What I mean is, isn't it possible it happened off-panel? They've been traveling for days, V could have perfectly well just sat next to Elan and offered to help him with his illusions. There's no reason to assume it didn't happen just because there was a joke earlier about something being possible despite not happening.
I mean, it's possible to interpret it that way. That's why I called it an Alternate Interpretation. I just don't see it as cold-and-hard fact.

In 796, the spectator who's killed has a #1 foam finger.
It reads Thog, fan 4 life. So true.

Here's something I've found. In here the weasel talks to Miko. The weasel wants to be her sidekick. This is a reference to the old game Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer, as Shiren has a sidekick called Koppa who is a weasel and wisecracks. What is more, both Shiren and Miko wear blue cloaks.

Hey! I mentioned this first! Somewhere...
In SoD, while Fyron is giving a tour of his library, you can see Vaarsuvius in the crowd. Or someone who looks exactly like him.

Yes, I really quoted myself and put it in my signature. You can't honestly say you never thought something you said was so awesome you wanted to make it into a quote and put it in your signature, can you?

Okay, maybe you can.
Why did I buy Teleporking.com? I have no idea. Am I rich yet?

Thog's cry of "talky man broke thog's tusk...TALKY MAN BROKE THOG'S TUSK!!!" is very similar to Roy's shout at Xykon "You broke my sword...YOU BROKE MY SWORD!!" and both statements end in beatings.

It should be noted this is exactly why it was the culmination to Roy's "We are nothing alike!" speech. Thog proves, well, they are.

I never noticed that in 203, when the OotS is claiming to be completely innocent, both Haley and V seem to be freaking out a bit, while Belkar is perfectly fine. Didn't know the little bugger had such a good Bluff skill. I also never noticed V's line: "Yes. None of us have even tampered with the fundamental natural order when bored. That would be wrong."

I just moticed that Thog's fanboy that got killed was waving a red flag. star trek
Also, in 610, Dream Shojo referenced Inception.

Re: Things you never noticed II: I never noticed the first thread
Clearly Inception contained a reference to Order of the Stick!
