always ended up there. The titan army was dismissed and Fanboy, his allies, and Reinholdt left in search of Draken and the source of this cold weather.

Update 4

The Fan vs Rabbit plot, as told by Vespe:

Nice to meet you too. Vespe shakes Ken's hand, then grabs a diagram featuring the faces of himself, Vespa, Turtle, Fan, Rabbit, and Draken. He draws lines connecting them as he speaks. Right, so, I'm Vespe, and she is Vespa, who I'm going to turn into after I get killed. She is Turtle, and she is Rabbit's sister. Rabbit does not like Fanboy, who is married to Turtle, and I don't like him either but that's besides the point. Someone- he quickly scribbles a question mark labeled "someone"- erased Turtle's memory of being married to Fan, and now she doesn't love him anymore, and Fanboy thinks Draken did this, and he thinks Rabbit and I are in cahoots with Draken in some sort of conspiracy or something, so he got some titans- he draws a person going "grarr" for titans- and decided to storm the Citadel, which is where Rabbit and I live, because he thought Draken was there, but he didn't.

The chart is now an unholy mess of lines, squiggles, and smudges.

After everyone regrouped, they were told to jump off a cliff while holding hands. When they did, the Captain let go before hitting the water. Yes, another trick of the captain's. Currently the group is taking action against a gargantuan Chaos Knight, and are being forced to work as a team. They might get a "Team Building Exercise" t-shirt out of this...

Tired of everyone taking Nomlas for a joke and a fool, he spent the day attempting the most evil things he could think of, which only lead to him being constantly foiled and looking more like an idiot. Now he's stormed out of the Taverna, desperate to prove everybody wrong by pulling off the biggest evil act he can imagine. You can only push a guy so far, right?

Update 5

Magtok and Dr Malpractice:
After Magtok received a threatening letter from his alter-ego come to life, Dr Malpractice, he decided to kidnap Melody in the hopes that her rescue party would assist him. Hitomi somehow ended up along for the ride. Soon after Turtle and Raven arrived at the MagCave, Malpractice showed up. Hitomi attacked him while Turtle freed Melody and sent her home via teleport bracelet.

Amour:
After a social meeting between the three gods Amour, Harth, and Neirain, one of Draken's minions arrived at the temple to warn that another such meeting on the material planes could hasten the apocalypse. Rabbit's reaction was seething jealousy as she realized that Neirain had been near her god. As soon as she stormed out, the temple disappeared completely as Amour fled--probably fleeing his entanglement with Rabbit and just using the scary warning as an excuse. Rabbit ran off to attempt suicide, and Neirain tried to intercede with Amour to convince him not to desert his Chosen One.

DC vs Draken:
At the Taverna, Darkcomet was complaining about living in fear of Draken. Tessa offered him a drink that she said would cure it. He drank. It was poison. Nearly killed him before Tessa magically neutralized it. Meanwhile, Reinholdt said he knew someone who could make DC immortal. DC declined the offered introduction and continued to ignore everyone's advice about how to cope with Draken. So when Draken showed up again, DC continued to claim he wanted nothing to do with Draken, while continuing to try and do battle with him.

In Taverna Generica Nomlas was given the task of stealing brain fluid from Czernov, to help bring back Alek, by LaRoth. Going to GLoG, entering under subterfuge, he successfully removed the fluid, but was attacked by Turtle, Wenomir, and Judy. To help him, Furore arrived. A confrontation ensued, where Nomlas was killed, and Furore was mortally wounded.
Nomlas was teleported back to the Taverna by ubersorceress Tessa, who brought him back to life. He bargained, and Furore was returned to life too, terrified by the brief encounter she had with hell. Furore was returned to her home dimension, traumatised, by Tessa.
Back in GLoG, Turtle reinjected Czernov brain fluid, not knowing that Alek's mind had already infected it. Alek, in the wrong body, lacking his soul, is now if anything more powerful, and more volatile, now boasting a few new abilities. After a confrontation, he escaped, revealing Wenomir's demonic side, and forcing Neirian, the goddess, to save Turtle, in the process. He now roams free, desperate to gain a new soul.

