There is a point at which you reach too dark. 100% cooking chocolate, for example, should not be eaten as a bar, in my opinion. >.<

No, it should be eaten in tiny pieces, at a much slower rate. That's one of the advantages of dark chocolate, you can savour it for much longer.

Mmm, white chocolate.
Well, actually, good milk chocolate is the best. But all white chocolates are good, whereas my enjoyment of milk chocolate tends to vary by quality.

I'm in the white chocolate group. There are some insanely delicious white chocolate bars here in Uruguay, much better than the dark chocolate ones.

I don't sleep much. Up until recently, I went to bed at Midnight, and got up at 6. Now I'm getting myself into the habit of staying up until 2 on weekdays, and getting up at 5. And then sleeping for 10-12 hours on the weekends.

Meh, I sleep my good five and a half hours during week days, from two AM to 7:30. Weekends, well, I have no setted hours for bedtime, but I ussually sleep a lot, I should sleep a little less during weekends, Im wasting them.
