Kate nods. "Sure I'll show you around. It's not really all that hard to find the way around, though, most of the important places are signed and most everything is around the main cabin."

She will show them around, pointing out all the places featured in the OP and some places with really, really nice wireless. If there is anywhere in particular you want the tour to stop, just stop it there.

Reinholdt scowls.
"Why haven't they gotten rid of that monster yet? Darn menace to society is what it is."

He gives Ermine a smile.
"Well it's good you scared it away. Fearsome pirate indeed."

[Harnel]

[Near the Lake]

Eric doesn't have much to say while they're going around. He's always been something of a "look around and ask about things afterwards," kind of guy.

"Aye. If it causes any more trouble 'round 'ere, I may jus' shoot it."

Ermine gives a fearsome growl. She's actually pretty good at scary. When you get past their size, most mustelids can be ferocious.

Then after the tour they should probably be back at the same place they landed, if for no other reason than plot convenience.

During the tour, Julie was most likely gobsmacked by two things. The first is the sheer natural beauty of the place. GLoG certainly is pretty when you have someone to show you all the best spots.

The second is a bit more complicated, and doesn't dawn on her until they're nearly done. During the entire tour, which probably took them past several other people, there wasn't any tension in the air that she had come to associate with dealing with people. People here were relaxed, doing what they cared to. It seemed almost boring to her, in its own way.

But at the same time, it was kind of nice.

"Thanks for being such a peach Kate. I wish I could do something for you in return. If you have some free time tonight, why not stop by Maggie's casino? It's my last night on stage there."

[Reinholdt]

Outside

"Oh. Well I don't mean kill it. I'm just talking about putting it in a zoo or something."

Reinholdt shakes his head.

"What's a zoo?"

Ermine looks curious.

[Reinholdt]

"A zoo? Oh it's a place where the dominant species of the planet lock up other species, usually non-sentient animals so they can have tourists and such come and watch them. It's a kind of entertainment, though I suppose it serves some other purposes as well, depending."

Reinholdt explains.

Kate looks at Julie with an expression of "I don't want to offend you." After a moment, she re-gains her composure and tries to maneuver herself out of the situation.

"It wasn't any trouble... thanks for the invitation, but I'm not really a fan of casinos or the stage productions common at casinos. If it's a particular play, I might be interested."

Kate doesn't really think to much of the fact that they both work for Magtok. He's a businessman, and lots of people work for him. There are things the Magbots just can't do, and attractive female flesh is definitely one of them. Casinos, in particular, often hire people for that reason.

Ermine tilts her head in confusion.

"So... it's like a jail? Fer pretty bugs ye want ta show off?"

[Near the Lake]

"Well, the pair of us managed to convince Magtok to do a show with us, so there's that," Eric says, thinking about it, "Beyond that, I pretty well doubt what we'll be doing up there is gonna interest you much."

Eric fiddles with something in his hands as he thinks.

[Reinholdt]

[Outside]

"Err... well, yes I suppose it is. Though most people put in creatures like elephants or monkeys or stuff along those lines."

Reinholdt says. He doesn't much care for the big cat exhibits though. Usually.

"Oh. I suppose it would be different in worlds where dose /ain't/ the people."

Ermine still looks uncertain. There are other not-people animals in her world, of course, but since they all are part-animal they wouldn't ever need zoos. Not to mention it wouldn't fit in the rather dismal age her world is going through.

Julie wonders what he has there, but doesn't comment. She'll try to give Kate another hug, just to be nice, "Thank you so much for doing this then. If you ever need anything, I'm at the corner of Haunting and Lost Inside. I can't promise anything from this layabout, but I'll be sure to do what I can for you." That's what nice people do right? Promise to help each other unconditionally? Julie isn't entirely sure, but she's certain Eric will tell her telepathically if she's got this wrong.

And maybe if she doesn't, she'll get a bit more praise later. That would be nice.

Kate is kind of awkward in the hug, not really feeling comfortable hugging someone that she does not know well (much less a demon).

"Thank you, I'll try and remember. I hope to see you around a bit! Have a nice day."

Kate hopes that Julie is not the kind of demon that can taint with a touch... don't think about it, girl. Think about something wait how'd she talk Mag into the show?

Eh... Kate decides not to worry about it.

Julie lets go of Kate when she feels it's time to go, and heads over to Eric.

"Ready to go hun? We could probably talk to the folks at NO if you think we have the time." Her wings and tail come back out, and she gives a few experimental flaps to get the blood flowing.

Quinn giggles, nodding. "I did! And I think it's gonna be a boy," she says, beaming proudly. "How have you been? We've missed you!"

Jamie carefully helps Holly to sit up as a drone buzzes over with a glass of water.
"You made it. And we're going to kick backsides of the people who did this to you," she promises, more than a bit of Tobias in her expression.

"Chronologically? Two. But she's spent time in faster dimensions, and aged fast as well - she's pretty much a teenager now," Quinn says with a sigh. "And yeah - Holly dissapears for months at a time though, looking for her brother, and that worries Jamie to no end..."