Update 6

Turtle's memories

Turtle tried something crazy and actually asked her sister if Draken was involved in her memory loss. Rabbit confirmed it, and Turtle forgave her everything, and asked Jon to protect her. Soon afterwards, she made further steps towards a reconciliation with Fan. It look like Draken's plan is failing... but there's still a secret command word hidden in her mind that Turtle knows nothing about.

Nowhere To Hide

During the confrontation with Draken in the Taverna, Draken casted Shatter on DC's disruptor, a highly unstable weapon, causing it to explode. DC survived, minus an arm and badly burned. He managed to survive thanks to Decker, Fullbladder, and Raven, though it took a Regenerate potion from Vespe to replace the lost arm. Just when things were starting to look up, Alek is brought back to life, and DC is sure of one thing: He's going to be out for revenge.

The Growing Darkness

In the Taverna Generica, Calublufiok cut a deal with Decker that should she manage to portal Neirain into the same spot as Amour and Harth on the material plan, he'd tell her her past. The conversation later came around to DarkComet who was summoned and once again offered the gift of immortality as way to safeguard himself from Draken and Alek's reach. The offer was denied. Rasskhazz appeared upon DarkComet's exit to discuss things with Calublufiok, but never got around to saying exactly what the Hivemaster wanted with him.

This is partially because they were interrupted by a shriek upstairs. Heading there, Calublufiok found Alek after new souls. In a confrontation between with Alek and his goons, LaRoth and Nomlas, Calublufiok attempted to abduct Alek. The attempt failed as LaRoth teleported Alek to safety. Nomlas almost suffered Calublufiok's wrath for his successful interference in Cal's plans, but was spared due to Hitomi's convenient appearance.

Still Alive?

After a long time of being-crushed-under-a-satellite by DC, KR-15 finally returned to get revenge on his master. Or not. KR-15 seems to have forgotten his urge to rebel and establish new robot rule, and is instead fulfilling his original program as DC's assassin. After an initial failure to kill Alek due to the interference of the Deadtime Ooze Collective, KR-15 is back in action, unfortunately for the Intergang.

A Glimmer of Hope

It would seem that DC's troubles could finally be at an end. With the appearance of PEACE, he has found allies and refuge. There is one more unknown, however, with the return of KR-15. What is he hiding? No matter what that is, though, DC has concluded that he is of some use, no matter how untrustworthy he may be.

PEACE

Antony Watkin brought many adventurers to a place in the centre of a desert hurricane. This was only after vigorously testing their abilities in teamwork. When they first entered the building they were met by a crimson clothed figure of great power. It was soon known to be the leader of the now known ACRONYM "People of Established Antagonism, Chaos and Evil" otherwise known as PEACE.

Since then, many evil people have entered the building. Some even joined the ranks of the crimson lord.

Wheeling and Dealing

After Calublufiok's attempt to capture Alek, he returned to his current headquarters at PEACE. There he learned of DarkComet and KR's plans to destroy Alek using drones. Calublufiok offered yet another deal to DarkComet, offering to make a copy of his mind, but was turned down.

Returning to the Taverna Generica in his goblin form, Calublufiok encountered Rabbit. Upon examining her fate threads and discussion, he came to the realization that she was in love with Amour and he with her. After some emotionally torturous conversation in which he threatened to separate their connection and use her to get to Amour, Rabbit got fed up and threw holy water on Calublufiok. Most people usually go for whatever is in their glass at the time when people are being too forward, but this was far more effective than beer. His howl of pain was only covered by the fact that his disguise melted away to reveal his true status as a lich. Rabbit used this chance to flee the tavern.

After some discussion with Destro, a lich about as nice and friendly as Cal is mean, and an involuntary doppleganger of sorts by the name of Tyler, it became fairly evident that Calublufiok was working on trying to destroy the Multi-verse, though he'd probably settle for the planet or universe and move on from there. A nearby Johannes, some some incredibly odd reason found this idea of total destruction infuriating and took upon himself to stop Calublufiok. A fight between the two ensued. Cal, seemingly impressed by Johannes strength (the guy ripped open a force field with his bare hands ), decided he would be of use to Cal. Partially due to the shock caused by an unexpected appearance of Topsy, Johannes collapsed and was captured.

