No problem. Scoring reduction stands, naturally.

Hmm, but do the incarnum bracers actually work on Girallon Arms? They are bound to your totem chakra, and you mention that incarnum bracers raise the cap on your arms chakra. While the Girallon Arms are occupying your arms, they are bound to your totem. No scoring reduction, but the issue is under review--I'll consult my copy of Magic of Incarnum when I get home tonight.
EDIT: After consulting Magic of Incarnum, the item only works on your arms chakra, so you don't get the boost when they're bound to your totem chakra. Also, it doesn't seem that there is an Incarnum Focus item for totem chakras.

You asked me about the feat? If so, please PM me to confirm what I'm thinking. If not, I think this point may have been intended for our chairman. Chairman Shinken, did Azuki get this feat cleared by you? Regardless, my deduction was not for the question of whether or not the feat gives you a free chakra bind that counts against your normal limit. Instead, my deduction was for taking a feat that basically replicates a class feature you just received. While it may be a clever way to snag a free bind, I don't consider it elegant. Scording reduction stands.

That's okay, it's a common misconception. No scoring reduction to review.

Hey, don't beat yourself up. The trick was damn clever, and I had to go to the source to even check it. I never knew you could burn action points to regain use of any class features; I learned something from you, and that earned you a bonus in Originality. However, I just realized that my deduction in Elegance takes away from that. Heck, I'll lift the deduction from Elegance, bringing your total up by 0.5.

This means that I can pull the essentia out of Midnight Dodge for Incarnum Overload if I want to, making good use of it and my high Charisma. I did want to take Sapphire Smite, but the 24 hour restriction meant it was my second choice for an Incarnum feat, and did not get into the build.
I have also spent the right number of skill points, the two extra skill points at 1st level come from the Apprentice feat.
For your skill points, I really, really wish you'd said that somewhere. Remember that whole big thing I said in my criteria about telling me where all your points and bonuses come from? This is what I was talking about. It's especially obnoxious that they really hide where it says that the Apprentice feat gives you 2 bonus skill points. Sigh. Nevertheless, you are correct in that you did not overspend your skill points, so much like my treatment of your race, I shall leave you with a stern look but with no loss of points. (+0.25 to Elegance)
As for Midnight Dodge . . . I do hate when obvious editing errors make RAW fuzzy, but that's the nature of the beast. It's true that it doesn't lock in your essentia (which you really ought to mention, if you planned on actually using that trick), but it still says that you can only invest in it 1/day. So, if you pull essentia out of Midnight Dodge, you won't get to put it back. Combine that with the fact that you still can't reach your cap even if you ignored Midnight Dodge altogether, and . . . well, I'd give back about half the points I deducted for this particular bit, but since I only took off a quarter of a point and I'm not dealing with smaller values than that, I'm going to leave your score as it is. (No change)
Total change for Sir Karel: +0.25 to Elegance; total score 11.75

Hmm. I can't find a rule that definitively states this either way (though I'm going to PM Curmudgeon about it, because now I'm curious). However, regardless of the answer, because I didn't directly take off any points for Ushlaka's use of the Bluesteel Bracers, I'm not going to change my score. (No change)
Gentlefolk, learn from Zaq's example, and his suffering. Remember, seven out of eleven players who use truenamer lose their ability to taste ice cream.
When you ask a question, and I respond with something about the Truenamer, it might be because I think it's the best answer. More likely, though, is that I'm saying it because no one else will.
Re: Iron Chef Optimization Challenge in the Playground XX

Re: Iron Chef Optimization Challenge in the Playground XX
Well done everyone! Also, I'm very sorry, gbprime, I thought another bardadin might come up but not with exactly the same feats and ACFs
See you all in Round XXI!

Eh, great minds think alike. Congrats on squeezing more power out of your build than I did out of mine, though. Yours was the better solution of the two.
And congrats to everyone in general. That was a rough one.

Re: Iron Chef Optimization Challenge in the Playground XX
It's funny; I knew going into it that either my build, with the fluff, was going to get me high points, or very low points. Unsuprisingly, the gamble didn't payoff for most of the judges, but that's half the fun, isn't it?

Having submitted both Aesc (he of the eleven classes) and [E6 COMPETITION ENTRY REDACTED], I understand 100%.
If it helps, Ushlaka's still one of the most interesting shifters I've seen. Just not necessarily one of the best Incandescent Champions.
Anyway, congratulations all around! I've been asking for this secret ingredient for months now, and I finally got it. I'm glad that I got to see what you folks could come up with.

Re: Iron Chef Optimization Challenge in the Playground XX
Yeah, I've been wanting this one for a while as well. Incandescent Champion is one of my favorite prestige classes and you guys did some good builds with it.
Re: Iron Chef Optimization Challenge in the Playground XX
Yay, trophies! Thank you, they look awesome

Congratulations! And good luck in the XXI. ^^
The judges badges will be done when I finish all the trophies.
Sorry for the late >.< I will try do it more fast as possible.
Shinken will be working for two weeks, no tests... I will have more free time what I will expend in this hole between XVI and XX (I need to confess reading manga too ).