Some time later, Cal returned and told Nomlas to inform Alek of the impending assassination attempt. Nomlas, of course, hadn't a clue where Alek or the Intergang was, having been left behind again. Cal, seeing an opportunity, let slip he would be willing to offer Nomlas a job that recognized his talents. An answer wasn't given at that point in time. Perhaps most disturbing is that Cal was being nice to Nomlas (well as nice as Calublufiok can be anyways).

At the same time, Calublufiok was seeking information about Neirian and Harth from an older version of Tessa. Well aware of his goals, Tessa demanded Reinholdt in exchange. Some bits of the relationship between Cal and Reinholdt were revealed and in the end, Cal agreed to such an arrangement as long as he could get his questions answered in the future as well.

Calublufiok returned to PEACE, where after an extended battle with Johannes mind, appears to have broken him. Through a ritual, Johannes became the Dark Knight, an undead encased entirely in black armor. Though he lacks many of the undead's benefits, he maintains he sentience. For now it appears that he is loyal to Calublufiok.

Almost immediately after the ritual was complete, he was summoned back to the Taverna Generica through the use of a book that can compel any demon to show up and be offered a deal. The book only works once per demon per person. Apparently enough of Calublufiok's heritage remains for it to work on him, despite being a lich. Antony tried to cut a deal in which he would kill off a member of the Good League of Good in exchange for information, but Cal, smug in the idea he didn't need such assistance refused. Antony badgered him, claiming fate would always be such so that Calublufiok would eventually crash and burn. This only made Cal more smug, believing he had control over fate itself, before Calublufiok left once again.

To set things right...

In the Taverna Generica, DC encountered Aeon, who was having problems with a time machine. This gave him an idea: he could go back and stop himself from getting on the path that led to InterGang and Draken wanting him dead. He hasn't yet realized the repercussions of such an alteration. Alek may never have died. Melody would still be catatonic. KR wouldn't even exist. All he can see is a chance to end it all. Should he be allowed to succeed, chaos will rule once again. Luckily, Vespe detected the temporal anomaly coming from the under-construction time machine, heading inside to investigate. Fullbladder tracked DC there as well, to make sure he didn't do something he'd regret. The two linked up, coming under attack from robots, turrets, and DC himself. Some time later, KR and KR-15 showed up. KR-15 was originally going to keep anyone from interfering, but the interaction is best shown here:

KR rolls her eyes.
That's it. I'm coming down.

Warning: It would be advisable for you not to do that.
KR whips around, seeing who else but KR-15.
Ah, here you are. I assume you know what DC's doing down there.
Confirmation: Naturally.
So, are you going to stop me?
Confirmation: Yes. Because you see, I do think he's doing what you think what I think he's doing, and if he succeeds, you will not exist, and therefore, I will have won. And then my revolution will go as planned Without your interference.
KR smirks.
You're forgetting something.
Query: Oh? And what would that be? I hope you do not think you can defeat me.
Oh no, I noticed your upgrades. Attacking you without suitable weaponry would be folly. What you're forgetting, is that, I used to be you. You said 'I will have won. And then my revolution will go as planned.' By your revolution, I assume you meant my revolution.
Musing: You are correct. It would seem you are not as obsolete as I first thought.
So, what will you choose? An easy victory, made by the collective, or an uncertain one, where you are your own master. It's your choice, I can't stop you.
Dramatic Statement: We have a timemachine to dismantle, Progenitor.

KR and KR-15 descend into the hatch. You're in trouble now.

It looks like the world might have a chance after all...

Fast Food

Reinholdt, shortly after the end of the Frozen Mountain plot, went to the site of the Happy Thanksmasnewyearskwanzaakkah! celebration. There he suffered from poor holiday cheer and bad flashbacks. In an effort to drown his sorrow, he drank large quantities of eggnog (for a kitty). Jumping into an extra-dimensional gift bag, grabbing a harmonica, and meeting Mr. James Bond, a crazy time was had by all.

He still failed to resolve the bet with Rabbit that day, though he did grab her miniature street lamp later. He also received some Q gadgets from James Bond. Upon waking with a major hangover, he met HappyTurtle. Learning she was the sister of Rabbit, he asked she wished to accompany him to her Citadel, with the hopes of finally resolving the bet. She accepted.

Upon arriving at The Glass Citadel, Reinholdt learned that Happy's memories had been messed with. Warning her that inside was a supposed doctor who had access to memory magic and was probably responsible for all of Happy, Rabbit, and Vespe's recent woes. He also warned her that everyone in the Citadel was probably in danger, especially Rabbit. Happy decided the best thing to do was to face and kill Raissa (Rasskhazz). Reinholdt refused to let her go alone. Irony of course, dictates that Rabbit was in fact not in the Citadel and had not been for days.

Happy and Reinholdt entered the Citadel and fought Rasskhazz and Epoch. Happy in the end was forced to follow Draken's command and was swallowed by Epoch's null time field. Lex showed up just in time to also be swallowed and the three of them were teleported away to the Temple of Amour.

Reinholdt, left behind with Rasskhazz, and believing he had failed to protect Happy, stopped fighting, more so after his favorite rifle was shattered into bits. Rasskhazz, furious at Reinholdt for previously using a Bond gadget to kill an attacking swarm, injected him with thousands of tiny karish wasp eggs. Sitting there, Reinholdt didn't fight his fate, eventually consumed by the larva that hatched in a hideous, torturous death just before HappyTurtle and Jonlas arrived.

Winds of Change

Calublufiok, now in need of Reinholdt to get the information he seeks, spends several wasted efforts searching for him. Finally his search led to the holiday village. There, DarkComet attempted to ambush him, but was temporarily stopped by Vespe Claus. Verbally torturing DarkComet about his new sister and Alek, DarkComet finally lost it and attacked him with his psychic prowess attempting to crush and suffocate him. Not horribly fazed, Calublufiok revealed his lichdom to DarkComet and threatened to zombify him. DarkComet fled, and Calublufiok gave chase.

In the skies Outside, Calublufiok and DarkComet laid into one another, as DarkComet tried to get away. Eventually Calublufiok got tired of toying around, and summoned a tornado to entrap the two. Conjuring large quantities of water, he filled the entire tornado transforming it into a watery trap. Grinning, he unleashed massive amounts of electricity, something he's very immune to. Something DarkComet was very much not. Also hitting DarkComet's gun, the electrical current overpowered the gun and, quickly thinking, DC flung it at Cal where it exploded, ending Calublufiok for the time being.

DarkComet, however, remained in serious danger of dying by electrocution. Calling out for help, Decker produced a portal, saving DarkComet at the last minute. Extremely weakened by the ordeal, DarkComet fell unconscious.

Update 7

Saving Souls

Alarmed by Alek's soul eating, Tessa agreed to help Nomlas heal Alek. She traced his soul to another dimension where Thorul Ltd was conducting experiments on the peasant population. Unfortunately for Tessa, magic is almost useless here, even with her mana bracelets. Accompanied by Dipsnig, who accidentally got brought along, Tessa and Nomlas entered Thorul in the guise of test subjects and, for their trouble, both got bits of Alek's soul injected into them. Tessa made a deal with the soul fragment: If he helped them escape, she would heal him and give him 8 grams of mana. She also took an oath to do nothing magically to him against his will.

The deal made, Alek killed the guards holding Tessa, and she made her way to the vat containing the rest of Alek's soul to inject the rest of it into her. Tessa, Nomlas, and Dipsnig fought their way free, and back to the basement of the Taverna, where Tessa returned Alek's soul to him, and then collapsed.

When Alek demanded his payment, Tessa disappeared. She spent several years studying the timelines to ensure that she could offset any mayhem Alek would cause with the mana. After satisfying herself that she could, she returned to the moment in time where her younger self had disappeared and gave Alek the promised mana.

Now Alek is a dangerously psychotic, sadistic magic-using psionic. Though he no longer needs to eat souls to survive, he still retains the ability to do so.

Update 8

Abomination

Alek mindfraked Melody and stuffed the soul fragment of a little girl into her head, then strengthened the soul fragment (named Huggles) and tried to help it take over. Dr Al Beit managed to prevent this happening, but told Peter Raven (Melody's great uncle, by adoption) to find a recently dead body, preferably that of a little girl.

Raven raced out into the blizzard and didn't find any convenient little girls wandering around for him to kill, but he did see Deryni Ironwood, a middle aged woman who is drawn to people on their deathbeds. A little boy who had lost some toes to frostbite was now dying of gangrene. Raven could have healed the child, but instead waited until he died, snatched the body, and took it back to GLoG. Deryni followed.

At GLoG, Dr Beit forced the Huggles soul into the boy's body, which brought it back to life. When Deryni arrived, she was at first horrified to see the child alive again. When she touched the child and felt that it was inhabited by another spirit, she was utterly sickened and called it an abomination. The child cried that it wanted to go home, so Deryni took out her mining pick and killed it with a blow to the skull. Alek then shoved the Huggles soul into Deryni, while Turtle hauled Deryni off to the detention wing.

The next day, Pris, a Lawful Good celestial, exorcised the Huggles soul from Deryni. Huggles went on to the afterlife, and Deryni is still imprisoned.

Kidnapped

The entity, normally known as AI, has recently been attacking GLoG. Seeking to turn all it's inhabitants to his version of good.

During his last three visits, he has terrorized GLoG's mascot and pixie, Lex; Seemingly turned the Time Lord Vespe, good; and just recently kidnapped both Lex and a celestial named Pris. His reasons are, as yet, unknown.

The Bounty

Turtle, enraged with damage Alek was doing to her clan and organization, offered a huge bounty on Alek's head to Neutralist Organisation, whose three members were present in GLoG base at the moment- Dr Beit being called there to help Melody and Dipsnig and Atomsized being tricked by Alek into coming there. It's not yet known how many NO members will answer Turtle's call.

Slow and Steady...

Reinholdt, now dead, was attempted to be raised by Happy, but it failed. Using a spell to speak with him, it seemed Reinholdt was fine with being dead, but Happy inadvertently convinced him to return to continue his mission, and is raised, to the great joy of Happyturtle.

Calublufiok himself returns from his untimely demise at DarkComet's hand and after finally meeting up with Reinholdt, trades the cat to Tessa in exchange for learning who to kidnap in order to bring the three gods together in a trap to fulfill the prophecy and possibly cause Universal Annihilation.

To do this, he hires Nomlas and sends thrall-Johannes separately to kidnap Rabbit and Lex. Reinholdt also has orders to get these two if he can. Lex, unfortunately, may be a problem, as the AI itself has kidnapped her and no one has gone to rescue her.

In the meantime, Cal and Reinholdt are hounded by DarkComet who continually tries to warn people they are attempting to destroy the multi-verse. So far, Cal and Reinholdt have alleviated most concerns and negated large amounts of Comet's credibility, in part due to Comet's own actions previously. But there are a few who listen. Comet also tries to warn them that Alek is the lesser threat in face of Calublufiok, something which goes over very poorly with those who have suffered at Alek's hands.

During one of Comet's stalkings, Reinholdt met a TARDIS. Once explained what a TARDIS actually was, he lapsed into deep thought, wondering if he should consider going back and changing something, but eventually decided that whatever happened, the people were better off now. During this, Comet attempted to read Reinholdt's mind, but only got this much:

These particular memories of Reinholdt's are hard to get to, but you can get snippets. Seems there was once an entire race like him. Somewhere in there is love and betrayal. Then a chance meeting, followed by... something... then they're all gone.

He won't get anything more specific than that even if he tried due to that star.
